I had a great experience there I did my online application What in an hour later I had the vehicle I really like.

If I could leave no stars I would. Do not trust this company. I bought an SUV from them in 2003. Had the vehicle for 1 month and had to have knee surgery and was out of work. I called them and since they had obviously sold my trade already they told me I could bring the vehicle back and i would no longer be responsible for it. They even put it in writing. Fast forward 15 years and I get my wages garnished for over $15,000 for said vehicle. They had taken me to court after they sold the vehicle to someone else and I was never even notified. So they are trying to get paid for the same vehicle twice plus interest . Not to mention the down payment they received and they got the money from my trade. I only had the car for 1 month. Do NOT do business with them.

I bought a car from Jim Butler a few years back and it was a decent car. I paid it off. I went back and bought a Kia Serento. It had high mileage but seem to be in great shape.I immediately started hearing a thump sound in the front end. I took it in too et checked out. And was told the ball joints were bad and had been wore out for some time. Now I have too pay for them Otto be replaced Being a suspension issue that is potentially dangerous to drive. They should gave replaced them. I paid for a quality vehicle at their price. So all in all I will now give them 2 thumbs down for this sale.@ Next car I buy will not be purchased from them.

Been dealing with JBA since 2003ish and have bought many vehicle thru them. They are very customer oriented and put customer service at the top of the list. A great selection of cars and they stand behind them. Not only have I purchased cars for my wife and myself but my kids have gone there and continued the family tradition of going there for vehicles. A true for the people company very easy to work with.

Do not buy from this company they are fraudulent. They are known by mechanics for tampering with odometer readings and concealing any damages to a car.

Its amazing how you have 3.3 stars and not a lower rating. Asked for the carfax 6 times from your sales guy Troy and never got it. I ended up with the car so I could go to school from yall and the subframe and frame is still not aligned properly from the wreck it was in from hitting a pole. Used parts were used to rebuild the car. Car has 9 electrical codes that were wiped from the ECU but they forgot the car stores codes. How I know this is because Im in school for Automotive.

My son went against my advice and purchased a truck from here. He somehow got month behind on his insurance and they cancelled. A tow truck shows up to my sons work, my son calls and fixes the issue. Tow truck still takes it and wants $500 cash to get it back. They dont help people, they are crooks! I miss big Jim.

Good place to go get a new car

Made me feel like a waste of thier time...told me basically because I was a female buying my first truck that the questions I had about specific sounds it made from the very start were irrelevant and I wouldnt understand how it was supposed to sound....put an on time payment device on it that caused problems every month for 6 months because they always gave me wrong or non-working codes for it until I threw a fit and requested it be removed because it was making me late or miss work when it didnt start after getting one (and at one point three bad codes in a row.) Repoed it when I was two days past a payment because of a holiday when they werent even there to take my payment. Never buy there again.

Buyers beware!!!!! They wont honor their warranty unless its on petty stuff... anything big they will schedule you out past the time frame so it will be out of warranty. They will bill you for stuff without your permission. And they will sell vehicles and say theres no issue when they know there is. I have caught them in several lies and they claim to be religious.. Stay far away... They are scums

Well,i had problems with the expedition i got from them(and still paying payments on) i invested thousands of dollars to find the problem why it is doing what the vehicle is doing...And whats really highly effed up is where they wont even service the vehicles you are leasing or financing from them...and now i dont even want the vehicle now,but what i want is all the money i have lost out on for trying to pinpoint the problem no diagnostic machine is finding...and i am tired of dealing with it...UPDATE:Just called Them about giving the car back,and since i invested thousands into this vehicle,these ppl said theyll hold the car for auction for 10 days and if they buy the car,i would have to pay the remainder because i signed a BOGUS CONtractFirst of all,you told me everything is rebuilt inside and out(from the engine to the tie rod,LIES!!!!!)So the engine should have been barely new with less mileage instead of having 140,000 miles,certain belts missing and/or going out,Transmission sparingly slips...I almost DIED IN THIS VEHICLE because the 4x4 feature doesnt work and almost flipped off the bridge and the brakes locked up in this weather...And if they really think that imma keep paying on a death trap i will get a lawyer asap and file a lawsuit...and i know that theres a lot of former customers that truly wants in on this lawsuit for these lemons you all selling to the good folks of Southern Indiana...I see now why you dont do customer repairs,so you can halfway fix these lemons and sell them on that lot,instead of taking care of your customers and doing right by them...If the long Island medium made a trip to that lot,you really aint gonna like what the elders have to say from the other side...The elders would probably have you shut down til you learn how to treat and take care of your customers...UPDATE 2:well its March 9th,and i got off the phone with Clarksville Finance,mind you the vehicle is sitting because i almost died on a delivery when it shut off on me on a really busy freeway and couldnt get over to the shoulder and was terrified to get out of the vehicle due to various vehicle speeding by,they tell me that im still responsible for the remainder balance and i read the indiana lemon law,and talking about taking it to an attorney,so if they want to go that route...ATTENTION PREVIOUS REVIEWERS THAT POSTED YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH JIM BUTNER AUTO!!!Im going to start up a class action lawsuit against This Shoddy Establishment and i need you all that dealt with them to back me up by speaking up and stepping up against bad business and the way they screw over good people in the indiana and Louisville areas...If youre tired of their blatant disrespect and how they handle shady business,help me by joining me by filing a major class action lawsuit against this establishment...its time to Stand Up and Fight Back!

