I always use T.A.P.They do excellent work. I had both exhaust manifolds replaced this visit. Some of the manifold bolts broke off as is Usual for a 5.4 Ford engine. They drilled them out no problem. The price for everything was very fair for what I got.The only criticism I have and I really hope this is corrected is that they apparently do not cover the seats, steering wheel ETC.My drivers seat was very Greasy and the left arm rest and steering wheel were covered in grease. Please start using plastic seat covers and steering wheel covers. I have ran several heavy duty truck shops over the years and know that plastic seat covers come in a roll and steering wheel covers are only few cents.I will return to them for my repairs but I do hope this is corrected.

I called TAP bc they were referred to me by a friend. I needed a water pump put in my car and they took great care of me and my car. Every where else I called told me they couldn’t get me in for weeks even months and they got me in within 2 days! I had my car back 24 hrs later and I couldn’t be more pleased! The shop was spotless! Everyone I talked to really sent I to care and that goes along way. I asked them to keep it within a certain budget and they did even better than that! I cannot express how happy I am with the people at TAP! If you are needing some work done on your car please I strongly suggest you give these guys a call they will do right by you and your money! I’m not getting paid to say this it’s just how I feel about this place.

Really nice people and knowledgeable techs, Ive been going to this garage for over 15 years through ownership changes and the quality is still every bit as strong. I called around a few places to get quotes for my recent brake and rotor replacement & they were the best of the four Id called. When a part for my truck could not be found locally, the owner personally drove me home and picked me up the following day and wouldnt even let me give him has money so I think that says a lot a book it their customer care measures. Defintely give them a call if you need some work done!

My experience with Tap was not good I am a used car dealer the son owner of Tap call me ask me if I would be willing to bring my SUV for them to check out for purchase. The Father which is the owner checked out my SUV and tried to beat me down on price we could not come up with a deal so he pulled it out of service Bay and I went back to Louisville on the way back my hood flies open and bust the windshield and bent the hood I call them back immediately and they told me they was not going to do anything and the owner was the father offered to fight me if I came back to the business between 8:30 and 5:30 so Im out about $900 for bringing my SUV over for them to check out . A very bad experience for me

I have been having a power drain on my explorer for over a year now. I tried manually figuring it out for the longest time. I asked if they could take a look at it. They did and got rid of the drain in less than a day. No more dead battery for me. Would recommend them again!

Tap automotive is the only place I will take my cars to be serviced. They are unbelievably honest, and priced more than fairly in regards to their competition. They will not throw the kitchen sink at you in terms of what needs to be done with your car, but will give you their findings and prices, and then tell you to get back to them. My grandfather used to say that a man will be ok in life with two things... An honest mechanic and a good barber. Well, now I just need to find a good barber. Lol. Love these guys. Cant say enough good things about them. Ill never go anywhere else.

All I can say is Wow!!! Everyone I talked to at this place are the nicest people I have ever dealt with. The way they organize every step to taking care of my vehicle from me calling them to let them know my car will be there later in the afternoon to them calling me close to closing time that its fixed, offering to stay after hours for me to pick it up, even with one mechanic staying after just to fix my radio was absolutely flawless. Service to replace a starter was just fast. They were all authentically nice and personal. They were not faking their smiles or personalities. From Michigan to Florida this is the Best auto place Ive ever gone to. By far.

I recently was having some issues with my Ford Expedition. They came and got my vehicle took it to their shop put four new tires on it aligned it fix the brake rotors fix the blinking lights took care of a small paint scratch and had it all done for me and one day at a great price and the service was exceptional. In addition to that I got two years 24,000 miles warranty on the work that was done and roadside assistance what a great company.

My experience was nothing short of perfect. The team was awesome. They were so friendly and saved me from a big problem by even coming to my door. They fixed me up in a short period of time. Awesome experience

This place is amazing!!! Everyone was polite and everyone knew exactly what was going on and knew a lot about cars!!! Been many places had both good bad experience but when i went to tap auto they took the best care Of me and mainly my car!!! Even tho many people go there and seem very busy or packed it seems like they drop what theyre doing for you cause they get you in and out and everything is very accurate and finished right!!! Where you go to get your car fixed is ur choice...just remember you have to live with that choice and some people have to remember you have to put your kids and or family in that car!!! Now lets talk price...im poor i grew up working at a car wash...if i cant find someone to trade for detail of car or very cheap to free ill just have to wait save money...tap auto has been a blessing and cheap enough where i can actually afford to fix my car and keep a safe car to transport my family in!!!

After they did a great job fixing my vehicle(in a timely manner) I recieved two free tows for the next two years. Now when the tows are used they have to be to their shop or to one of theyre affiliates. I mentioned that because if youre outside of 75 miles your car can be towed to one of the other mechanics. Its a very sweet deal i hope to never use it but its better to have it and not need it....

Their lead technician lied, saying he replaced my fluids on the transmission. came to discover that they drained my differential fluid and not replaced it, my transmission was dead in less than a week of replacement. Stay away from this shop they will rip u off, rude and just plain amateurs

This place of business charged me 80 an hour....but yet when I went in there the other day they told me it has been 90 an hour for labor so I choose not to trust them and I recommend it to anyone else!

We were doing a roadtrip from TN to NYC when our car started giving us trouble. We went as strangers to this place and EVERYONE there welcomed us and treated us with utmost respect. They are extremely honest and hardworking folks and even said we could get make it to NY without getting anything done immediately unlike other mechanics that would rack up your bill. I called Saturday to have new ujoints put on my dodge the clicking noise was driving me nuts! The guy said come on over itll take about 2 hours I got there in 10 min. The lobby was comfortable with big screen TV and coffee. Next thing my truck was done. Great mechanic and easygoing. Probably an ok shop to goto if you have a run of the mill car. Towed my 82 Subaru in on a Thursday evening. Dropped the spare rotor I had as the caliper had seized and destroyed the one on the car. Took me Monday and Tuesday morning to find out they could not locate parts that I simply walked into Autozone and ordered. Dropped the parts off when the shop opened on Thursday they didnt get the caliper replaced until Friday after I had already gone to work. Picked it up on Saturday only to have the tire rub a hole in the brake hose over the next week. Whole lot of work on my part to have it break down so soon after, in short. If you dont have a common newer car dont bother with this shop
