This is my hair right after my appointment that I had at 2pm on 07/10/21. When I left her shop my hair was up in a ponytail I didn’t take it down until I got home. I sent the owner and the stylist (Tilly Dee) pictures showing her my hair and asked her what could be done about this. She blamed it on me having locs already. Never apologized never offered anything, eventually she asked what I wanted to do about it. I told her that I’m not from here so if I could just get something off.. NO RESPONSE. I was left on read. My hair looks nothing like her pictures. My hair won’t even lay down flat. It took her an hour and a half to do my hair. I am in the beauty industry myself and I am so disappointed.

The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products for different hair types. Will refer others to this business
