Jeff Cartright, my service advisor did an excellent taking care of me. I arrived without an appointment but needed service before leaving on a trip. He made no promises but said he thought he could work me in. I felt comfortable working with him and was never pressured to purchase anything I didnt request. The waiting room was pleasant with coffee and snacks. This was my first visit to Jeff Wyler Toyota in over 25 years and it was a positive experience.
I’m trying Jeff Wyler again to service my Camry. I will revise this review to 5 stars if my oil filter does not leak. The service tech was attentive and listened to my concerns. He provided a pleasant customer experience.
I had a scheduled appointment at 11:00 am. Arrived right before that. Was getting an oil change and my tires rotated. The tenant told me it would be about an hour to an hour in a half. Waited until 1:00 pm to go up and ask about how much longer it would be. The tenant went in the back came back where I was and informed me the tech working on the car hasn’t even started and that it would be another hour or so before it would be completed. I couldn’t wait because I had to get kids off the bus around 2:30. Pretty disappointing…was my first time taking my vehicle there I highly doubt I will make another appointment.Update: originally gave a one star…took my vehicle back in for the same things a week later and the service was excellent! Waited 2 hours but all the work was completed and than some. Also spoke with the scheduling lady after the incident my first visit nd she had informed me there were a lot of staff out due to Covid so the shop was extremely behind. Still wish someone would of just told me that from the get go instead of me wasting half my day there. But anyways the second trip was definitely better.

Gary was amazing to work with, even though I was there for longer than I had planned he kept me entertained and always made sure I was comfortable. This was my first time going into a dealership by myself and I was nervous since this is a big purchase but Gary made sure all my questions were answered no matter if they were small or big and if he wasn’t sure he would go and communicate with an individual that would know the correct answer. This dealership made sure I got the lowest interest rate I could get and I appreciate that so much! If I’m ever looking to buy again in the future, this dealership is the first dealership that I will go to. I didn’t feel pressured and they didn’t try to change my mind on the vehicle that I wanted.

My husband and I purchased a beautiful 2021 Toyota Highlander last weekend. Our salesman, Justin B., was hands down the best salesperson we have every encountered. He was very personable, super funny, and not at all pushy. The entire process went very smoothly- there were no hiccups at all. I attribute this to Justin’s amazing expertise in selling vehicles. He had us in and out of there so fast, which was awesome and very appreciated, but he was still very thorough and took the time to answer all of our questions. In late July of 2021, I purchased a used vehicle from Jeff Wyler of Clarksville. I am from Cincinnati and made the one hour and forty minute drive to Clarksville. Juan was my salesman. Not only was Juan very transparent about the vehicle, but he remained in close contact with me throughout the vehicles preparation stages to ensure I was aware of any issues the vehicle may have had as they had just received the vehicle on a trade-in and I was traveling a good distance to purchase it.As well, Jon Bowman, General Sales Manager was in communication with me to ensure I had no further questions or needs prior to making the transaction. Upon my arrival, the vehicle was prepped and serviced. Jon and Juan had stuck to our agreed price without any funny business. It was simply a matter of signing the docs.Truly a professional experience. This was the best big car dealershipexperiences I have had in my 32 years of driving. Honest people that provided me with a solid customer experience. The vehicle is solid and I purchased exactly what they informed me I was purchasing. No hidden issues. As well, they are handling the transfer of my tags, registration. Subsequently I sent an email inquiring progress and they were prompt with a response.Perhaps I will drive there again in seven years for my next purchase.Well done.

Most of my transaction was done via email and phone. Gene and Jordan were always willing to answer my questions and provide a personal touch, even being hours apart and not being able to meet in person. There were no pushy agendas or hidden fees. Would 10/10 do business with them again!
I just want to put this out there... I was looking at a used 2018 or 2019 corolla... and they ran my credit 4 times! I signed a paper to run my credit but I didnt know that they were going to hit it four different times from four different companies. First, they bring me a high rate from an outside creditor and say they are working on getting me approved from Toyota with a better rate. Ten minutes they came back and said I was approved from Toyota with a lower rate (but it was still high). It is just kind of frustrating that they would run with different agencies when I ultimately had already been approved with Toyota. I think it was a tactic they used. I definitely didnt want four hard inquiries on my report because I have worked really hard on getting my credit score up.Micah was super cool though. He is a good salesman. I think it was more of the higher ups and their tactics. Just typical salesman stuff.
Micah is a great salesman and will get you all squared away with every aspect of the car buying process. He was very helpful with financing information and helped me get to where I needed to be to feel comfortable. Would HIGHLY recommend anyone in the area looking for a car to come in and see Micah. 5 out of 5 stars!

Appointment reminder was a nice touch never seen that before. Walked in and was greeted immediately by Justin. Appointment time was 9 and of course we were running behind and in a rush to leave,my wife had. Awork call at 1030. He had all paperwork ready, 10 minutes later we were in finance and 10 minutes after that I was on the road home. Truly a simple process!

