My car was damaged due to being hit while parked. I dropped my car off on Monday and it was finished by Wednesday morning! The work that was done is great! You cannot tell there was anything damage to my car at all! Good job!
Tried calling and no answer, small Unreliable business don’t go there only people that gives him five stars or his personal people only who never had service done by them they give a fake five star reviews
Paint job wasnt the best. I expected better.Theres 3-4 runs in my paint.
They really tried to fix my daughter car
Jack and Ryan repaired some rust in my windshield frame. They did a wonderful job! Fairly priced and wonderful service. I highly recommend them.
The employees there are so helpful and conscientious. They do what they say they will do. And if it cant be done, they say so. High integrity.
Great service, fair priced and great family owned business. Work is always done well and promptly. Jack is always courteous and explains what needs to be done.
My car looks wonderful and even repaired a spot free of charge
Jack is Great! They always take care of me! Great customer service
Ive had my car serviced there a few times and Its very hit or miss.I am a huge fan of consistency with service and customer service. They do alright work for the most part, but it wouldnt come as a shock to me, to hear if you went there one day needing service, and they over overcharged you, or somebody had an attitude with you, that day.(Not to justify it, but...)Ive found, in my time as a professional reviewer, that it is pretty common in smaller mom and pop businesses,(especially auto mechanic related,)That they get so much business just from the neighborhood alone, that sometimes they just dont care whether they burn you, or whether they mistreat you because you need them so bad, at the time that youll take any treatment from them. And other times they be so motivated to force an upsell on you to make more money convince you to do other services first before you can actually start looking for the root of the problem you came there for.A lot of times, its all about racking up the bill on you.Quick tip:Watch out for this marketing trick...I used to have a mechanic, everytime I took my vehicle to him to repair a problem, once he recognized that, that problem itself wasnt financially beneficial to him, he would find three or four other issues that he could correct(that really werent that serious, and if you dont know any better theyll play on that)So, when he called me back with his assessment, and price, he would tell me about those other issues, as well as, the one I came there for, initially...almost presenting them all to me, as a package...Like he was saying heres some more issues you should fix so I can make more money off of this sell,And he woyld do it in this fake concerned and since of urgency sorta way in order to scare or convince you to spend more money with him right then and there. So always watch out for that little marketing trick.
These people installed my vertical doors on my 2014 Cadillac cts soon as I picked the car up I notice they broke clips to the molding and I notice a few scratches and the door was catching on the door molding never having vertical doors I pulled off with the car really skeptical about the job so the next day I went and got a detail job on the car and thats when I notice all the damaged they caused just to install the doors skrew driver Marks and scratches everywhere and everytime I open my door it catches and bends my fender thousands worth of damage from them not being installed right I called the guy the next day and ask him are these doors suppose to damage my car he says no and then he says well they worked when they were here lmao oh he did say bring it back I decided not to so they dont further damage the vehicle...
I took my 70 Leland up there to get painted and the Windows and doors aligned and also electrical work done Jack charged me 3grand for everything and told me 3 weeks and car will be ready well 3 weeks turned into 7 months and that was just paint I took my car from up there, the car sat up there for 6 months untouched. It was used for a shelf I tried to get my money back and my car he told me they dnt do refunds even tho the car wasnt touch
I highly recommend this shop. They have been doing business in Cleveland for about 30 yrs. and they are very good at what they do. I have had three separate repairs done here over the last 3 yrs, for a total of about $3500, and I have always been pleased. One time, they even rescued me from the I77 onramp to I480 when I got a flat tire. The mechanic easily changed the tire. I could not handle it because my cars tire change kit was not up to the job. We were so tickled that when we brought the car back for body work, we brought them a dz. donuts to show our appreciation. They were originally recommended to me by Bear Transmission just east of them on Harvard, and I highly recommend Bear as well, for transmission/driveline work.
Jack was rude, highly unreliable and unprofessional.I took my rav4 to remove the bumper for an off-road trip and put it back again the following Monday morning and add plastic tire lining. Jack did half the agreed job.His staff took the bumper out successfully. But now he wont put it back again as he promised to do on top of bad attitude (i.e, walking away while talking to me). He asked me to get the f out or pay for half the plastic tire lining that are delivered. I was stunned with the change in attitude and walked away to write this review. This is probably because its not a highly lucrative job (80 bucks total for a two hour jobs of screwing and unscrewing the bumper and the lining), still highly unprofessional and unreliable mechanic.
They did an excellent job for me!
