Today I purchased my first Nissan which was a new Altima. I had done some research and saw that Coyle Nissan had a great selection of vehicles. I am very pleased with the service at Coyle. Wasted my time with this dealership. Huge Bait and Switch(deceptive at best), went to look at 2009 Camry listed online for a $8,486. Went there test drove and agreed to buy the car. When they laid the bill in front of me, the price before fees was $12,500! They said the price included a $2,500 trade allowance, which is completely bogus to have factored in to the listing place. They said it was a mistake, but they do this with every car that is posted right now!

Our salesman was TJ Caldwell. He has to be the nicest sales person that I have had the pleasure of dealing with at a car dealership. There was NO high pressure. I told him what I wanted and he didnt try to pressure you into something else. He was very courteous and respectful. In the future if I know someone wanting a car, I would recommend TJ Caldwell.

Love Coyle Nissan service department! Went in for an oil change and was out in less than an hour. Staff is very friendly and I appreciate what they do to help me maintain my Nissan Juke!

I understand that there strike is over, but ordering parts is still hit or miss. I had my vehicle in the repair shop for 28 days, and when I talked to them, there was no estimated time of arrival for the last parts that were ordered. Not that I am expecting to have my vehicle is the shop anytime soon, but if there happens to be a need for any repairs, I will get the work done in Louisville next time.

The service I asked for was priced for $180. I booked the service online, (30k mile standard package) I had the confirmation email, but was told that my appointment wasn’t in their system. I told the lady what I had requested online, and when I got my vehicle back they had done things outside of the package I requested and my total was $410. When I booked online the service cost was $180. I was told what I wanted wasn’t in their system, even after showing the confirmation email several times with what I wanted. I paid the $410 but I will not be back to that Nissan location.

Jackie and Mike always take excellent care of me! I drive an hour to see them because I always know they will do a fantastic job.

I cannot say enough good things about Matt Key and Aaron Reel at Coyle Nissan. We bought a car “as is” and unfortunately after driving it for a couple days we realized the car had some problems we didn’t expect and the car lot did not know about. I immediately called the car lot and told them about what was going on and they were able to take the car back and put my dad in a better car for an amazing deal! We are so lucky that they were willing to work with us and the fact that they took an “as is” car back to make us happy is a blessing. This is the second car I have purchased through them and I’ll definitely be buying with them in the future. I will 100% be doing more business with them!

Dont go, they just play with you! People who dont care about your feelings or your time. All ready to sign and pick up a minivan. I live an hour from the dealer when I had half an hour to arrive, the manager called me that someone had arrived before me, and the van had been sold. They didnt give me an hour to get there. Don’t waste your time!Update: What manager? The same guy who called me yesterday and told me that he sold the minivan? The same manager who told me yesterday that he couldnt do anything for me? That he knew that I was already on my way and he didnt care? The same manager who didnt care about my feelings or those of my family, much less my time?

I recently had the pleasure of working out a deal with Aaron and Matt. Months ago I reached out to Aaron about wanting to purchase a Honda, to which he replied that they currently didn’t have any on the lot but if they had any come in he would contact me. Although this was a kind gesture I was certain that someone as busy as himself would forget about me. Well several months had passed and I received a phone call from Aaron and he tells me they have a Honda on the lot for a great deal and he wasn’t lying! Matt worked out the numbers for me and we eventually agreed upon a great price. It was nice that after several months Aaron remembered my needs. The professionalism and customer service I received from both Matt and Aaron were exceptional and they have definitely earned a lifelong customer.

Had a great car buying experience this evening with Chris T. and the rest of team at Coyle. No games, no gimmicks, none of the usual smoke and mirrors bs I had experienced at nearly every other dealership we had visited over the last month. So my car was stolen a few weeks ago. After anxiously searching and failing to find a new car, I went to Coyle Chevrolet/Nissan. There I worked with Seth and Ryan who were extremely personable, kind and caring. They found me a car that not only fit my budget but also my lifestyle! Buying cars can be super scary and the numbers can get confusing. When signing time came I was greeted with a big smile (under a mask of course) from Julie Parker. Her personality was Inviting and put me at ease. She explained everything in simple terms, gave me the pros and cons of the auto pay and warranties. I didn’t feel that any of the staff was pushy at any point. They actually made me feel like they were there for me and not just to make a sale. It was a pleasant experience and I actually felt good driving off the lot, knowing if I needed anything that I could come back.

We were quoted one price on the phone then when we had to pay, was quoted a different price. Fortunately, I kept the voicemail on the first quote. Also, the woman who called with a different quote saying more work needed to be done was so RUDE! Finally, they charged 3% for paying with a debit card of which they did not tell us in advance or we would have pulled cash out. That’s a lot of $ on a $800 bill. I tried to speak to the service manager but he would not budge. We will never go there again.

In all honesty, they do NOT even deserve 1 star. My husband and I have purchased 3 Brand New Vehicles from Coyle and the most recent is definitely the last. Not only was the sales portion a horrific nightmare are very careless, our personal information was in jeopardy and identity fraud could have easily happened. And it took months upon months for out trade in to be paid off. The trade in was actually stolen from Nissan Coyle and wrecked. The way this was known to us was when we received a bill for thousands from the state of KY. Coyle never cared to share that information. Not let the trade in financial dept know that they were the new owners. 4 months later!!Aside from this horrible experience; it still seems never ending since now we have to deal with the rude lady staff in service. I was given 2 free oil changes with our last purchase, now with using the last one, it is the LAST time we set foot in Coyle.This service lady is rude and makes you feel like you are such an inconvenience to her. Trust me when I say I don’t want to be here just as much as you; But you PAID to be there so don’t make me feel I am inconvenient to you.Oh and one more thing, The sales promised a new grill with our purchase, we never received it.Management was contacted several several times and never have tried to make it right with us.

Went to Coyle this morning all upset, as my 2006 Nissan Altima died and had to have it towed to Coyle. We went in and Matt Key came up and asked us if he could help us. We explained the entire situation to him and he did not just help us, but he got us into a 2020 Nissan Altima that I wanted. Shannan sold me fraudulent warranties for my vehicle. The warranties were the bare minimum coverage on my vehicle. When I called to ask about using my warranty, Shannan raised her voice to me, kept talking over me and interrupting me. No one will give me the managers/owner info.
