Staff was exceptionally knowledgeable about their boots, from upkeep to repair costs and style, besides being very personable and happy to accommodate a family shopping with a 4 yo and a miniature pinscher who couldnt stay in the hot car! Cute little home decor section with kids toys, jewelry, belt buckles, purses and full sections of men, womens and kids clothes and boots!

I wish there was more selection in size-14. Ill have to try another day. The Boot Barn in Sevier Co had a great selection. But, that was over a year ago.

I immediately went to a staff member to ask where a certain pair of boots might be and she said they were only online. So i asked if they had a ladies workboot section she said yes but theres not much in it and didnt even tell me where it was so I said forget it I will just go elsewhere for better customer servicea

So, 1st time getting work boots here. Im trying their brand of boot, hopefully they hold up. I average 85hrs a week in a factory on concrete floors dealing with glycol and oil spills on a regular basis. They encouraged me to walk around their store as long as I needed while trying on different brands/styles. People were friendly and courteous. Store was clean and well laid out.

Has a very large verity of boots and the manager was very helpful. He was as well nice and understanding on about what I wanted. Thank you.

First time going there for work boots and they have about any kind of work boots or cowboy boots that you can think of . the atmosphere is great and the staff is very friendly and knoligable of the boots there . and the price is really good compared to some other places that I have been . I would recommend this place to anyone who needed boots . they also sell clothes and much more stuff that I can list .

The boot barn manager in Clarksville Indiana was the bomb she handled a situation with a pair of boots I bought online that was 62 days old that fell apart plus educated us on boot care. Really enjoyed dealing with her she needs a raise.

My husband and I always visit the Boot Barns wherever we travel and this one did not disappoint. They had a variety of boots, shoes, clothes, hats and jewelry. We prefer the Ariat brand and found exactly what we were looking for plus more! This location also included a Work Boot Barn.

Very nice store and very clean, exceptional and friendly staff. Id like to personally give a shout out to an employee there that goes by Eric. This young guy waited over a hour after his shift when the store closed for me to drive back from Columbus to the store where I had lost my phone earlier that day. He recovered it for me and was very cool with waiting for me to drive back down to retrieve it. Thank you Eric, someone give this guy a raise!!!

Alley was so helpful with my purchase.I was stuck between a couple different pairs and how ironic the pair that I was holding in my hand she had the same ones on and said shed been wearing them for years in a rough environment and theyve held up fine.Very friendly.

Another great Boot Barn! This one has a work annex which is on the other half of the store. They sell work boots and clothing. In the main store huge selection of clothing, and boots. Staff was very friendly. Pleasant experience!

Yesterday I went in to get a pair of boots. Maddie helped me through the boots, so that I could find the one that was just right. Later on the manager came over and helped with some boot tips and cleaning. Above all the customer service was top notch. Couldnt be anymore pleased with my boots and the store. Cant wait to head back!

If youre into western style clothing and boots, then this is the place for you! They have everything from wall decor for your house to Spurs for your boots.There is basically two sides to the store. One side is for work attire and the other side is for the average person to shop at.I always get my daughters boots here. She loves the styles and durability of their boots. The prices are very comparable to anywhere else, but if you catch anything on sale you can always save that way. Plus they have all the name brand boots in stock.

Nice items and if you love the smell of leather, its the place to be! Make sure though you bring a prety penny as the items are name brand and not really cheap unless they have a good sale of 20 % of or like one of their shirt brands was 4.99.

Having never been to a boot barn, I was pleased with the selection. Salespeople are clearly on commission and were a little bothersome, but not terrible.Was pleased with on hand inventory for talls and larger boots.Will return to a boot barn.

Apparently very helpful if you have a white skin tone. Sadly, they wont give you the time of day if you are hispanic. Sales person proceeded to greet and help everyone in the store except for the one hispanic individual there, even though he looked my husband straight in the eye. He had come to buy a $240 pair of boots, but after not even being acknowledged, he decided he would spend his money elsewhere. First time in this store, and it will be our last. SMH...

Great selection of boots... Nice clothes too.. They had to order my boots online.. A little disorganized, but its not the employees fault.. Its the registers and the online tablet that they have to use..And they have a 30 day return policy which is terrible...with that being said... Its hard to buy anything from here, as a gift for someone. They might have a longer return policy around Christmas time... Im not sure.

Stopped by last night at around 7:15 and the doors were all locked with the lights on. Sign said they were open till 8... went down the road to bass pro and got the exact same pair of boots I was looking at there for 20 dollars cheaper.

Poorly managed/staffed. Low selection of work boots on the shelves, and if they do have the boot you want the size range they keep stocked is limited.

Went there last weekend they act like your stealing just for looking and some what fellow you trow out the store. prices are very high and boots cost more then Micheal Jordans shoes ... good luck try not to go out of business lol

Personally Im a Wolverine boot guy. This location does not have an adequate variety of work boots.I wear steel toe boots and in Wolverine this location has I believe 1 style maybe 2. Not recommended for a Wolverine person.

Huge selection..but not for women with size 11. Staff was friendly... But they lost the only size 11 boot we found for my wife. After 20 minutes of searching they ended up loosing both boots.. Very unorganized.

They had my hat for a month and never called me to say they finished shaping it, so I called on a Monday asked about it, they apologized and said it would be done Friday. I couldnt get there until Saturday morning, when I went to pick it up it still wasnt done!
