I came in to drop off truck, for service the next day, but was able to get right in. Great service techs. Only problem was with my rotation. The tire pressure wasn’t checked. As it usually done, with paperwork to back it up. My PSI were 37-34-27-33 .what happened this time.

Oil change/tire rotation took 3 hours and 20 minutes. This is the longest Ive ever waited for basic service.Upon arrival, all four of my TPMS sensors were working fine. After service, all four were not working. Technician said he tried to reprogram them, but I may need new sensors.

Since I bought my truck in Florida, it was my first time there. I was in for my first oil change as it was around 3:30 pm. I was welcomed and introduced to my service rep Colin Hayes. He told me about recalls on my truck that I didn’t know about and then showed me the waiting area. After about an hour and half the truck was done with the oil change and I was on my way. Because it was late in the afternoon and it was busy the recalls were not applied. Colin said he would get back with me to see when would a good day be for me to bring the truck back. Though he never did, over all my experience was good. I’ll have to see how it goes on my next few services.

I was able to get an appointment time to my liking and the oil change and tire rotation was completed in a timely manner. The intake area is clean and organized and the waiting area is comfortable.

Scheduled an appt. for 2 issues with our vehicle. They couldnt replicate one and the other they didnt have someone who could get to it right then so they said they would call us mid week and make sure they could get us in that coming Friday.So Friday comes, no phone calls.... we did get a video of what they couldnt replicate. We go to drop off, they wouldnt even see us, all the sudden they are taking appointments only and we are not on the list. We had to make another appointment. We might get our issues taken care of at our appointment in 3 weeks. (even though they promised that this week at our appt last week)

It was the only place that had the confidence to work on my Corvette. It was very easy for me to express how I want the Corvette to be fixed, getting the parts I wanted. Even when mistakes were made when I would check up here and there. I was given no issues at all and the issues were resolved without incident.Once the work was finished we had one more hiccup with the detailing but once again everyone came together to ensure my Corvette was exactly as it was before the accident that I was in. All the parts were installed perfectly with the perfect spacing so when the car flexes. None of the components causes friction with another nor was the body over lapping in any sort of way.

JP was so amazing! He’s a true gem. JP knew his stuff. He answered all my questions in regards to my 2021 Malibu LS. He knew about the Apple Car Play and the On Star features. He even was apple to show me how to set up my Wifi and the My Chevrolet app. Such a great guy and made sure we stayed in budget.

Jamie was my rep. I came to dealership because Beechaven Auto Repair told me I had a leak in my air compressor and it would have to be replaced. It was replaced on August 13 at Heartland Chevy in England, Arkansas due to original Compressor locking up and breaking main belt. I was having air flow issues and AC would intermittently work. Corlew shop quickly found the problem being a switch that controlled the airflow and repaired it the same day. I have had my Chvy blazer in repair shop multiple times over a year and they were the ONLY ones who could find the problem. Very nice people and always called me when they said. And THERE WAS NO LEAK IN MY NEW AIR COMPRESSOR. Thank you Jamie for listening to the problem.

I was just in here this week to get a shift knob replaced on my 2018 Chevy Malibu due to the manual buttons becoming inoperable. The amount of time it took to get it replaced was less than expected and even though it was a bit pricey for the labor it is definitely worth it because I couldn’t even tell the difference once completed and the manual shifting is back. Staff was awesome and helpful as well. Great job guys keep up the good work!

By far the worse customer service I have experienced in seeking to purchase a vehicle. I walked in and stood at the reception desk for almost 5 mins, and I had to say something before the reception even looked up to acknowledge me. I was called to come in and speak with someone I wasnt scheduled with a specific person. I was told to just come in and speak with someone which was fine. The receptionist called for a sales person cant remember the gentlemans name, but his desk is right behind the receptionist desk. His greeting was off and wasnt very friendly. I came in looking to replace my Equinox, and this is what I told the gentleman. He left to get a Equinox came back after 30 mins the vehicle nice, but not clean trash still in and smelled. I asked him did the person have pets because the vehicle had a strong odor, and I have severe allergies. Took the vehicle on a test drive, and the salesman had no communication with me at all. I explained that the vehicle was not for me because of my allergies, and because of the odor. I could tell that the previous owner had pets/or farming. Then was told well we cant help you because we dont have equinoxs on the lot, so I dont wont to waste your time, but we cant help you. I did my research before coming in and theres quite a few Equinoxs on your lot. I get it he probably didnt care about getting my business fine with me, but he could have referred me to someone else. Customer Service should be top priority as soon as a customer walks through your door and today I didnt receive that. I wont be returning just had to write this review.

I purchased my 2008 Silverado from James Corlew dealership and a month later had to put over 3k worth of maintenance into it done at the James Corlew maintenance department after I was told the vehicle was all good to go during my buying experience just wish i was told the problems upfront

I traded in a 2018 Camaro 2SS in perfect condition on a GM Certified 2020 1500 Sierra. I procured the Sierra on a rainy day and didnt notice a small dent. I went back a few days later after noticing that there was an improper paint job done on the entire rear panel. I was also lied to about the stereo. I simply wanted them to fix the dent and paint. GM customer service got involved and after weekly calls, being told to get estimates, much legwork, a month later they tell me they will not cover basic repairs that shouldnt have been necessary in the first place on a GM certified vehicle. They undercut my trade in by over 2k, got me out the door and basically just took the cash. The customer service received so far has been friendly but completely unhelpful. I currently own 2 other Chevys less than 3 years old, Chevy just lost all future deals with this consumer as its simply unacceptable to handle customers this way. Also, I was told to bring the vehicle back to get the registration completed, washed and tank filled as it was on empty. On the way home I had to put a quarter tank in, I took it back waited an hour for them to finish detailing... It looked like someone hosed it down and dried it with a greasy rag, no interior cleaning, the tank was on 3 quarters and it still took them a month to get my registration mailed out. So customer service is just a keyword with no meaning at this place. Ill update when I get to the 2 free maintenances included with certified GM, I certainly wont be expecting that to be honest or easy.
