I had there first time discount basic lashes. Looked good out the door. The staff was great. Loved the atmosphere. Next day started falling out. 2 days later half had fallen out. Expected more for $85.

I have been going here for over a month and from day one I have had amazing service. best place to go for eyelash extensions and everything above! Shay has done an AMAZING job the past few times I have went in, hints as to why I have requested her when I go in. she’s gentle, makes sure you’re happy with the service, and makes sure you’re comfortable and is awesome at what she does. I recommend 100%!!! 💯 will definitely be coming here, and to her for a while. ❤️

Came to Trendy Lash for a lash lift/tint and a brow tint yesterday. The brows weren’t bad but my lashes, HORRIBLE. One eye does look fine but the lady that was doing my lashes left the product on my lashes for too long. While in the middle of doing my lashes other people came in for their appointments and rather than having them wait she stopped what she was doing for me and I had to sit there while she worked on other people. Left eye does have a good curled look while my other eye looks like the lashes were curled at the top rather than at the base. They have a horrible “crimped” look to them. I went back in to ask her to fix it and was told “it will just look worse if i try to fix it”. Didn’t put any relaxer on it to try and fix it or anything. Won’t be going back here. Only gave two stars cause my brows aren’t bad.

I have been getting lashes done with Joanne for ages now. She is far and above the best I’ve worked with. I have to travel a minimum ~45 min on a good day to her salon, and am happy to do it. She is worth it! I get compliments all the time on my lashes, she is a magician.Thank you Joanne for the work you do!

Im wondering why Joanne is called the master because within 3 days 3/4 of my lashes fell off. That is more than half the lashes that she put on.I only booked an appointment with her because of her reviews And turned out to be a lie!..Poor quality will not be returning.

Well...I fell into the Lash trend and got myself some extensions. I LOVE THEM! This is my very first time trying lash extensions and so far Im pleasantly pleased.. they look fabulous and natural (which is exactly what I wanted). I also wear contacts, which was a concern of mine. I was a walk in with a bunch of questions and they were kind enough to fit me in right then and there! JoAnn did my lashes and she did an awesome job! I have to go back in 2 weeks to get a fill.I was told not to get them wet in anyway for 24 hours..I was provided with 2 lash brushes and how to care for them instructions when all was done. They are pricey, but HEY....no mascara is needed, no need to curl my lashes...I look made up with zero effort and I love that. The picture I posted is after 4 days...so far so good!The place was comfortable and clean. The women there was super nice and helpful. I recommend!

Called to schedule a 1-week lash fill and I was asked if I had been there before. I indicated I had not. I would be a new client.Left my office early, battled traffic, and commuted a half hour from downtown Clearwater to arrive on time for my 3:00 o’clock appointment.Upon arrive I was told I would be charged $30 for my 1-week lash fill and an additional $25/30 dollars because I had not had my lashes done by them before. Pardon?It goes without being said, this should this have been disclosed DURING the reservation process prior to arrival. Instead, it wasted not only my time but theirs as well.Furthermore, I’m still left perplexed as to why someone would be charged almost twice as much for their service just for the fact they had been somewhere else previously. I’ve been to many lash studios and have never heard of such a thing.Could you imaging going to get tour hair done for $100 and being told it will be $200 because you previously had it done by another stylist? Absurd! And a great way to lose business.They should truly consider disclosing this to their customers prior to arriving.

Gotten my lashes done Saturday night and it’s Thursday and they all fell out already. Definitely would not recommend wasting your money

I had two services done. I had my eyes brow combo, micro blading with shading done with Tesma she did and amazing job. Very professional, she and I worked together to make sure we got the shape and color exactly how I wanted it! Place is amazing. Had my lashes extensions done with shay same very professional and included me every step of the way. They came out beautiful. I even had a little nap while getting them done. Great place, glad I found them

Shalene did my extensions refill, she was gentle, quick and overall amazing. I had an annoying lash that she fixed easily and perfected my look .... not too much and not too little! Have to admit she was so relaxing I took a nap!

Had my brows mircobladed a few weeks ago by Tesma. Came back today for my touch up. Tesma is a true artist and very comforting and professional. Been without eyebrows for about 20+ yrs and I would have settled for lines. She went above and beyond my expectations and I would recommend her to anyone looking to do this. Especially if you want it done right. Ty Tesma . Your the best!!

