Military beware. Johnny banks on the transient nature of military to avoid owning up to poor quality work. He is dishonest and dishonorable.Johnny knowingly installed flawed flooring in my home. I found him taking india ink marker over the splits and splinters in my floor at the time of installation. I tried to reach them in the first year about warranty to no resolution. Almost 3 years later, and after a month of asking for our files and who the manufacturer was, I finally was paid a visit only to have Johnny lie to my face about covering up the faulty floors. He gaslighted me in my own home. Im an army widow with 3 small children and at the time of installation my family was in crisis with my autistic daughter in the hospital. I didnt have the time or resources then and I dont have them now. But I do have my dignity and an expectation of ethical business practices in my community. I dont have the option of being pushed around by grifters. Avoid them and know that the reviews that are positive are longtime friends and contractors. My floors are unsafe and absolutely garbage.

Horrible communication and they apparently do not need any additional jobs. They came highly recommended to me and I called numerous of times and made connection twice with NO follow up whatsoever! The lady was more excited about going on vacation instead of acquiring work or a job for their company! Horrible customer service!

We just had some flooring work done by Riggins Flooring and were extremely pleased with every aspect of there work from initial meeting to work completion. They were prompt, personable, efficient, clean, and reasonably priced. I will highly recommend them to anybody asking for a quality company.

Great place, great materials, great people.

Very good customer service. They have nice tiles and mosaic there with variety of different designs. Pretty pricey though. Tile I found was about $9 per sq ft. They also install tile for bath and flooring. They were back logged for month and half so I didnt get an estimate there.

Terrible customer service. They will find any excuse to avoid taking responsibility for their workmanship. You are better off going anywhere in Clarksville than here.

We shopped for floors literally for years. Riggins was recommended to us by a friend and it was the best recommendation! They helped me choose the floor design. I knew what product I wanted; I just couldn’t decide on the pattern. Their prices are beyond awesome! Our floor arrived fast too! Amazing customer service! Riggins flooring is a blessing! Pablo’s Flooring put our floors in and they look fabulous! I definitely recommend them both!

Mr. Riggins is delightful, but I cannot say the same for his staff. I had trouble getting called back and the price I was given for the flooring I chose was two dollars more per square foot than at the flooring store we used.

Good customer service. Workers are great, but took longer than I expected to install the flooring and they did not order enough of the transition strips even though thy had measurements of my house and what they needed. so a job they could have been done in 2-3days turned in into 2weeks.

I wish the girl who answered the phone was friendlier. In 2 phone calls I cant get past her unpleasant tone to consider them.

After several quotes from various flooring companies in Clarksville, we chose Riggins; their prices are affordable and they are a pleasant family. We had them replace flooring in a three story townhome, and were very pleased with the results. They installed quarter round as well; I was a little disappointed to learn that the nail holes were not going to be filled in the quarter round, so we had to hire someone to fill and paint that. Additionally, we had the owner come over and do an estimate for tile in the kitchen, and then we never heard back with a quote. As long as you follow up and ask questions beforehand, I’d say that you’ll have a good experience.
