I came there expecting to replace an exterior door because the glass frame broke. I was looking at a $500 expense. I spoke with Charlie about my problem and he told me that I can replace just the glass and frame for $120! I went home, took measurements and called him. He had the warehouse pull the part and it was waiting for me when I came back right before closing. He walked me through everything that I needed to do and saved me $380! I will recommend them for anyone who needs home improvement items. Thanks Charlie!

Worst experience I have ever had with a home improvement project. Cabinet department is totally incompetent. Their sales people cant read a tape measure resulting in four out of five pieces being wrong. Took 12 days with no kitchen to solve the problem. Offered me 150.00 back for my inconvenience. What an insult. Their incompetence is only surpassed by their greed. I would never recommend this company for anything.

We ordered cabinets and countertops from Shannon. They look awesome! Realized pantry didn’t come with shelves but Shannon took care of them. Corbels for the island didn’t come in with the cabinets but he got them for us. We are very pleased and thanks for everything! You’re the best!

The best counter installers Ive ever seen. They make laminate look like granite with their ability to cap cuts. The process is simple; pick out the counter top, theyll go to the site to get accurate measurements, they give you a quote, you pay, they install.Theyre the only company, that Im aware of, that can install an under mount sink on laminate tops. Thats impressive in its self.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with Douglas. A job that was supposed to be done in 2 days was drawn out over the course of a month due to lack of communication and ordering the wrong parts. The company is great- just had a poor experience with one employee.

Ordered doors was suppose to come in a week later had to wait 2 weeks. Also ordered windows the same time and the were in stock did not have a problem with the windows......yet.. here it is 3 weeks later and go to pick up doors and windows guess what? The doors are finally in and the windows are in but no screens for the windows. A week later I call and ask about the screens for the windows they say the screens are normally sold with the windows but if someone comes in and needs a window we will pull that from the window that is already there. (Unacceptable) now I have to wait until a truck comes in about a week and hopefully my screens are in this order. NOT GOOD BUSINESS. Should of stuck with LOWES at least there pickup is true to there word.

This is the place to get Benjamin Moore in Clarksville, and they have everything else you need for home renovation and repairs. I found very attractive, high-quality vinyl flooring for my bathrooms at this store. The people are very nice and helpful.

The front of the house seemed very rude and bothered by our presence inside of the store. We just wanted to pay for a door that we ordered, but the staff seem uninterested. Seems like if your not a full time contractor, your business doesn’t mean anything. Thanks but no thanks. I’ll be sticking with Lowe’s going forward.
