Not happy went in ask my questions was not given the correct answers based my buying on the answers totally regret my purchase I told them the price I wanted to pay they added in something else that was supposed to be included said the seats were leather theyre not when asked about all wheel drive they told me that I would have to step up to the Grand Cherokee to get it which would be thousands more totally incorrect as wellPs. Asked about discount for veterans and it was never given even though advertised

Never had a problem with Wyatt Johnson Mazda! Can’t speak for the other dealerships but I absolutely love the Mazda dealership! Mr Rick and the other man in the parts department are very kind and down to earth friendly! The service people are friendly (Ms.Heather,Matthew,Ben, they are all friendly! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for service! Only thing I wish Wyatt Johnson offered on (oil changes,tire rotations,and etc was military discounts) but it’s ok.

I dropped my car off yesterday at 10 am for a diagnostic for CEL. I didnt receive any update at any time. I tried to text the number provided this morning with no response and had to call the dealership several times to get an update.I went back around 3:30 pm today and spoke with Ben Fendley. Asked if my car was ready as I did not receive a phone call and he states, It was ready 10 minutes ago. They charged me for a PCM update which causes the check engine light to illuminate. Mazda has sent out a bulletin about this and it is no fault of my own. I usually come to this location for my services but Ill visit Nelson Mazda in the future.

Ive purchased quite a few cars over the years and Wyatt Johnson Mazda was by far my easiest / best experience. The dealership is a little over an hour from my house and I would prefer to work with the two Mazda dealers right near me. Wyatt Johnson just offered a better deal on the 2021 Miata I bought from them. The communication was great - thanks Rusty Anderson. I always have reservations from past experience with other dealers, but the deal went down exactly as they promised over the phone - price, rate, no extras or add ons. I was in and out in less than an hour. Everyone I dealt with was super nice - delivery specialist, sales, and finance. Love the new car!

I came to this dealership about a month ago Looking for a vehicle. I found something I liked. I immediately wanted to do a test drive. I bought my CX-5 here back at the end of May this year, and just to clarify it was my first time ever buying a car. Ann Kauffman was able to work with us on the vehicle and get us down to a reasonable asking price after some negotiations. She was able to answer questions on the vehicle, and other vehicles on the lot that my family was interested in for the future. She has been tremendously helpful, and would recommend her for buying a car.I will say that some of the dealers methods in negotiation come across as pushy and highly unnecessary, but if you can push through that you can get a good deal. I guess its all part of the game!

*Service Department*After they ordered the wrong tire size once, a week later I went in for my second appointment to get two rear tires replaced. I was called around three hours later stating their tire machine had broken, but they would give me a loaner car. No biggie, stuff happens, not really their fault. Approx 24 hours later I went in to pickup the car. (Mind you, my 2020 loaner died. I couldnt have had any lights left on as they are auto on/off/dimming, and I had driven it just three hours earlier. Again, stuff happens and its not their fault) Upon arriving, not only had they installed a very apparent wrong tire size, but had damaged both rear wheels. They tried to give me my keys and send me on my way. This is their fault. They had to order a now third set of tires and send my wheels off for repair. Its now 15 days later, I have picked up my car. MAY 18 - JUNE 2*While they did make things right, I would not trust this service center to change my radio station.*
Good luck getting anybody to answer the phone in the Mazda parts department...They wont do it!I spent half the day Calling the Mazda parts department every 30 minutes... Nobody ever answers the damn phone!

Recently traveling from out of state and received road damage to my car. Wyatt Johnson was the closest Mazda dealer to my location and thank the LORD it was. Kyle in the service department was AWESOME, kept us updated on time it would take for repairs ... the extra couple of days in a hotel in Clacksville not particularly a vacation, but Kyle definitely made it bearable.

It was a Mazda and we wanted to stick with that brand and were trying to avoid a dealership but Wyatt Johnson ended up providing us the best deal economically and longevity for what we were looking for compared to finding a preowned one.Ann Kauffman was the sales specialist who helped us through the process and she did a very good job. I just got my car about a week ago from them! Im in love with it 😍 Sylar (my car) is a used 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport with 58k miles. The process was very easy. The sales guy was nice and strapped in the car seat which was amusing. The woman in finance was awesome! Very helpful with explaining the break down, process, and she was super funny.Update: Its been a couple weeks since I got my car. I get a delivery in the mail, open it up and COOKIES! The dealership sent me a box of hand crafted and delicious cookies with a nice note. That is next level care! Never in my life have I seen or heard from anyone of my family or friends getting a gift from a dealership after purchase. It was an unexpected and nice gesture.

Tried calling three times to set an appointment for an oil change and a minor fix on my fuel cap release. The first time they told me that they would have someone call back to let me know if the part was in to fix the fuel cap release. They never called so I called back two hours later. After being transferred back and forth a couple times I was sent to a line that continued to ring until it hung up. Called back the 3rd time to set an appointment and basically the same thing happened. I was sent to an ever ringing line that was never answered. GAVE UP. If they cant answer the phone I sure dont want them touching either one of my Mazdas. Its the simple things guys.