This used to be a reputable dealership. Ive bought 3 cars from here. The last one was 8 years ago. Each vehicle I bought had less than 60k miles, which isnt bad for a buy here/pay here lot. Just started looking for a new vehicle and they were the first place I looked. Noticed most of there vehicles have over 200k miles on them. That close to the end of the life span of a vehicle unless is has been well maintained. Even then there will be a lot of things that will need to be replaced on something with that high of millage.This car lot is buying the cheapest vehicles at auction that no other dealers want and charging way more than the blue book price. You should always be weary of a car dealership that doesnt show there vehicle price on there website. The dealers wont tell you the price until they run your credit. On top of the high price, you still also be stuck with a high interest rate as will.This place is a scam. Screwing over people with little options. Selling vehicles that will more then likely not last until its paid off. Do your research before buying.

I purchased a 2012 Jeep Cherokee from them back in June. Sale went great but once I was bed rested due to complications in my pregnancy I fell behind. Been trying to catch up every since. Talked to Jacqueline Connie and ginger in the collection office several times about my vehicle once it got repossessed and they all failed to mention to me the amount of time I had to get it back. I’m a single parent of two with one on the way and came up with the money they asked for only to be lord to when I came here in person now I a am car less. Thanks for the bad communication and awful way you guys handle business. Any car lots you guys can recommend?

Honestly I would give them zero stars if I could because not only did the car break After a little over a month of having it they did nothing to try to help me out in any kind of way then I find out from the mechanic I took my car to that they super glued a hose to the manifold do not buy a car from them I’m already stuck but you can save yourself

Approximately 15 years ago I bought my first of nine vehicles from Jim Butner Auto Sales.Whether being for personal use or business, all were, besides a few minor issues, solid reliable vehicles.Over the years Ive had to use my warranty twice, both times my expectations were met with total satisfaction and in a timely manner.Like others, I had a credit problem due to a life event, so understandable I was going to have to pay a higher interest rate and a slightly above market value for the vehicle due to the risk the Dealership was willing to accept.Now after years of fulfilling my obligations and being a customer in good standing, I pay a decent interest rate and a good price for the vehicle I chose to buy.I can not say this enough. If you have an legitimate reason why you cant meet your obligations to them, communicate, communicate, communicate they will work with you as much as possible, keeping in mind that they are running a business. They have worked with me in the past.In light of some of these reviews, I can only speak of my long term relationship experiences with Jim Butner Auto Sales.They have always been up front and honest with me.They have always done what they said they were going to do and to my satisfaction.I chose to do business with them and will continue.I highly recommend this Dealership for those needing a little help getting in a vehicle.Do your own due diligence when choosing a vehicle.Like everything in life theres always two sides to a story or in a negative review.Thank you.

The staff is nice but the cars are trash bought a 2006 charger in the first week the alternator went out the whole front end needs to be replaced there was water in my radiator instead of coolant they will tell you they shop will fix it but there prices are high compared to other shops every since I’ve bought the car more and more problems come up and I didn’t even have one month without something being wrong I do not recommend anyone to buy any vehicle from Jim butner unless you take it to get it looked at buy your own mechanic just not worth the money if they can’t just be honest!!!! But I did meet some very nice people that worked there the quality of their vehicles just suck

Recently bought a car here, and so far all of the guys working here have been extremely helpful. I actually had to come back because of an issue I was having with the MyKey feature and they helped me out with it, potentially saving me $200. They gave me more for my trade in then I was asking for. I had shopped around at a bunch of different places looking for a car and none of them come close to the experience I had at Jim Butner.

