Bought my 05 6.0 powerstroke diesel about three months ago. I inspect my trucks in and out. Looking over everything before buying one. Well I’m driving down 77 by Newburgh hts and all of a sudden I hear loud banging over and over again. Then my truck shook alil bit. I look in my driver side mirror and I see what I thought was my inner fender plastic. I pulled over, hopped out and took a look and I see my dually fender cracked about a foot up and a chunk broken off of the back of it. Then I look at my dually tires. The inner tire was a recap tire…. There center of the tire (the recap) came off and along with damaging my fender ripped my bed lights out and ripped off a welded bracket that holds my dually fender to my frame. So I needed a new bed and a lot of other things done. They hooked me up with an immaculately clean bed from the south. They matched my paint flawlessly. I had a rhino lined bed before the incident. I wasn’t expecting rhino lined on the new one. I’ll be damned, they rhino lined it for me. I literally did the peewee Herman jump with the feet clickin in the air. They absolutely were the nicest people. The most professional but caring business. From the secretary’s to management to the shop people. I’ll be back to give them my business because they earn trust.

My kid hit a deer, insurance company Recommended a place to get it fixed. He picked up the car and it drives worse than it did after the accident. I called them and they dont care. Insurance claim is closed and they wont do anything. Total scam. If your insurance company recommends a place to get it fixed...dont. They even left a part to the engine on top of the engine just rattling around. My Stepson took his Car there, he has a different name than I do. Collin took the car back up there because it drives horribly now and Axlrod said I have to charge you to look at it! Really? The car drives worse than it did before it was taken there. No help from Progressive either. It took two weeks to call us back.

My experience with Axelrod was fantastic. They repaired my 2018 Honda Civic after a minor accident that damaged most of the passenger side body panels and the rear wheel. Maria and Guy took care of me the whole way through, setting me up with a rental car and keeping me informed throughout the repair process. I picked the car up today, and it was detailed inside and out, and I cannot tell it was ever hit. It felt like I was driving it off the lot again. Fantastic work and fantastic staff. I needed a rental and Enterprise was there for my appointment for dropping off my vehicle. I was updated about the progress of repairs with detailed reports. They even washed my car for me before I picked it up. Everyone wore masks and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Such a relief due to the circumstances.

I see all the great reviews and I wonder y my services were not ..I hope its not because Im an african american male doing business in a predominantly white area..I was called to pick my car up with more damage done then when i dropped it off...I was apologized to but took off work and time is money..Im trying to figure out why my car wasnt evaluated and checked to make sure everything was done all I can think about is...if I was an older caucasian man my car would of been pristine before I came like the other gentlemen I witnessed get great service that fit that description its 2021 and nothings change... feeling very sad,angry and disappointed...if the insurance company was the reason then we should of been notified so we could call the insurance company to see why are we paying for full coverage and our accident is not covered that doesnt make sense my mom was clipped from the passenger side and knocked into a construction site on the road where gravel orange cones and construction equipment was thats why there were scuffs all around car and dents... accident is an accident.. there is no normal formation for that...out of all the people that have had insurance for 25yrs and never made a claim and finally make a claim why are we given a hard time maybe you all and insurance company have ethical and moral problems

I took my 2005 Prius up here after someone stole my catalytic converters off my car. Within 3 days of us dropping my car off they had it in the shop and the whole exhaust system redone.
