If youre looking for bundles or a variety this is not the place to go its family-owned it seems mom doesnt know much about any of the products and the young man who helped me was actually very nice and trying his hardest to appease mean this isnt a place to go for hair but if you are looking for jewelry banana and hair products this is an okay place to go

Amazing little hidden gem thats not so little!! I went in for one item at the end of business day one weekday. When I saw the contents I knew I had to come back when proper time allowed to shop a bit. I was not disappointed and will be coming back. Very friendly staff also!

Nothing really special about its theres a large selection of hair products. Wigs, hair for braiding, Most of the name brand hair products you would find in most stores. The customer service 👍 was very good. Friendly staff I like that.

Staff was super kind and helpful.

A relatively large store that feels sparsely stocked on products. The people are professional. They have a nice selection of wigs. But, I have heard multiple complaints/customer exchanges, on several occasions, about their charging a dollar for wig caps before a customer can try on their wigs. They advise the customer it will be credited to their purchase, should s/he buys. Could you imagine if a shoe store charged for foot socks in order to try on their shoes? I feel the customers are correct in their assertions it appears, the store is profiting off what should be a customer courtesy.

If I could rate it a zero I would. These Asians love to open businesses in black communities, yet treat us like criminals. This was the first time in my life I have ever been stopped in a store and yelled at by management. I was looking for a hair product, but they didnt have it. I got out my phone and googled similar hair products so I could see if they carried any of those. The owner came up to me, barely speaking coherent English and told me to stop. I tried to explain what I was doing but he didnt care, nor did he care to help me find a hair product. He assumed I was doing something wrong which I was not. He and his wife can go back to Korea or wherever the hell they came from. They live off of black dollars but treat us like criminals. This happened 2 years ago, and I just want other black people to be aware and to stop spending your money at these places. These foreigners dont give a damn about us, so why are we supporting them financially? Wake up!

I will miss the old owner Ms. Lee, however the new owners are very friendly.

Prices are higher then average and I prefer silk beauty supply instead because they have everything you need at regular price.

Not bad got almost everything I needed in one stop and didnt have to spend an arm and a leg for it! The parking lot is a bit tight though so just watch out when parking and pulling out of the space, because People do just fly in from off the road.

Nice ppl, has a variety to products

Today, Nov. 23, 2019 I felt threatened and humiliated. I was falsely accused of stealing a $3.99 bottle of Black Castor oil from this establishment. I will no longer support this establishment. I would give this a NO STAR rating if I could. Be aware if you plan on spending your hard earned money here.

I would give this place a zero if I could. The owners here are nasty to the folks in community. All they do is take. They have never given back to the community and people need to take notice to this. Stop supporting places like this. They are racist towards the very community that is supporting them financially. Store owners- you need to learn to treat people with respect- be humble- and know you are blessed to be able to live the american dream. Your customer service is terrible!

This family owned store should take the word ebony from the name. They are so racist its not even funny yet they profit greatly from the Ebony community!! Went in this store for the last time today. THE husband was so rude to me and my daughters told my daughter he wouldnt take her money cause he didnt like that the dollar had paint on it. Told us to go somewhere else. The absolute worse Customer service😠 all employees are extremely rude and prices are extremely high. The store on east bay (silky beauty supply ) is a hundred times better.

Where they actually can answer our questions and you will not receive the you buy and get out feeling like you get at non African owned stores.
