From the start we received a reasonable estimate from Jeff. Jeff let us know when to expect the Installation crew and Mike from their office explained the Installation process. Three hours later our laminate floor was installed and we are 100% satisfied with Custom Floors and would recommend them if you need any flooring (ceramic, hardwood, carpet or laminate) installed!

Company did a good job putting in my carpet, hardwood and tile. I have lived in my house almost a full year now and everything still looks good as new as when we first moved in. Excellent job. I even referred Jeff to family who is also building their house.

Ive built and remodeled my house within the last 21 years. Dealt with several contractors and I found this one to be one of the hardest to work with. His sub tile people did some less than desirable work and it shows in the pictures. Upon confronting the owner, he gave me my money back and stated he washed his hands with me and told me to repair the issues with my refund.

So happy with bow my floors came out!!! After my ex tenant trashed my house they came in and quickly removed the flooring that couldnt be saved and replaced it. The price was super affordable and everyone in the show room was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I never had to wait for an answer to any of my million questions.

I contacted Jeff about having Laminate floors put into the upstairs of my House. Communication through email/phone was awesome and always answered in a great timely manner. As soon as he got the materials in his guys came out (Bobby and his Crew)They started on a Friday and Finished on Sunday. They did 4 bedrooms a hall and 6 closets.They were such awesome guys. I have 3 children that are extremely curious and the guys answered all of their 101 questions! They even got to help tape down some patting! I STRONGLY recommend this company! Ill definitely be using them again when its time to change up my flooring in the downstairs of my house! These guys rock!!

My contractor was servpro. I needed a new floor installed after my water damage. Servpro subcontracted this company to install the new floors.The day of the install i was at work and returned home that night and noticed that they cracked my tiles that adjoined to the wood transition strips.Every room that had a transition strip put in was damaged. They couldnteven install the transition strip under my carpet correctly!! I took pictures that same night and even text the installer about the issues that very night. Of course no response!!! spoke with Phil the next day and he came out and took pictures and said he would get back to me.. Never heard from him again. Called the owner 2 weeks later after not hearing a thing from Phil. Owner was very rude and told me that he was not aware of my situation!!! Wow!!! I would have to talk to Phil after he comes back from his week vacation. I now have USAA ready to file a contractor connection claim for me and that will take a few weeks.This is absurd to say the least and this company claims that they are better than the rest!! Dont believe the lies and deceit from this subpar company.Mark BClarksville, TN.
