I brought here one Jeep to sell, they did 2.5 CR and announced structural damage. And then I removed it before that sale, then sold it to Sullivan auto group at Clark County AA without doing anything, then they brought it here, now it has a 4.1 CR grade and nothing about the structural damage. This shows how corrupt they are, and I am sure this Cox, Inc will go under a Federal probe. I am told many times, and several dealers I know have obvious facts that they do not give everyone equal opportunity. If you are the one, just join us and mail your facts to the Federal bureau
Dont know much about it, except I know a security guard there. They auction off vehicles.
Its a nice place they have options once a week they sell a lot of nice cars
Nice cars. Nice people
Saw a Jeep for sale. No damage it looked perfect. when it arrived it was damaged in the right passenger door. they didnt show the damage on there website. turns out they avoid taking pictures of the damaged parts. its a scummy thing to do. dont waste your time here
Slow, but the gate guard was very helpful
Good place and helpful staff.
Was here for an auto auction. But only went to pick up the vehicles after the dealership that I drove for brought them. So Im not sure if you have to have a dealership license or not. But I hear they have decent cars for pretty good prices during the auction.
I can go to a restaurant and eat/drink, but I cant walk into an auto auction and pay for my vehicle? It makes no sense.
They quickly & easily got my deceased wifes car back to our family and all with pleasant conversation & a smile!
The GM is a show off, you better goto CCA.
Dont waste your time here. the GM isnt worth a penny
Have had great experiences here. I had to visit the facility today to turn in a title on vehicle. Gloria was extremely rude and condescending. I guess she didn’t realize I was the owner of the dealership. I would recommend this faculty to have a talk with her on how to treat customers.
I only know this place because I know somebody that works here
Good auction
Easiest place I ever been to pick up cars. Love this auction
Worst service, security is unprofessional
Great people
The gm is a show off and rude. dont waste your time here.
Bad manager. dont waste your time here.
Great Deals
Great place
Absolutely wonderful pool in there being a transporter Golem I had a sciatic nerve and I couldnt walk back to get the car somebody back to get it for me ride it out to me made me a happy man excellent excellent service
Manager is very rude. not even worth my one star
Dont believe their CRs, Ive heard seller has to pay operations manager for a better CR
Its a waste of time and the general manager isnt the person you think he is
1st time there..very nice cars come through...
Although this was a process point for a car that was being reissued by Redemption, the staff was not very accommodating the manager refused to speak with a client even after the fact that there was an obvious miscommunication. How I hate to point out some of the more obvious features of the entire situation ( there might have been some cultural bias involved)but I will simply say this, for me that if this is going to be the first experience in dealing with the automotive reclaimation or Auto Auction industry be prepared for the more how should I say brutal hard truth of this industry.
Very disorganized.
The general manager needs to learn how to talk to there customers
Good security staff. Great people to do business with.
Good body shop I recommend if you need repair after accident.
Easy to find parking, and customer service is always friendly.
In addition to those, Ive had numerous other smaller problems - such as but not limited to: floor prices not being put in at all/or put in at the correct amount, condition report or lack of condition report requests being put in incorrectly (ie in reverse of what I want), additional fees being charged WHICH ARE INCORRECT and not accurate (so keep an eye on your invoices or youll probably pay a bit extra), evening gate hours being changed randomly so when you show up to pick up a car you have to come back the next day instead, occasionally cars on their property being messed with, andddd the list goes on....!!!!Do I really need to come in and HOLD ALL THE EMPLOYEES HANDS, making sure they do their job properly??? What a disgrace!!! Its mind blowing how much stuff theyve got wrong for me (more than has been right, I can assure you of that!) and thats JUST ME - what about the other thousands of dealers nationwide??But, when Manheim makes A KILLING charging Buy + Sale Fees on every car, Condition Report fees, Sale Day Wash Fees, an additional Internet Satisfaction Fee (for internet sales - BOTH to buyer & seller!!), PSI Fees, Cash Payment Fee, etc, and contracts out the auctioneers to minimize employees & overhead - plus plays favorites with large new car stores and high volume dealers, they simply dont care about customer service or ANYONE -- just the bottom line profit margin. Which is sad really!!! Shame on you Manheim!!And now, Manheim wants to focus more on digital sales - so buyers cant even see & inspect the cars theyre supposed to be spending money on??? HAHAHA WHAT A JOKE!!! NOPE, NEVER DOING THAT!!!While I will say: to deal with them is basically a necessary evil as theyre the largest auction nationwide, and most dealers dont have much of a choice - it would sureeeee be nice if they upped their customer service & attention to detail immensely!! I guess thats my dream for the future, similar to Martin Luther King Jrs dream I guess.... maybe one day....Until then: I wonder what the next fee they will come up with will be?? Perhaps like the commercial, a fee fee. Or possibly a fee to enter the premise on sale day/an entrance fee. Or maybe start charging to park in their lot to attend the sale? Only time will tell which way this goes....Thanks for reading and be careful dealers!Note: these experiences above have been at several Manheim locations across three states, not just one location in particular.
Good deals, need to get there early, check out.
Delivered a pizza dude didnt tip how lousy.
The folks at LAA are great and truly make the customer/Dealer experience fast easy and friendly.... They are an extension of my operation and couldnt do it without them.... Matt, Sheena, Tristen, and Ingrid are part of my success and we couldnt do without them.....You all Rock!!!!!
Too many big dealers buying up all the good vehicles, very difficult to purchase anything good at this location
Top Notch staff! Highly recommended.
Well worth a visit, be early, to check inventory
A waste of time and the manager is very rude