Micro blading eyebrowsI had a very bad experience few month ago with micro blading by TESMa instead of getting brown eyebrows I got blocky and thick . So disappointed going back and forth to correct the color and fix the measurement of the eyebrows who were not the same size . I can not explain how stressful to travel from Miami to Clearwater just to get them fixed period . Unfortunately she asked more money when I said no I need my refund because I’m not satisfied and I’m still under warranty she start arguing and yell at me . And then when Isaid no Im not going anywhere you need to solve the problem and be professional . She called the police that shows me that she has double face, she has no manners and an educated person. It’s the worst experience I ever had in my life dealing with my eyebrows I don t have money to go somewhere else to fix themPlease don t go there

I had an appointment for a lash tint and curl but Joanne suggested getting extensions instead. I voiced my concern about how I’ve heard they can damage your natural lashes and even take out your lashes along with the extensions. She assured me that that was not true so I decided to give them a try. The extensions looked good but After only one fill, I had them removed and guess what... most of my lashes were gone and what was left were stubs. Needless to say I am very upset. And it is obvious they just want the money and do not care about you. They are not even professional or pleasant/welcoming either. Horrible experience. If you want to keep your lashes and have good customer service, go somewhere else

Tesma did an amazing job with my eyebrows I am very happy with the result.

I got my lashes done here and about a week later I got pink eye. I have been getting my lashes done for years and have never had a problem. I know how to maintenance them and keep them clean. When I informed the manager and let her know they were not using sterile technique she didn’t seem to care. Told me to have a good day. Will not be going back.

The ladies here are AMAZING!! So friendly and knowledgeable about this process. Me and my daughter both got volume lash extensions and are in love with them. We are here on vacation and we even stopped by on our way to the airport for a quick touch up in hopes that these beautiful lashes will last a bit longer!!! Wish I could take Ms Joann home with me!! She did mine and her daughter Ashley did my daughters!! Love love love them and our lashes!!!!

I live in Gainesville Florida and a friend of mine told me about the trendy lash shop in Clearwater while visiting. Joann did my eyelashes and they looked beautiful . Joann does a Better job than anyone else has done . I try to go to Clearwater whenever I can to get my lashes done even though it’s a 3 hr drive one way. She’s really that good and reasonably priced.

Joanne is THE BEST eyelash and brow artist around. I travel over 2 hours for her to do my lashes. I get compliments daily on my lashes. She is excellent at fixing other lash and brow shops mistakes. Ashley is good also when she is available.

I went in to get my sister eyebrows and upper lip waxed and we go in there quite a bit. The mask I was wearing broke and I had to throw it away. There were a bunch of mask next to the hand sanitizer so I was being polite and asked if I could have one & I was denied the mask even though I was a customer there. The lady who was there was rude & denied me something that obviously seemed to be out for their guest. I was so disappointed with the customer service. My family and I will never be going back due to this employee awful customer service.

My mother did a mani-pedi there.She was thrilled with the result.I was just the chauffeur.But when I dropped off my mom the staff were very friendly.

I was a walk-in on a Sunday. I seen the sign they had a special for $99 for a full set. It was a good experience, and my lashes had good retention. The lash tech informed me of all the things I needed to be careful of, like facial cleansers, oils, and hair conditioners. I think that helped tremendously just knowing the do’s and don’ts. She also explained natural lash shed is two to three lashes a day. I definitely would recommend the place.

Got lashes done by Rose, last week, and they are awful now. Falling low i can see them ! And breaking my natural lashes off . So disappointed. Nice ladies unfortunately not skilled enough . Bad lash application.

Went here for my first time last week.. unfortunately paid to have my lashes lifted and they stayed for two days (followed all the directions given) and now they look as if I never got anything done. I would assume they did not stay because the perm was not properly done - a piece of paper with eyelashes taped to it did not really make them curled. Will not be back sadly.

They do it Saturday than Monday I don’t have on one eye I call them they redo it but I said I want my money back they just want to give me credit now I have infection I’m my both eyes I went to the doctor that’s no fear I said to the girl just give me my money back but the Chinese lady said no she don’t care If you are in pain my eyes was crying all day long now i don’t have eyeleshas the doctor said Ineed to wait to grow again the worst experience don’t go there 😔😔😔