Posted my Lexus online and got a message from Michael saying “ This is Michael with Jeff Wyler Buying Center. I HAVE GREAT NEWS, I looked closer at your SC and we are able to offer you $9,500. What time today can you bring that in?”I made an appointment and drove a hour for them to offer me 6k. My car is in amazing condition but since it “needs new wheels and tires” they can only offer me 6k-7k. I’m not mad at the price but mad at the fact that they sent me an offer after looking at detailed pictures of my car, just to lowball me in person. Waste of my time. Maybe don’t offer prices they can’t own up to.

Went into this dealership looking for a car. I don’t have the most knowledge when it comes to cars so I was intimidated at first. However upon arriving, I was greeted and helped the whole way through by Juan Rodriguez. He made the whole experience wonderful! He really took the time to help me understand every aspect of the vehicles I was looking at and really seemed to care about making sure I fully understood the deal I was looking at. Overall Juan just really made my time there enjoyable and relieved me of all tension I had when I first arrived. He did a great job and I will recommend all my friends go see him when making their next vehicle purchase.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. If I hadnt been in love with the car I would have walked away. I should have walked away. List price was $8,000, they added enough taxes and fees to make it over $11,000. Took 2 weeks to get a windshield replaced and ready for me to pick up. They ended up offering me a loaner car, it was on empty, same with the 2nd loaner. Now Im trying to figure out the financing, they told me 1 number and when I was finally able to look at the account threw the lender it was several thousand dollars more than we discussed. I have been trying all day to reach someone to explain it to me but no one will answer a call or a text. Thinking about contacting a lawyer and trying to get my money back. It has been a mess since day 1. First time buying a car from a lot, they saw me coming from a mile away, left a bad taste. Recommending to my friends and family to stay away. My dad was going to buy from them until he saw what I was going threw.
Went to the dealership and bought a 2018 Toyota Camry. Love the car and the salesman (Alex Kerr) was great. Didn’t try to put me in something I wasn’t comfortable with. New what I had in mind and the whole experience was great! Highly recommend this dealer and Alex. Fine young man.

I just moved back to Louisville from Florida. My car needed an oil change and this dealership was so incredible. I dropped my car off at 2pm and had it back by 4:40pm. Brandy in service was great and I’ll be back each time my car needs something and when I’m ready to purchase a new car I’ll be coming here.
We bought our last 2 Toyotas here. With their complete lack of response the past couple of years, theyve completely lost our business. Ive scheduled service appointments, and never received a confirmation. This happened again this past week, as Id scheduled an appointment for this week since were on vacation this week and need service completed as we both work during the workweek. I used the web scheduler to set an appointment for this week, but received no confirmation. Ive then called both Monday and Tuesday of this week about it, and had to leave messages since no one ever answered the service department phone. I called again today (Wednesday) repeatedly until I reached someone, only to be told I didnt have an appointment, I hadnt left a message, and they wouldnt be able to service the vehicle any day this week. If we do buy another Toyota, it wont be from any dealership with Wyler in the name, and if its not a Toyota, well make sure its not from any dealership associated with their larger organization. After their mergers with other dealerships the last few years, everything we liked about this dealership is gone.
The service at Jeff Wyler is always top notch! Unfortunately, this was our first time there during the pandemic and we are a high-risk family. We were pretty disappointed to see that we were the only people wearing masks. None of the staff were despite being front-line workers who interact with the public pm a daily basis.In the foreseeable future (at least for the rest of the pandemic) we will call in advance to check on the mask policy. We may move our business across the bridge where the Governor is enforcing a stricter mask mandate for businesses to protect more vulnerable families like ours. Other than that we love the customer service and the work performed by the technicians at Jeff Wyler and will be sad to have to switch to a Louisville location.
The service department is always very friendly and super fast!! Brandy is the most helpful, she educated her customers on what has been done on the vehicle and goes over the vehicle maintenance checklist so that I know my car is running well. Thank you Brandy for your kindness.

Recently Gene Post helped me get into a vehicle and I have to say how impressed I am with the man, some call…the Asian Sensation. Although he reminded me of a Japanese/Korean version of Shrek, I was able to put that aside and put my trust in what he was advising. I always love to support our veterans and once Gene cut the rat tail off his head and showed up with a new do, I knew he was the Vet for me. I’m not sure what his love affair is with The Rock, but that’s not what’s important right now. His service, friendliness and knowledge are second to none. Just purchased a vehicle from here and it was the most simple and enjoyable vehicle purchase I’ve had. Anthony is a very professional salesperson with great communication. Chelsea handled the finance portion while being super friendly. Overall, if I could give more stars, I would.
Honestly shocked at the level they tried to rip me off. I am not sure if I have had a worse car experience ever. Walked in and waited for someone to acknowledge me which took about 10 minutes. After I was able to test drive the car I was interested in the sales rep was no where to be found for another 15 minutes. They seemed extremely distracted and like they did not want to be there let alone help me buy a car. After telling me I couldnt be financed, they came back and said they could for a ridiculous monthly payment. When I asked who it would be financed through the sales rep said I dont know. and would not tell me what the APR percentage on the loan was. Obviously I am not going to buy a car and not know who it is financed through or what the interest rate is. Total joke. On top of that I do not recommended trying to trade your car in to them. I took my car to a dealership in Louisville and was immediately offered $2,000 more than they offered me. Long story short, great place to go if you enjoy being ripped off and love the stereotypical used car salesman that only cares about themselves.

