This company is amazing! Daniel Hayes goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. He is very kind and makes sure to explain anything I have questions about and gives me his opinion on what the best route would be (which I greatly appreciate since I don’t know much about flooring!). I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

First, the secretary scheduled an estimate on a Friday at 430, which no one showed up to. When I talked to the owner about it he said he doesnt even work on Fridays past 4. Second, I called to make an appointment for the carpet to be installed. The secretary said they could come Wed morning. Perfect my husband was able to get off work. Wed morning comes around, no one shows up once again. I call them and she says its now scheduled for Thursday. Cool, now my husband has to take an extra day off work. Last but not least. We found a razor blade and a very sharp metal piece sticking out of our freshly installed carpet. Thankfully, my three year old son didnt find it before my husband and I. I cannot believe how unprofessional and careless these people are. Save your time and money!

They dont have a huge selection but they keep their prices super low on what they have. Best customer service Ive worked with in Clarksville. They have helped several of my clients and my own home, and I am always impressed.

Really bad experience, they come to my house and made the measure, after a week I went back to their place and they havent worked on the estimate, the ask me for two more days to get it done, they never called back, I wasted two weeks waiting and they never get it done.