Best place to go to buy one of their $10,000 cars and pay $20,000 on it because of the interest. Very pleased with my vehicle but just not worth the price Im paying. Dont listen to the reviews where people tell you their cars are junk. Its a used car dealership. If you want to buy a car that wont have any problems at all then go buy a new car with a warranty. It will pretty much be the same cost as anything from Jim Butner since only $50 of every $100 payment you make is what goes towards the balance. Their financing is designed to help them retire early with your retirement money. It would actually be less irritating and more satisfying at this point if I would have just saved my $20,000 and lit fires on my grill with $100 bills every week. But what do I know.. theyve been around since 55 when even Elvis was alive How imaginative of you. Must take advertising lessons from Tony Malito.

Jim Butler is a crook. Sale junk cars with a one year warranty or 12,000. Bought my wife a 2009 Buick enclave after 2 week a part in the transmission which took a week to fix. Got it back two weeks later all the light in dash come on they had the car 3 weeks today. The said that they put a remanufactured motor in but Still wont run. So I asked what he was going to about car. I asked for a another car, he said that we wont like anything that he had so he let out of our contract. BUT wont bad back the 1800.00 that we paid on the car or money on rental car, which was 221.14. Ill tell you something Jim butler Ill walk to hell and back before I buy another junk car from you .I gave you one star for the popcorn. And only the popcorn. See ya.

My personal experience with this company: the worst place in Indiana to purchase a car. They took total advantage of a single mother. I made sure I owed them nothing and still this place ripped me off in only 13 days of having an overpriced vehicle with issues. It is very wrong to mistreat people. I had and reported issues the first 3 days in with their vehicle & promises were made not kept with defectives and recalls.

The problem with this dealership they tripled charge you more than the kelly blue book value cost I got into a wreck like 4 weeks ago and yesterday they told me to bring the car so they could replace me A car but when insurance gets the money it goes towards how much I owe the car and I have to pay the rest. I’m not happy with the financial bs but they just want money do not come to this dealership some of these car aren’t worth your time and money my Hyundai is starting to weird rattling noise it has149,000 mile they want 14,000 when the car is worth 4000- 5000

Dishonest and overpriced. They sold my my mom who is in her late 70s on a fixed income a 2014 Chevy Cruze with 128 thousand miles for 14 thousand dollars. After taking her car as down payment and her poor credit with Interest the car costs right at 21,000. The KBB and NADA show it is only worth 5500 to 7300 tops. So now she is immediately upside down on payments and didnt factor in full coverage insurance into her monthly budget and had to return the vehicle. Now she has doesnt have a car. They really sold her on buying a reliable, worry free vehicle to be able to grocery shop and go to doctors appointments and dialysis with. I understand some markup but thats ridiculous and taking advantage of people with poor credit or no understanding of car buying.

When no one else would give me a loan for a car they did without a big down payment and affordable weekly payments,and I will have it paid off in no time. They are the best.

I will never do business with these people again. They sell their cars for 3-4 times what its worth and the car you get is almost guaranteed to breakdown on you in the first 6 months. 4 months after I got mine, 3/4 of the body paint started peeling off and the throttle body went out. After that, its been nothing but trouble with this car. In the 4 years Ive had it, I feel like its been in the shop more times than Ive been able to drive it. No, 1 month before I have it paid off, its sitting in from of my house, undriveable, and waiting for me to make my last payment, so I can sell it to a dump site.Unless you a desperate for a car, like I was, please do not give them your business, Go somewhere else and get a better car for a fraction of the price.