This dealer is the worst one I have seen or dealt with; I purchased a highlander from them on 19 of July 2021. Part of the deal is to add crossbar and Tinting 2 windows. It took them till 6 of August to fix little things. In early September 2021, we did not get the title. I called them, and they offer me the tracking number (why now after I asked when not before), checked the day of the (supposed) delivered title, and check the videos for the form of the house no delivery with track number at that day.I went back to them to help me to get the title, and they do not replay the left message phone; a sale person called (Gary Hulsey) put us on hold for 25 Min.What a customer service If there is a rating less than zero, I will give them -10
I came on the wrong date for my appointment but Russell assured me that he would take care of me and indeed he did. I’m a new customer and he thoroughly apprised me of the various service options and recommendations, but not in a high pressure manner. Recently got a vehicle from this dealership and it has been an issue since i got it. ive contacted them multiple times on the issue (considering i just got it) and the help hasn’t been very helpful they rarely answer the phone it seems like….. and the customer service isn’t what it should be if i had the chance i would probably never have purchased from here.on the bright side the sales guys are great! really nice people 😊👍
Went to buy a used Toyota van. They had it listed online for about $8800. We showed up, took it for a test drive and like it. Told them we would buy it. They asked how we was going to purchase this vehicle. We told them cash, will write a check. The salesman told us one moment and came back to show us the final cost. We figured we would be paying taxes, title and some dealer processing fee. But no, they added on some charges for a flashing brake light and some cleaning/disinfectant treatment and some fabric tear warranty. That brought the $8800 price up to about $14,000.00!!! The inside of the vehicle wasnt even cleaned very well! We told them we didnt want any of that. But the salesman said they already did it. Then some other guy walks up and said what if we meet in the middle? They would only charge half for the extras. We told them the most we thought we would pay was about$10,000 after taxes and fees. They came down to $10,750. They let us walk out over $750 price difference then had the nerve to call us back saying they would take $10000 if we came back in. Wasting my time, thinking I have nothing better to do! After they lied online about the price of the van! I will never go to their dealership ever again! Nor will I recommend them to anyone! I will warn people they are not honest!

This is the second time Ive used the service center at Jeff Wyler Toyota. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful, but I admit, Russell is my favorite! He helped me troubleshoot over the phone. He is patient. He answered my questions. Once I finally got the car in, he took care of everything for me! The service team here is great! I feel I can trust them to be straight with me and that is priceless!!

I give them one star just because inside the dealership, I’m talking about the sales side, they did a really good job. On the other hand, in the back, at the shop horrible experience and I’ll tell you why I say horrible. For a windshield wiper arm to get replaced, took me three hours and some pushing to get the wiper arm replaced which took three people to replace. I was okay with waiting but since they told me, just come anytime and as long as the replacement part is in, we will get it replaced. Left work at 1200 for lunch, arrived at the dealership past 1240 and did not leave the dealership until almost 1700. If I did not ask about how much longer it’ll take they would’ve made me wait probably longer than that. I had a work meeting at 1700 and that is the only reason why I pushed. I am patient on everything but for a five minute wiper arm replacement? And on top of that, one of the mechanics working on my wiper said “why don’t you come out here and do the work”. First off it’s not my job. Second, if I knew it would take that long, I would’ve just suggested them giving me the part and me installing it myself. Third, you can’t tell me to show up whenever and just basically treat me like you’ll work on my car when you get to it. I get that the shop can get busy but for a job that literally took three of them five minutes to fix and the worst part is the comment made about me going out there to do it myself?Once again, sales side, they did a great job, in the garage/shop? Horrible….

Probably the friendliest experience I’ve had at Toyota (I was checked in by brandy). I was there for a routine maintaining, she checked me in, went ahead and scheduled my next service for me (which isn’t for another 6 months) and had me back on the road less than an hour.
I recently bought my first newly owned car and knew I would always stick with Toyota’s because you can’t go wrong. My experience was amazing and that’s all thanks to Dennis! I had a horrible experience, I was supposed to be picked up at my work at 4:30. I was told they forgot to pick me up and the shuttle driver had left for the day. I sat on the sidewalk waiting for an employee to pick me up to get my car. Finally at 5:55 I was picked up. Never once did I get a call from Jeff Wyler Toyota to apologize or offer me any compensation!!!!

My car buying experience at Jeff Wyler Clarksville has been very enjoyable. I saw a car I was interested in online and requested a test drive. Within minutes I received a reply and set up the appointment with Justin. I took the car for a test drive and decided to purchase it. Justin was very polite and explained all of the options to my wife and I. I feel the purchase price was very fair. From arrival to final paperwork, we were finished in about two hours which is unusual compared to my previous car purchases.
