Had my dually brought in for an egr delete took them about 2 days to install in my opinion that was fast and efficient. I’ve had no issues since the installation and it’s been running like a champ great service and great people!

The owner had my car for 2 months for a head gasket, he told me once a week that the part he needed was at the machine shop and finally when I went up there he promised he’d have it done that afternoon, when the time came he wasn’t even at his shop. When he finally got back to his shop he told me, once again, the part was at the machine shop. Don’t take your car here, the owner is unprofessional, he made us pay 900 up front and the work never got done. I had to finally just get my vehicle towed back to my house and now I’m out 900 and my vehicle is still not fixed.

Everyone is so nice and attentive from the moment I walked in the door. They also tried to save me some money. I would highly highly recommend them.

All I can say..is excellent service all around. I have a newer Lincoln MKZ...I was able to take it in and get my car looked at without any hassle. On top of that Brad made me feel as if I were his most important customer and he makes it a point to know your name...NOT just the make and model of your car. My car needed a fuel pump...nothing more ..nothing less...I reproved a new one and my car has being running great ever since I picked it up. A plus auto and diesel had my car along w 2k in cash from sept 1st to oct 2nd and another 1400 on the 2nd. A used motor was installed and my engine is making ticking and grinding noises (the same noises it made before the motor went out originally) and the check engine light came on not even 24 hours after getting the vehichle! And the radio screen wont even turn on anymore. A plus also will not give me ANY paper work on the motor that I purchased to show mileage (he said ehhh theres about 60k on it) when we originally discussed everything with him we told him we would want the paper work with information on the engine. He said no problem. Now he will not give them to us, we have to take him to court to get the information! He originally told us itd be a week and a half. Well that easily turned into a month after he told us old engine was out of truck etc for weeks while our truck lay up on the hill in his parking lot! We went tuesday sept 29 right before he closed and he told us if its not ready by friday at end of business day we would not need to pay him the rest of the 1400! He rushed and didnt do the job right because he was more concerned about the money! They couldnt even put my wipers on right!! If you value your money and your vehichle do NOT come here! Update: we took our car elsewhere to find out why its still ticking. Brad left our exhaust with 4 bolts missing. We messaged him about it and still no response! To get it repaired is going to cost us another $780

This place has gained a customer FOR LIFE! That customer service here is beyond anything I have ever experienced. I brought the truck in to get a couple little things fixed and my transmission was having delayed shift. After doing a full rebuild on it I had gotten the truck back. I drove it for awhile and it started having delayed shift again. The owner was very concerned, apologized and said he would make it right. He gave me a free rental car for work for a week. After a week of trying every little thing out on it, still nothing worked. He took a brand new, monster kit transmission out of his own truck and put it in mine. About a day later I had an issue with the shifter going into park but saying its in reverse and wouldnt start. He drove out to me, fixed it and still didnt charge me. This man cares about his customers and will do anything and everything to fix whatever is wrong. 10/10 recommend!

I needed some work done to my 2005 chevy duramax so I took it to A plus auto and diesel. They did great work at a really good price. They replaced my water pump, thermostat, and some seals along with service my truck. Now my truck runs better than ever and I have good heat again. They also gave me advice on how to prolong the life of my truck which was very appreciated. I am very satisfied with my decision and I will be going back in the future to have more work done. If youre looking for a quality shop with great prices then this is the one. 👍

Brought my parents Equinox in to have the front strut assembly and tie rod replaced. (Front strut was bent from an accident and bottom of tire was sticking out) They did an awesome job and it drives like new. Very pleased with the job they did. Will definitely use them again!

The first time they did work on my truck my dipstick and license plate was stolen and seat belts were magically broke they refused to replace anything then I bought a brand new transmission went somewhere else for them to install just to find out it’s broken responding to your response my truck was at your shop for 2 weeks so again your lying and it was a brand new transmission thank you very much

This repair shop is great. The best place that Ive ever gone to and had my vehicle repaired. The staff there is honest, up front, and very personable. I dont think you can go anywhere and find better service in Tennessee or Kentucky. No matter what the issue is there always determined to get it fixed for me, and they never charge me an arm and a leg to do it. Its more of a loss to take your car anywhere else. Your car light gold and you like a friend, without fail every time.

