I took my car to Beachhaven to address a check my car after the check engine light came on. It could have been caused by many things. So when one repair didn’t fix it, they tried another at no cost. The service is excellent The employees are honest. My car is running great. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I had just purchased lexus and could not get it to start Beachaven was doing some work on my moms car I asked if they could help with mine they came and towed my car very professional and friendly and within a couple of days they had my car fixed and they did an alignment and a oil change on my truck with all that being done they were very reasonable on there pricing and they not only fixed my car but they also told me what was wrong in case it happens again they will forever be my first choice as a mechanic in the Clarksville and surrounding areas

The tow servicer was very rude and disrespectful with simple communication. He told my friend to shut up(a bunch of women) and acted like he was above all. He was very nasty and I believe personally it was because we were black Americans. He spoke very calmly with the white Americans but was super stale, not respectful and awfully rude. I would NEVER IN MY LIFE REQUEST A TOW from them. He drug the car across the pavement which I have on video. Be careful.

Check engine light was on in my truck, auto zone diagnostic was camshaft sensor so made an appointment with Beechhaven and it was just bad oil and needed changed, Valvoline quick lube issue but Beechhaven could have not been honest and changed sensors for big money but they’re honest and took the high road and now I have found and honest place my vehicles will only be looked at by them . No complaints with their work or efficiency and timeliness in towing. Communication was lacking initially, but has improved. Also, repairs seem to take while. Otherwise, very pleased with their work and will continue giving them business.

Took my Jeep Wrangler to BeachHaven, ended up needing a brand new transmission. They worked professionally and took care of me! Unfortunately, my Chevy Cruze has had a list of issues the last 6 months and I was new to county and was clueless of a car place that would be trustworthy. I was referred to Beachhaven Auto Care by a friend and I am so happy I gave them a try. All of the workers have treated me with respect and they are always very honest and willing to show me issues prior to fixing them. I always appreciate the friendly faces inside while I’m waiting for my car to be fixed. The owner Shannon is always so accommodating with my busy and inconsistent nurse schedule as well. Will be referring all of my family and friends in Montgomery county to bring their vehicles here for any repairs or tires! Hope this helps!

My car died on me one day, normally I do all my own work but am in college and it was during finals week, so I didnt have the time to diagnose and fix the problem.Beachaven picked up my car, and told them they would let me know what was wrong with it the next day.They found that it wasnt getting fuel. So instead of being logical and checking the wiring they immediately decided it needed a new fuel pump, even though it already had a brand new fuel pump put on it recently.The called me and told me my car was ready, I went to get it, and it wouldnt start still...I left the car with them, they took the fuel pump out, tested it on a battery and determined it worked, but warrantied it anyway, and put another new fuel pump in my car. They said it was working fine so I picked the car up and took it home. Immediately I noticed they did a horrible job at returning the car to how it was. My carpet was peeled from the door lining, and all my plastic interior clips that held the carpet to the body were broken or missing.Fast forward a week and my car dies in traffic this time. At this point I had already had enough with Beachaven and I had time on my hands so I pulled back the carpet and smacked the fuel pump and it started working immediately. I drove home, remove the fuel pump from the gas tank and found a corroded wire causing the intermittent connection. Cost to fix - $0Basically, I spent nearly $400 at Beachaven for them to throw parts at my car and guess what the problem was. They didnt solve anything and were just lucky that the corroded wire was making a connection when I picked the car up. I would NEVER recommend anyone bring their vehicle here, they do not follow logical steps in diagnosing any problems, and simply throw parts at the problem at your expense. Their towing isnt any cheaper than any other tow service around town and I was charged $50 for a 5 minute tow less than 5 miles away.The part that really makes me sick is that they told me my original fuel pump was bad even though it was new and working fine.
