Experienced this place a few days ago. The Friendly helpful Ladies were great! Great selection of boots and Western wear. Reasonably priced. I highly recommend this shop. They have my business!

Very helpful staff and they go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need and that it fits right.

Would not recommend at all. I needed to get the brim of my Stetson fixed. Dropped last Saturday, called Tuesday, told maybe Wednesday, went in today, still not done. I was finally told today the lady that does it only comes in on Tuesdays and she hadnt got to it. No apologies, nothing.

This place is awesome!! Found the exact pair I was looking for in less than a minute. I almost bought more because they have all the best boots, none of those off brands and none of the cheesy styles... ended up with 2 pairs of jeans too. Amberly and Courtney were fantastic. Save yourself a trip to Nashville and go here first! Totally worth it!

The owner personally fitted me for boots .. I couldnt be happier with spending my hard earned money there.. And after a month in these boots .. Best feeling ever.

I busied it the store 3 years ago when traveling through and Saw the store across the street from the motel I was staying at. I went over to the boot store And the owner was inside. Had a great discussion with him on how well his business was running and being managed. Unfortunately my last trip in the boot store was very much different. Lack of organization, Sizes Mixed together all over the place many racks and slips for boots were Empty. I was very disappointed in the new ownership of the store and I would not recommend anyone to the store.

We went into Boots Plus to get my daughter some boots. There is a large selection, but not organized very well. Not once did anyone at the store ask if we needed help. We overheard someone ask if they could get a military discount, and they were told no since the boots they wanted were already on sale. We finally found a pair that we wanted, and when we asked we were also told no - even though ours were not on sale. We purchased anyway. We went to the car and decided we did not want to support a company that does not support the military. We returned the boots. Went home and found the same pair Online for cheaper. We would have paid more at the local store if they would have provided a military discount.

Went there today, 1/31/21. Found a pair of work boots I liked for the price. Went up to the counter and waited....and waited. My wife circled the store numerous times and couldn’t find an employee, probably because none of them wear name tags. After 10mins standing at the register with no help, we left. Decent price for the boots, absolutely terrible customer service.

Nice selection of boots but a bit pricey. The staff let me shop but not once asked me if I needed help. Glad that they’re not pushy salespeople but an acknowledgment that I was there would have been nice, you know, “ Can I help you or are you finding everything ok and let me know if you need anything”. Purchased a pair of Ariats then found them online for $50 cheaper.

Nice selection. Were there for 40 minutes were not offered assistance and the girls were occupied with their phones.

I was in the store a few moments ago, with every intention of spending several hundred dollars. Ladies working could not be bothered to stop talking to even greet me, so I looked around awhile, still nothing from them so I just left. BTW, I was the only customer in the store. HORRIBLE customer service

The main reason for 2 stars though is because we werent acknowledged AT ALL the entire time we were in the store. We were in need of help and instead of talking to us we got glances and ignored. We would have bought from them had we actually gotten help as the boots were really nice, but instead we had to go to a different store to get our questions answered and get some help.

Absolutely terrible customer service.. My fiancé and I came in for a shirt. He didn’t see anything he liked, so we just decided to look around. We overheard the ladies talking about how my fiancé and I were “lost” in the store. You would think an employee would help a customer if they noticed that, but apparently not. I guess looking around means that you’re lost.. On the way out of the store is when we were asked if we needed help and we said “no thanks” and went on with our day..

They were so nice and friendly. They did not let me leave the store until I was satisfied. I enjoyed going there. The shoes are nice quality shoes and very comfortable.

12/30/2019. Hayes on Wilma Rudolph. Love the store but the staff need to be trained in customer service. The store is not huge, but it is big enough to provide a wide range of options. Half of the store is dedicated to steel toe work boots, and the rest has cowboy boots, hats and other western wear and things. I noticed my wife checking out a diamond earring display. I really didnt get much of a look at the non-steel toe boot part of the store, but from what I did see, the merchandise seamed real nice. I went in for work boots. The ladies working the store, although friendly enough, seemed more interested in working their cellphones and chatting than providing customer service. When I asked to have my foot measured, neither one of them knew how to use the scale. I would recommend this store to anyone interested in steel toe work boots or western garb, hats and trinkets.

