On September 10, 2021 Brought a 2010 Nissan Murano. Car test drove really good. It had high mileage and no radio (THEY ADSURED ME THAT THEY CAN PUT ONE IN & THEY HAVE GUY THERE THAT WILL INSTALL IT) I DECIDED TO PURCHASE THE CAR. I GAVE MY ENTIRE CHECK FOR DOWN PAYMENT AND INSURANCE. I drove off from the car lot by the time I got to the speedway and New Providence the car started to run hot. I drove her home let it cool and check the coolant level in the car. The coolant was low so I refilled it it took about 2 gallons to fill the radiator I started the car and let it run in the car still proceeded to overheat. The next day which was Saturday September 11, 2021 I called Ride & Drive to let them know of the problem and they basically told me that I could bring the car back and park it on their lot until I can afford to have a diagnostic test done on the car and also have the money to pay for the work they need to be done on the car thats my option. Im still stuck with the car I dont know what to do with it except for return it back to them hopefully they will give me another car I dont know Im mad

I brought a van two weeks ago and I have already been on the side of the road twice. They sold me a van with no lights and a bad oil pump done put over 1000 in this van and thats not including what I spent to get it. PLEASE dont waste your money its not a lemon law in TN so you will be out of your money.

They want to charge you a arm and a leg to get the vechicle back after its been repoed. The repo team is sneaky as can be.

Drove off decent whip everything seemed ok high miles but seemed smooth then day 2 transmission started acting up called to try to trade and they said I gotta buy another car

I purchased a gti volkswagon from them it went bad within a week they gave me a dealon a 2006 Toyota Corolla the battery exploded while I was driving it 3 days later they gave me 2002 Toyota camry to fix the mishap that too is on the side of the road after about two weeksThis is all in less than 2 months

If you are military do not buy here. You’re not suppose to move out of state with your vehicle and they will not fax the DMV in your new state so you can register and update your tags. They tell you to renew in TN. So if Tennessee is not your home of record TN will not allow you to renew your tags. I am making a complaint with the JAG office as well so other soldiers won’t be in this horrible situation. I’m sure Nashville doesn’t have to many soldiers but Clarksville does.

Bought a car, transmission failed in one week, went back to get a replacement and 4 days later transmission light is on lmao

This dealership is terrible. Please DO NOT get a vehicle from them. They will sell you a car saying that everything is perfect with the car when its not. They sold my friend a truck and her steering pump went out on it after a week of her having it. When she told them about it they told her they werent fixing it. Then her water pump went out on her after that and they told her that they werent going to fix that either its for her to fix it. They wont give her, her money back either. I told my friend that she should get a lawyer and sue them because thats not fair or right. Worse dealership in Clarksville save your money and go somewhere else. If my friend doesnt do the lawsuit then will on her behalf.

Is it possible to leave -⭐️ review? I purchased my car here at the end of September. Paid $1400 down. A week later I was on the side of the road. Problems just spiraled from there. This car was in the shop every weekend, literally. In less than 2 months from taking it from the lot, the car was deemed not repairable. I was afforded the opportunity to select another vehicle from the lot within a $1200 down payment range. I test drove several, even took one to a mechanic for inspection. Failed inspection badly. I asked to go to the Nashville Ride and Drive location to see what was on their lot, as this was recommended by an employee at the Clarksville location. I was advised from the manager that I could not go to any of the other lots as my “credits” would not transfer. I then asked if I could be refunded my money. I was advised “No”. So I paid $1400 down, spent over $2500 in repairs on a car that is now not able to be repaired and the manager at the Clarksville location is not willing to refund my down payment. I do not recommend doing business with this company. The cars have very high mileage and so many mechanical problems. Even asked an employee “what are your good cars on the lot” and was told “none of the cars are worth it”. That was sheer honesty and I certainly appreciate the upfront truth.ETA: My issue was mostly resolved by doing business at the sister lot in Nashville and I appreciate the time the owner took to help me out but my review and experience with this specific lot has not changed.

This place is a joke I got a car from them over a year ago and faithfully made payments on time an if not on time ahead of my due dates then I go back an get a truck from then I figured why not I havent had any problems with them so Ive been making payments faithfully on the truck an have paid upto 3 payments at a time and was told I had till March 29th to make my next payment well today March 24th Im home an get a knock on the door so answer and its a repossession company trying to repossess my truck telling me that I am 3 days behind on paymens when I have bank statements saying otherwise so long story short dont go with ride and drive they are crooks!!!! There is only two people at the ride and drive in Clarksville that are up front people an one is Stephanie an the other is a younger man I do not know hes name

Do not trust this place! They are Shady! Then the manager is going to brag that she let her friend be late for 2 months. But other customers cant be late. Even when you have doctors notes of surgery date. Shady place. They also tried to say that we missed a payment. My boyfriend went in and made a payment. It was close to closing time, so they rushed him out. Saying they would email him a receipt. Well he never got the receipt, and when he went in to make another payment. They tried to say he was behind that one payment. So someone in that office stole the money, or lost the money. Abd claims that he never made the payment. When for a fact he did.

Bought a car from them last week, yesterday service engine soon light came on and car speed decrease, mind you that my kids are in the car. I would understand if this was six months later but a week later is really ridiculous! How do they sell cars to customer that is not reliable I dont know. The point of me getting this car to get a job and that wont happen now because the car not drivable.

Test drove 4 different cars on the last one was rushed and told they close at 5 at 3:45 but had to be finished with deal by 430?? No thanks. Every car had an issue and we were told those ones just got there that day ..one wouldnt start another had oild all around it.
