Had a great deal going on. The staff were very nice and helpful. Store was clean. Found a couple great pairs of shoes.

Does not have a very good variety of shoes for toddlers, even though its very spacious they need a better selection to choose from.

Not a great selection but we found what we wanted. They were offering buy one get one half off so we went for it.

I purchased a pair of slides. Price on sale said, $24.96.When I got home, I noticed the original price tag...$25. A 4 cent discount...They get you because it was buy one get one 50% off.So you see sale Nd its not on sale. I wont be going back.

There were certain brands of shoes that I was looking for and found them at rack room. Customer service was very good. They checked to make sure you the customer knew about the deals on their shoes. Enjoyed shopping there.

Went with my boyfriend and his daughter. They argued over the shoes so he asked a lady who works there (I think the manager), Mary, for her input. She was so very friendly and reinforced his point, while distracting her with a new way to tie her shoes. Even encouraged her to do a cartwheel in the store! I also observed her being super personable with other customers. Shes great!Pretty decent selection of shoes, too. Wed been looking for kids high top converse tho, and they didnt have them. Maybe it was just when we went, but it seemed like the size selection wasnt as good as the shoe variety.

Its one of the few places that has shoes my fiance likes and in his size. Best part is is if they dont have the size in the store theyll ship it to your house for free. You just pay for your shoes!

We always find a great pair of shoes! And they have great deals on name brand shoes. They have a great a great rewards program.

The workers here are incompetent to say the least. I came in to buy 2 pairs of shoes one of which wasnt available in my size in store so they had to order it online to be shipped to my house. While that was going on I asked the girl helping me if she was sure it was the correct shoe I was talking about to which she assured me it was and gave me my receipt. After I reviewed the order she placed I realized it was in fact not the shoe I was talking about that she assured me it was, so I brought it to her attention and she tried again. Second time around she got the correct shoe ordered (I hope), but unfortunately she messed up the zip code on my shipping address which I wish I wouldve been able to catch that mistake too, because now its going on 2 weeks since I placed the order and my shoes are states away from where they should be and I will not be receiving them in time for the event which they were needed. Its a shame that this was my experience. Ive worked in all kinds of retail, including shoe sales with Journeys, and it really is not difficult to place correct orders and send them to the right places, all it takes it a little bit of effort and confirming with the customer that everything is exactly how it should be, I will not be setting foot in this particular store again.