I would give this place ZERO if I could... This place is horrible..my husband passed away in Clarksville of a massive heart attack in November(we live in Louisville) Clark Co Sheriffs dept had his truck towed to the impound lot)..they (Butner) repossessed his truck ( I understand that)but when I went to retrieve his personal items from his vehicle all of his valuable stuff was GONE!! VANISHED INTO THIN AIR!! The guy assisting me with my husbands stuff straight up told me (and I have a witness) that had he known my husband had a huge CD case in there he would have took them!! I thought maybe the sheriff had it because I hadnt gotten his property back yet..but nope..it wasnt in his property..so I called Marlene Butner...explained the situation and what was missing and what her employee said to me and she pretty much called me a LIAR and said it was my word against her employees... She was so rude and disrespectful..never even said Im sorry for your loss!! I was crying so bad I couldnt hardly catch my breath.. I told her I was going to contact a lawyer and file a claim and she laughed said good and hung up on me!! I am not writing this to hurt business, I am writing this to tell you from one person who understands what is it like to live from paycheck to paycheck to another. Unless you are prepared to put work and money into the car you purchase then dont even walk on their property. The only reason I got this car is because I didnt have a way to work/ home because it was outside the bus schedule hours.DO NOT finance or buy from these people. They are absolute crooks. I bought a car from them a year ago. Paying $500/month and Ive had to replace: Battery ($114), Radiator ($80), Wipers ($40 & scratched the window all up which I can hardly see out of now), Drivers side Window motor and Regulator ($86). All within the first 6 months and all outside the regular maintenance. And they never told me this car was wrecked. The only reason I know is because we have found glass in the trunk and the trunk leaks and almost floods every time it rains. Im seriously upset and will never refer or buy from them again. They are trying to get me to trade my car for an upgrade Absolutely not!!! Why? So they can take this car now that it is in better shape? No thanks. I will be keeping this car once paid off and taking my future business elsewhere.I understand that this is a used car dealership, some things are understandable. But making me pay all this money and then do all of this maintenance? Lie to me and tell me this is an excellent car and has never had any damage? Please I beg you not to go here. I promise you will regret it.

Better than average service is here at Butners. They took care of any issues and now, the car I purchased at Jim Butner Auto is paid for and serving me well. The inventory is sizeable and financing is available with qualification.

Overpriced cars, not reliable, everything started to fail on the first two weeks ... they refused to help me... corrosion started to show 3 months after I got it, paint started to peel off, power windows stoped working, no brakes, and much more is wrong with it... they refused to help... customer service???... hahaha... it does not exist, only people ready to take your money... Check the car completely, drive it for at least 15 minutes!!!! Worst dealership that I have ever encounter... DO NOT BUY HERE ...!!!

Me and my fiance bought a car with a warranty, started having trouble with it in the first week of is having it. Called several times and never got a call back about the problems we were having then find out it had a recall on it. Then we had to take it to the actual dealership and I was one day late and they repoed it from them without it being fixed and are now trying to garnish my check and making me pay almost 8 grand or more for it

I HAVE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT, ALWAYS PAID MORE THAN MY PAYMENT WAS, THEY FOUND OUT BEFORE I DID THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH MY AUTO INSURANCE!! 2 gentlemen pulled up in a black pick up truck to get my van in Jeffersonville. The guy said i didnt have to pay anything just get my insurance figured out, and I could come get it. Within 2 hours I had it sorted out, and went to get my van. At which time i was told that i had to pay an additional 300.00 to get my van. I told them i didnt have another 300 as i was a head on my payments and it was the van payment or this 300 dollar fee. 3 days later i get a letter from them stating they were selling my van, and if i wanted it back i had to pay the entire amount of the van!!! These people are crooks, and are a joke!! No cares that my husband is a vet or that we have 4 kids. Or that I HAD NEVER MISSED OR EVEN BEEN LATE ON A PAYMENT!!! BEWARE OF THIS LOT!!!

I made it nearly 4 years of consistent payments to this company. I knew I was getting screwed on the price, but I needed as car so 400 a month for a late model Camry seemed liked the only choice I had. Then I moved and payments were late. I always caught up but different pay schedules just had me paying them on off days or weeks. I honestly believe because I was on the other side of the county and it would costs them MORE to repo the car and transport it, thats why they answer my phone calls and took my payments over the phone. When they figured out how to repo it from New Mexico and sale it locally, thats when it happened. I know because the Repo guy gave mem lift and told me what they had been talking about with the company. He said they were worried Id actually have the car paid off before they could get to it and made a deal to sale it out here...they just needed to charge off for legal fees. You talk about lemon laws, thats what saved me from court costs and everything. I feel for people that dont do their research on this place and are forced into a bad financial situation because of it.

