So I walked into the store about a month ago and met John the manager. He’s a great guy and since I’m in retail and wear slacks at work he recommended the Blacksmith. I told him I was going to wait a few weeks and in the meantime I went in a few more times and met Erika and she sold me some boot socks. So the big day came today and I purchased the Blacksmith copper rough and tough and they felt comfortable immediately. I’ve worn them all day with no problem. John and Erika have both been top notch and went out of there way to make me happy. Erika put boot cream on my boots today and put the strings back in before I took them. This is a great store and I’ll be coming back!! Great employees these two are!!

Erika the sales associate was friendly and provided outstanding service. We called the day before to check on sizes and styles (we live a hour away). With in minutes she called back with multiple styles and options. When we arrived today she actually had the ones discussed ready and waiting for my husband to try on after she measured and reassured his foot size (16 btw). She was very attentive and made sure the boots were a perfect fit. This type of customer service is hard to find now days and Ms. Erika went above and beyond and created a definite repeat customer.

Erika quickly and efficiently set me up with what are easily the most comfortable boots and insoles Ive ever had, while meeting all of my needs. Very friendly and professional service. 😁

Terrible experience with the Clarksville,TN. store...Had a split on the shielding that protects the toe of the boot...had only wore them for a few days...went back to the place of purchase...The young lady at the store called her manager and they said it was normal wear and tear ...no exchange...What happened to the Red Wing guarantee?????Not happy and going to pursue this with someone higher up the ladder!!

After hearing nothing but good stuff about Red Wing Boots, I felt I needed to try them out. I went in and was helped by the store owner, Matthew Sherwood, and I must say, the man knows his boots. I gave him a price range and he found me the perfect boot with the perfect insole. Like walking on air. He even threw in a free pair of socks, and the socks are fricken comfortable will probably go back to get a few more pairs. Its total night and day difference when compared with my old boots. If you work in the manufacturing industry, you cant go wrong with Red Wings! Highly Recommend!

The service I get every time I visit is amazing. I bought a pair of boots for work and theyre better and more comfortable than any sports sneaker Ive worn. Well worth the money I spent.

These ladies were awesome! It is very difficult for me to find steele toed work boots in my size due having super tiny feet! I am happy with their service and products! Red Wing has been a long standing brand in my family and these boots didnt disappoint! defininetly worth the expense! I work in a plant that deals with car parts, coolants, and hot magnesium...
