Waited 3 weeks for an estimate with no avail. The people were nice but very slow to estimate.

Clarksville Floor Covering is a great store to have your home serviced for flooring. They have a huge selection of carpet and laminate flooring to choose from and great quality.My sales representative, Mr. David Richardson is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was very helpful in assisting me with the floor selection. I highly recommend this store for flooring.Added note: Laminate flooring and carpet job completed looks beautiful!The installers Mr. Will and Mr. Michael did a fantastic job. They have been great to work with, especially David! He taught me so much about flooring, and pointed out some things that I would have made mistakes with in our new condo if he hadnt been involved. Nice to do business with a locally owned store.

Generally disinterested in problems w new carpeting. Spots developed a few weeks following installation. Was weeks before manufacturers (Shaw carpeting) representative appeared for observation. They had no idea of what...... Gave us a product to use on one spot. We did so. Was many more weeks before carpet inspector appeared. By this time several more spots had appeared, in various sections of carpet. Was several more weeks before inspection report was available. We repeatedly requested a copy. Report said detergent in carpet because samples extracted foamed in water. ( No other possible substance that could also foam in water was identified or eliminated.) We dont wear outside shoes in the house, nor carry food/beverages around the house, nor did we apply detergent to the carpet. We placed 2 small area rugs in traffic areas. Spots appeared under those.. Report contained factual errors: referred to crawl space, which we do not have, we have a basement; claimed new installation included Master Closet - no new carpet was placed in this closet, it was not part of the issue. Inspectors name on report was different than that we were told to expect, and who introduced himself by the name we were told to expect. At opposite end of house the same carpeting was placed in hallway and stair to bonus room. Hall carpet similarly spotted. Stairway carpet (supposed to be from same role) has no spots, but has a white line down one side near carpet edge. Our last communication with Clarksville Flooring, several weeks ago, has gone without a response. Their policy regarding any problems appears to be that if they deny responsibility, it is presumed to be the customers fault. We have carpeting in 4 other rooms which have no spots or stains and have never required cleaning except by vacuum, during its 20-year life. Would not use this business again. Ever. Caveat emptor.

Fabulous experience! I had tons of questions and a big problem. The staff was informative and helpful. There was absolutely no pressure at any time. The carpet installers were friendly and efficient. They left my home neat and I love my new carpet. I got exactly what I wanted for a price I couldnt beat. It was a pleasure doing business here, and I will be back.

Glad we went here after we were Almost RIPPED off by the bug box stores.... happy with this company and local is always better...

We needed someone to replace our floor. Jerry came out right away and did a fantastic job.

They did a great job with our hardwood floors which look awesome! This is the second time we have used Clarksville Floor Covering to put in hardwood floors. We are very pleased with the product, installation, and cleanup.

Owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service.

Havent had service done yet by them, but I was greeted at the door by Scott and took them time to show me the products they have. Definitely has lots of knowledge, and is very accommodating to the customers interests.

Make sure you measure accurately when you buy flooring from them. They will not take back unopened boxex, regardless of what they tell you.