Pay attention to what others are saying about this place. They are crooks and they do prey on the desperate. They want you to miss a payment. Then they repo the car and resell it and take you to court and win a judgement for the rest. The judgement is good for 15 years. The entire family is crooked. Most all of the good reviews are done by them or people that they know.

I used to hear alot of bad things about this place. I like it! I am on my 2nd car from them. The first was a Lexus RX 300 nothing was wrong with it. It ran perfectly! I had it for 2 years but I just traded it in for a GMC Acadia. It has a few problems but I didnt find out until after I sign the papers and left with it. But they are going to fix everything wrong with it for free! They are really great people and very understanding!

Im a single mom with 3 small children, and after my divorce in 2014 I needed a car. I bought on from this dealership. Well I started to have problems with the heating system in this car during winter no less. I didnt have time to go get it fixed when I started having problems with getting shifts at work. I didnt want to have a repo on my record though. I made all the weekly payments on time and in full. But it was apparent after a couple of months that I wasnt going to be able to keep up after another month. So instead of getting the car repoed I decided to do the right thing and turn it in & tell them I simply cant afford the payments anymore. They said ok so I washed the car at a car wash & vacuumed the car well & returned it to them. I returned the vehicle to them only after a couple of months. It only had the heating problem in it & gave it back in pretty much the same condition that I got it in plus 2-3 months worth of miles on it (i didnt travel anywhere crazy just to work or grocery shopping). They said its ok took the car back. That was in February or March of 2015. I thought everything was ok, & thought at that time that they were pretty ok people to deal with. Fast forward a year later in 2016 after no contact with them, I got a summons from Clark county that I owed over $9,000 for this car that I returned. I still didnt have that much money, so I couldnt afford a lawyer to help explain Indiana law. I couldnt get a court date from Clark county just a you need to talk to their lawyer to get it situated. That was the help I got from the the county clerk, talk to their lawyer. Well the next letter I got from Clark county stating that they sided with them and that I owe all this money. I was like wait where is the paper stating a court date. Apparently there isnt any court date, I dont know how this is considered due process but apparently Indiana fast tracks this for businesses while walking on the customers of businesses that operate like this. Well long story short, they started garnishment of my wages a couple months later after the second letter in late summer 2016. I also realized that the car I was trying to buy was only worth about $2500 so they do overcharge on their vehicles...I found out the hard way that Indiana allows this. I like living in Indiana for the most part, and they are business friendly, but sometimes the common citizen has fewer rights. Apparently, Kentucky has laws against charging me more than the car is worth at least. I might have still owed money if anything at all, but they cant sue you for more than its worth. Thats what I heard anyway. If youre a single low income parent like me that struggle sometimes, it might be worth going across the river to get a car because of this law even if the taxes are more. Ive been blessed in being able to find a vehicle in 2015 for $800 a 1995 Buick LeSabre that still works & runs today with some minor maintenance. But I will NEVER do business with these people again. Lesson learned...the hard way. They will GARNISH, just warning others. God bless and thank you for reading this.

Doesnt return calls had car less than 90 days done had transmission shift replaced. Will be returning your car asap if ever starts back up or you can come get. Bad customer service. This auto place is a joke!!!! Only had my car a week and broke down. Had to wait a month to get it fixed. Now I am not even a week late with the payment they wont give me my car back. Please please read these reviews before you buy a car from this dealership. Now i have to get a hold of a lawyer to give the car back . I am hoping the lemon laws work in my favor!!!!

Your company sucks, the finance manager and the receptionist are the absolute worst. I should have listened to people when they told me not to go here. IM TELLING YOU RIGHT NOW DONT BUY FROM THEM. Got a Monte Carlo in 2011. I went to jail. And they got their car back, but they still took me to court for the remainder ($10,000). Totally got played. I suggests NO ONE goes here for business! shut these Mfers down!! They prey on new car leaser. DONT DO IT! 10 THUMBS DOWN.

Only positive they approve anyone and there our some friendly staff. But they will rip you off, I have put over two grand paying for a car (with there screwing me my owe amount hasnt gone down) always on time on payments and in fact last payment I paid was to much this last payment I explained to them hey my check got missed up they dont care they where going to towed my car over hunderd dollars and refused to work with me. Funny thing is they charge five hundred for repo when the damn place is 1.5 miles form me. They dont care if people are going threw hard time and are trying. Half the staff up there acts like there better then you. Forget about the warranty plan as guy in maintenance shop said only covers if its soaked in oil waste extra money and fact you have pay extra 40 to get in the damn shop.