I had a Rogue which I have been trying to get out of for years. Damar came out months ago gave us his card and told us whenever we were ready to come see him. Id like to start off by thanking the people at Mazda for the extraordinary service that they have provided me. I have been searching for a Mazda 6 since April. Ive been to many other dealerships here in the Nashville area and none compare to the service and professionalism like Ive received here. The manager was very accommodating to my work schedule as I am a doctor and work odd hours. Tony was the sales person I had the privilege to work with and he was more than willing to drive all the way out to Franklin to show me the vehicle. Even with my work schedule being how it is, Tony was more than willing to work with me and go out of his way to make multiple trips to show some of the different vehicles and made sure I found the one I liked. Although my husband decided to purchase a family vehicle on a whim on his way back from out of state, which halted our shopping process, I will definitely be back very soon to buy my own car from this dealership. They made the process surprisingly enjoyable and easy. I never once felt pressured or put into a situation I was not comfortable with. Even though I didnt come out of this with a car, I felt like I came out of this earning my trust and a personable sales person I can call a friend. I will definitely be back soon for my Mazda 6!

Had a fuel issue, and I thought I knew my car more than anyone and she pin pointed the problem and she’s not even getting paid to be a mechanic. She is very respectful and such a great people person. I am utterly disappointed with the service in the sales department. I spoke with Karen earlier this week wanting to set up a time to test drive a vehicle. I asked if they still offered to come do a home showing for the car and she said yes. But once I mentioned that I live in Murray she got very rude with me and refused to go forth and come to terms with me. I find this extremely inconvenient due to the whole COVID thing going on right now. I kept trying to get in contact with her and scheduling a time for her to come out. I finally decided to come out and pay a visit to the dealership because I was fed up with the back and forth nonsense. Come to find out she did not want to deal with me and ignored all my text and calls when I wanted to talk about the price. Ive seen the other negative reviews about Karen and honestly feel like she should be dealt with or fired. Im not wasting my time here. Never again

On 8/28/2020 I had a scheduled oil and transmission service for my mothers Mazda 3. Lydia, the service advisor stated that the technician would perform a Full Circle Service Inspection as a courtesy. I agreed as this is common practice at most all ASE shops. To my surprise, she came into the customer waiting area with the inspection results stating that the technician recommended replacing the front brake pads which he measured at 3mm or less (see pic of observation & recommendation). I explained to Lydia that I had just replaced the tires the week prior at Firestone and they also performed a Courtesy Inspection and I specifically asked the Firestone service advisor to check the brakes and rotors while they had the wheels off of my mothers car. Firestone obliged and informed me that all brake pads measured at least 6mm and had at least half life remaining on all four sets of pads. Thus, I informed Lydia from Mazda that I would have to decline the service that her technician had recommended. As I departed Wyatt Johnson Mazda, I immediately called Firestone and spoke with their manager regarding Mazdas recommendation. Firestone asked me to bring the car by and they would recheck the measurements on the front rotors. The attached picture shows the Firestone 6mm measuring tool (yellow) which I took myself while inspecting the pads with the Firestone manager. I then proceeded back to Mazda and asked to speak with the Service Manager. Lydia asked what the problem was and I showed her the picture from Firestone that I had just taken 20 minutes earlier. She began to defend the technician by stating and I quote I have to trust my technician. Even while looking at the evidence on my phone I stated. I asked her how could the technician make such a mistake and she stated, and I quote again...well we dont actually take the wheels off to measure the pads, we just stick a tool in there with the wheels on the car. Finally the service manager shows up and I show him the inspection results and recommendations from his technician. He looks at it and says its clear that you need front brake pads. Then I show him the pictures I had taken showing the measurements I had just taken 20 minutes earlier at Firestone. He seems puzzled when I ask what his thoughts were. However he finally states and I quote, my technician is blind, these pads dont need replacing. The service manager apologizes and tells me that he is going to have a talk with the technician in his office. Whether that happened or not, I have my own recommendation. Folks, if I had not previously known that my mothers car did not need brake pads, or worse, my mother would have taken the car there, these folks would have made an easy $249.99 for perfectly functional brake pads. What Wyatt Johnson Mazda just tried to pull is nothing short of a travesty. My recommendation would be to get a second opinion on all of their Full Circle inspection recommendations before authorizing any work. After a detailed discussion reference my experience yesterday, he informed me that he would conduct a thorough investigation into the matter. The GM asked what he could do to right this wrong. I requested that he review the procedures to see if.....1) standard maintenance procedures were followed by the technician who determined that the car needed front brake pads and...2) If procedure wasnt followed, then please provide feedback as to what his proposal would be to remedy, and more importantly, prevent similar occurrences from happening.

Bought my CX- from Karen. Overall experience was good but not too impressed with the process. Karen was very welcoming and excited to work with me but towards the end and signing she started to get irritated with me for no reason. I wanted to work some things out through the phone for the convince of both of us but she was a bit rude when it came to that idea. When it came down to signing she deliberately kept me waiting for aggravating her. Good experience until the end
Emily in the service department is terrible and a liar. She’s not friendly, she has no idea what she is doing and she curses like shes drunk at a bar. I think she needs to learn how to act in a workplace.

While I went into the dealership to look and narrow down my search for what I was looking for, I was given all the time I needed to make the decision, test drive, ask questions, never felt rushed, hurried or pressured. We bought a new 2020 Mazda 6 Sport for our sons 18th Birthday and High School graduation. We met with Karen Kreuser in August to check one out and go on a test drive. Even though we were not going to buy until September Karen was still more than happy to spend some time with us and get us situated for a test drive. My son was wanting to get a red one but they only had a gray one on the lot but Rusty Anderson the sales manager arranged for one to be delivered prior to my sons birthday in September. We were able to complete most of the paperwork online and only spent about an hour at the dealer to sign papers, before heading out with a happy and very excited son. Thank you Karen for making this the best car buying experience Ive had. (This is our fith new car in 20 years and by far the best experience!!)

Excited to say we bought a beautiful 2020 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring Reserve with Turbo Engine from Wyatt Johnson in Clarksville today.
