Employees were helpful & polite! Didnt have the shoes I went after 4 my Grandson that online said they had in store! Prices are higher than I normally pay as well!

My experience here was quick, efficient, I found what I was looking for and I left.I did notice a couple sales associates helping other customers but no one approached myself or my father during my trip; but I knew what I wanted and generally where it was anyway.Otherwise the customer service and friendliness of the girl at the register was very welcome. I would definitely shop here again.

The service and selection at this store are great! Hassle free returns or exchanges, even when bought online. The staff is very friendly! I have purchased 14 pairs of shoes for myself and my son in the last 2 months and love them all.

Its almost as if having no customer service skills is a requirement to work here. I walked past several employees and was not greeted, asked if I needed anything, or acknowledged beyond the occasional eye contact. Plenty of other places in town to spend your hard earned money.

Purchased crocs shoes in store for 54.99. Inside box tag directly on shoes specified 44.99 different price from outside box label. Manager indicated discrepancy due to Crocs company. Their price inside box wasnt allowed to match or change. I also signed up for shoe carnival app in store to receive $10 off coupon clerk indicated cant use coupon basically because have to spend 59.98. So, $5 bucks short for purchasing! Only reason I shopped in store today was because of $10 coupon deal. Even though i made purchase today I walked away feeling dissatisfied with customer service/ shopping experience. Was I wrong in expecting a special deal with a $10 off coupon? Unfair sales practice.

I got a great price on Sperrys but the ONLY customer service I received (b4 paying) was store security following me around. Still...if the box stores dont have what you need its a good option. Dont forget your glasses if you want a deal NOONE will help you find what you are looking for.

Great service from the time I walked in to the time I left. My check out was a little complicated because I was returning shoes, buying new ones in its place and ordering a pair of shoes since they didnt have my size in stock. Everyone was very patient and friendly the whole time.

Chris was the manager on duty while we visited in the midst of last minute school shopping, he treated me and my son (who was on video call) as though we were the first customers of the day! He was attentive, patient, and helpful. After hours, the cashier (Heaven) was pleasant and checked me out with ease! We will definitely shop here again.

Went shopping and the bathrooms are not open ....I would not shop at this store....stop blaming everything on COVID the rude and lazy staff does not want to do their jobs!!!

The shoes are awesome! But the costumer service was horrible. I entered the shoe carnival located in Clarksville Tennessee, and it was the worst experience. I went in looking for flip flops and I noticed that the manager was following me throughout the store. He made me feel very uncomfortable. I made a comment to him and he then had a female worker follow me throughout the store. I got the impression that they thought I was going to steal. Which made no sense because I had NO handbag and I left with the same shoes I had on. When I sat down to try on a pair of shoes, I sat next to a seat that already had some shoes placed on top of it. When I had tried on the shoes I was going to purchased, I got up and was on my way to pay for the shoes. When the female worker asked if I left the shoes that were left on the chair there. I was very upset because she assumed that I left the shoes there, which I had never even touched. She then made a comment of how people don’t pick up after themselves. That by far was the worst I ever been treated at a shoe store. I will never return there because of this very unprofessional treatment in part of the employees and management team. Horrible treatment.

Love it! I always seem to find what I am looking for, probably because all they sell is shoes. Everytime I go in there they seem to have everything on sale plus buy one get one half off. This store is a great place to get good quality shoes at a reasonable price. They have restaurant worker shoes, steel toed shoes, dress shoes, running shoes, you name it. My employer supplies me shoes from Hayes and I noticed the prices there are way higher.

Shoe shopping for a 1 year old and not one employee offered too help after watching me struggle for the size I needed. $70 spent on baby shoes apparently wasnt good enough for decent customer service! Never again

We got to spin the wheel after buying some shoes. That was cool. They acted like they didnt want us to, but we asked about it. I feel like it should be standard if thats part of your store & a star feature. The prices were high, but cheaper than some other stores. Range of options are limited to what you see on the shelves, but it was a lot. 3 pairs of cowgirl boots for women. Nothing wide. Wide feet? Foot pain? This isnt the store for you. Their few wide shoe options are more expensive ($100+) & not as good looking as their cheaper Sketchers.

Love this place. Bought 4 pair of shoes that would probably cost over $300, but paid less than $200 with their great discounts. Staff is very friendly👭👫👬 & helpful. They know their product.

Very clean location. They have a wide variety of shoes for everyone and the staff is friendly and helpful. I drive here a couple of times a year from Nashville because I have better luck finding work shoes at a good price.

So Ill never rate a shoe carnival as 5 stars. But this one maxed out 4 stars. It was clean and the service was very timely and nice.

Customer service is horrible. There were lots of employees working and not a single one asked if I needed help. Not even a hello how are you. It was pretty obvious I needed a box from the top shelf and the employees just watched me.

Wish I could give -1 ☆. Place is the worst. Lazy workers. Walked in there needed new running shoes. Manager was rude talking on the phone while I was telling her what kind of shoe I was looking for. Guy that rang me up almost forgot to place an item that I paid for in my bag before I left. And he didnt even remove the anti theft device so I had to come all the way back to the store from home. Just left this circus of a store. Overall bad experience, place is the worst. Next time going to Dicks sporting goods.

This place is the bomb. They have tons of variety, I always get good service from the employees, Ive only seen it a *sort of* mess once and that was mid afternoon on tax free weekend, which is totally understandable- ha! I went again today, because I bought a beautiful pair of lace up boots here two months ago and had a piece pop off and was devastated. Without question they found my boots online and are replacing them with a brand new pair delivered straight to my house in the next week- im so pleased! On top of that, their sales rock, their clearance rocks, and their cashier Melissa rocks.