The truck i got was as is and the only thing wrong was the wipper blades 10 buck fix and love my truck!

We need to file all our complaints to the Better Business Bureau and crash the customer rating of them and the finance company they own. Do not trust JB he is as crooked as his old man was. Everyone of this family has a problem with the truth! And dont buy from Bo knows cars in Sellersburg same family.

Absolutely the worst business I have ever seen they are crooks, I should have listened to people, they priced the car way more than it was worth and it wasnt the greatest car, and I had gotten behind on payments due to being laid off, I got another job right away, and so I made an arrangement with them to pay all the payments I owe so Id be caught up with my payments, they agreed and they decided without warning to come take my car the day before I get paid while Im working, so I get off of work and come out to my car being gone. They didnt even say anything. They are terrible people that like to sell crappy cars for more than they are worth. As a Firefighter I know a lot of people and I guarantee that they will receive no business from anyone that I know.

Absolute CROOKS. I had two years of perfect payments when I got laid off I still never missed a payment, in fact when I knew I couldnt keep doing it i called the day payment was due and had them come get the car. Since its illegal in Indiana for the to repo and reslae the car they created clarksville finance as a separate entity from butner so that clarksville finance can repo claim to sale car at auction when in fact butner os buyinh it back for pennies then they file legal charges that they repod the car and lost money when the same exact car was back on their lot for sale not two weels after I GAVE IT BACK. now add to this that I also bought the warranty on three cars O had with them and their mechanics failed to do their job. I go to pick up my car with daughter in car and access 65 from their mechanics as I get on ramp the car keeps accelerating, nothing did would stop the car. Thank god I had enough sense to shut it off and slam it into park them called Bo directly to have them come get us. Upon speaking to the idiot that worked on it he admitted he didnt drive it aftwr the repairs. Bo acted as if he cared but obviously that was a lie. Now they have claimed they lost $17,000 and are garnishing my wages. So guess what JB and Bo, not only will I file bankruptcy so you never get anothet penny from me but I am suing butner, clarksville finance and that joke of a mechanic you claim to carry warranties through for almost killing me and my child. I have every email, every correspondence documented with you. You can erase the truth from facebook you can block me but I swear on my life I will do all I can to make sure laws are changed so you cant pull this scam on another person in need. On top of all that the idiots on the title rokm cant even tranafer anything properly. They have a car i traded in 2013 that i also have proof of communication about that they never transfered. Here I am 3 years later and I will have to pay the clerks office to get this fixed. You are CROOKS LIARS AND IDIOTS!!!!!!! Time to call a lawyer, this place I cant say enough negative things..they put me in a car that barely lasted a year so I felt forced to trade and eat the difference.I am now 2 yrs into a 3 yr payoff 650.00 per month..They are reporting to the credit companies now which would be great except when trying to purchase a 2nd car (from another dealer) I was informed they have been reporting for over a year now I pay my 650.00 monthly pymt 3 months late sick purchase...They allowed me to put it their shop to fix a tailgate handle and dash lights, neither worked afterwards and I refused to pay so they have hounded me continually...Now after a Holiday weekend that we were out of town..I tried over and over to make my usual pymt over the phone and the automated system stated my acct was not found, keep in mind their biz hours have been greatly shortened since buying the car ...woke up this morning to my truck being repoed...3 days late 2 yrs in ..no call and No way to make pymt ...time to lawyer up on this one...I hope everyone who has pymt here checks their credit report..we all know it is impossible to be 3 months late lol

They are crooks we where buying a sunfier form them with a warranty and we told them the car had electrical problums they keep telling us to take it to one of there trusted mechanics in new albany In they would not do any thing about it tell it was almost payed off then they put us in a dodge grand caravan and started our payments allover ageain we where never late on our payments i was in a car accident i called them and told them i was going to make my first late payment in 2 almost 3 years of dealing with them they said it would be fine i would have to pay a late charge witch is fine that night a bout midnight they repoed our car the next day we called them and they said they repoed our car cause they did not have our number then they tryed charging us 4000 dollers to get it back I WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS CAR LOT i would have be better dilling with JD buyrider