(Owner-Brad) is AMAZING!! I brought in my 2000 Nissan pathfinder today 9/10/19 to have the steering rack replaced due to Goodyear telling me it was broke and needed to be replaced. Brad looked over my car and personally showed me what was wrong with my vehicle (My steering rack Pinion bushings) was the issue. Brad saved me another $150-$200 bucks.He is amazing at what he does, & he has FAIR prices without nickel and diming you!!!!I HIGHLY recommend him before any other privately owned shops that are here locally.Thank you Brad, Ill be back for my shocks, ball joints, and valve cover gasket fixings (hopefully soon)!!

At 1st I thought he was a great mechanic nice guy no problems then he placed a part and it broke off in my motor. My truck was never the same he tried fixing it numerous times with no success I ended up having to trade my truck in pay $4000 to get a new car I would never go back to him again

This shop is awesome. Had an issue on one of our semi trucks with the AC. He was so nice, came and got truck and repaired it. Ac works wonderful. My drive is so happy. We will be doing a lot of our business with them. Very honest people that wont ripe you off. And so so friendly. Love them. Will recommend them to everyone. Never got anywhere else

They are very helpful and replaced my starter within the day for $250. They even replaced the part again when it burnt out for free and replaced a ruined wire for $100. It was a tricky wire that went to the alternator and starter so it wasnt too bad of a price. However, I recommend being careful driving on and off the lot. The shop is close to a curve and on a slight hill.

Normally I dont leave reviews as I usually do my own mechanic work in between military deployments because usually I end up getting screwed by mechanic shops quality of work or poor business practices. But A+ Auto and Diesel deserves a shout out from a 16 year Army veteran. Just by chance I was getting my keys made next to A+ Auto and Diesel on 510 Kraft Street in Clarksville and decided to stop in and check on their prices and ability to meet my vehicle needs in the limited time that i had. To make it less expensive for my repair I decided to purchase my own new parts and ask if Brad and his team would assist with the labor. To my surprise Brad quoted me an extremely competitive price and was able to do it immediately. At first I thought it was too good to be true; but his commitment to excellent customer service and repeat business was really evident in the quality job he did on my 01 Silverado A/C Compressor and recharge. From scheduling to completion the work and communication was outstanding. In addition to completing my A/C job that another shops poor workmanship failed to last more than 6 months; Brad and A+ Auto and Diesel offered to work on both my 1994 Polaris 300 4-wheeler and two of my Polaris SeaDoo Wave-runners that were in need of repair. I cant say enough about the entire team as they were both informative, polite, helpful and courteous throughout my entire experience. If only I had found A+ Auto and Diesel earlier, I could have saved myself a lot of headache and money. I would recommend Brad and A+ Auto and Diesel for any of your vehicle or basically anything mechanical needs. Thank you for restoring my faith in local small business and especially honest mechanics. This place was awful. I had a transmission repair done. First he gave a completion date of 2 weeks, it took him almost 2 months. I gave him almost $1800.00 and he gave me a broke truck wouldnt make it up hill. I got pulled over by the law and ended up getting a police escort to park it. Brad, the owner told me to drive it back to him. I explained to him it waz mechanically impossible. He promised to get the truck that evening another lie. He didnt get it until 3 days later. He repaired it enough to drive but it still leaks transmission fluid and his responce was i cant deal with that truck so he got 1800 and i got a broke truck... he lies about standing by his work.

So in fact as I gather affidavits from people who witnessed firsthand, your response and lack of professionalism as you rushed me to bring you more money everything was fine I drove the truck less than one block and it did the exact same thing it did when I brought it to you I specifically asked for the service to be rendered and it was not.Again this is based on my own diagnosis and that of a certified ford technician.There was a lot of deception and your practices you have scanning tools but don’t know how to go to basic mechanical operations before you jump to telling someone they need thousands of dollars worth of work.I suggest you to please consider what you say and how you treat customers as a business can either drive or fail through word-of-mouth and the reputation it builds.I never try to get anyone to feel sorry for me I simply called you for tow to your shop to have you service my fuel tank asking for the cartridges and screen to be clear and to ensure there was no water in the tank. I paid you aproxamatly $2000.00.From day one, I asked you for an outline in writing of the work you’ve done so far and you assured me (she ) the nice lady in the front office, lwould put together and get it to me that day more days pass by without receiving anything in writing and the truck still had the same issue. Immediately u said “we drop the tank and you going to need injectors”You are correct you must take your vehicle in order for it to take care of you however you cannot have people who are supposed to be professional to misdiagnose and more over to charge you for services they do not render.You still have parts off my intake. Ive had a timing chain break that caused an engine rebuild, and more recently an ABS sensor and wheel hub assembly done. Brad has taken great care of me at a good price.