Look in store buy online. Normally I would shop local but in this case the two women were not supportive of our service men and women. Prior to our purchase I overheard the sales associate tell another customer there was no military discount due to the fact that their boot choice was already greatly discounted. We went to the counter with a full price pair and were told they did not honor a military discount. Puzzled by that we purchased any way since it was a gift for a deploying family member and we would not be together for the holidays. We then decided to look online found a $50 price difference and returned the purchase. I would not suggest giving your business to someone who doesn’t support our troops in a city with a large military base.

The products are great, but a few of the staff could be a little friendlier.

Love this store. Have bought 2 pair of work boots so far. One for me and one for my wife. The pair I bought for myself had worn out in less than 2 months (Im rough on boots) and I was able to replace them without charge. The warranty that comes with the boots is great and the ladies working the store were very helpful and courteous to my wife and I. We will be coming back this weekend for a pair of casual wear and possibly other clothing items.

Very helpful staff very friendly. Had some problems out of a pair of boots was partly my they fault I was off a little on the size for that style/brand but quickly took care of the problem and helped me get the right size and fit. If you are questioning your fit just Ask Wendy and she will square you right away for a perfect fit

I love this store! I went in recently to buy a pair of boots and left with 2 pairs! The lady that assisted me truly took ownership in the company. I assumed she was the owner but she just really loved her job and the company she works for. They go out of their way to produce great customer service!

I love hayes boot store, its not just about the sell. I usually visit every couple months, Mr Rush is always full of conversations. Natasha is always helpful, concern and pleasing to converse with. And they have quality footwear to BOOT.

If I could choose zero stars I definitely would! If you are expecting your military discount don’t expect much! First, you have to spend more than a hundred dollars on a single item because they only discount items more than $100 and it’s off the original price and NOT the sale price! REALLY! What a way to say thank you! They advertise 25% discount for military and veterans but in reality everything is already discounted 20% so Military personnel and veterans only get 5%. You get better deals with AARP and don’t have to sacrifice your life for it! Clerk was very rude when asked about it! All we got is that’s our policy and you’ve already received 20%! WOW!

I absolutely love this store. The staff has always been super friendly and so willing to help. I bought my first pair of boots here and brought my mom back to buy her first pair of boots. They are awesome about answering questions and being willing to put in the extra effort to make sure that youre getting what you need and what you want. Also the quality of the boots that they sell is on point

Store has a deceased Cavalry Scouts stetson on display near their retail hats. Can easily be mistaken as a try on display. They need to move this and display it with honor and a do not touch sign As a fellow scout it was embarrassing thinking I could try this on and was informed it was that of a deceased brother in arms.

This is by far the best boot store i have ever bought from. I had a pair of thorogood boots that the soles came apart on and they took them bacl without hesitation. Everybother boot store i jave ever shopped at wouldnt have even entertained the idea. They were very professional and helpfull. Thank you to courtney, wendy, and hanna.

This place has good boots BUT terrible customer service both women I talked to on separate occasions were very rude. They acted like the didn’t care about even helping me or working in general. I had to make a return on something because the boot malfunctioned which was no issue but the lady at the counter was rude to me the whole time I’ll just order my boots offline.

Only place in town with such a great selection. You can find most footwear cheaper online but they always have great sales. Great brick and mortar store if youre in need of any kind of boot and/or work shoe.

I had an incredible easy shopping experience! I have started a new job and the ladies were all super nice and the lady who helped me personally knew exactly what to get me knew the product and I was in out and done while having an enjoyable shopping experience for some work boots I didnt know to much about! Recommend for anyone I will be taking my mom back to get her some sandals that she was eye ballinga. 😋

Went in there one time and a woman followed us around the whole time. I had the very same boots on that I was looking at. That is some s××t to me, just because I am Black. We wear boots too.as a matter of a fact I wear cowboy boots every day. And they were lots cheaper than they had for the same boots!

Did not have a good experience here today. My husband came in looking for work boots. I was tending the baby in the car while he went in with our 16 yr old son. The sales team was extremely pushy. Pulled my son away and stuck him in a pair of boots he didnt need. My husband who has a hard time saying no ended up walking out with 400 worth of stuff. Before we left the parking lot I was walking back in to return almost everything, they werent going to take the boots back that we had owned for 10 minutes. They did but begrudgingly. We wont be back.
