Ordered the furniture for my kids in July, dressers were on back order, was told it would be available in August. On scheduled date of delivery, get a video phone call from the guy delivering showing the dressers are damaged... so I wait even longer for more dressers to be delivered to the warehouse, it is now October and they cant give me a date of when theyll be available in the warehouse, nonetheless available to delivery to my home.
The associated were great. Angel was so knowledgeable about the differential in the items we were looking at. He knew and told us about the deals and give us the best cost. Dee was able to work with us and work with our discounts. It was completely a great experience. I just wish we had the same dedication on all jobs that our people hold down. No matter how small it may make their commission, but help the consumer, that makes repeat customers. Thank you and my hat goes off to Farmers and their excellence in their hiring practices. Ordered a bedroom set recliner and dining room set months ago and all we have is the recliner, they delivered a broken bed, and the table and chairs are on back order. I do not recommend, they dont answer the phone.i travel for work so I cant do anything till I get back. Dont order from them the customer service is a joke.
My husband and I stopped in just to check it out. We ended up buying a new bed and mattress and a recliner. when they came to deliver the stuff, they actually started bringing in the wrong stuff, I told him thats not what we ordered, he argued and said yes this is it. the other guy looked and said nope wrong stuff. they finally brought in the correct stuff, only to find out the bed from was broken. I called, they said they would order the part. 2 weeks go by and we hear nothing. I call again and its on back order. another 2 weeks go by and they finally call and leave a message. I call back the lady said our manager is on the phone ill have him give you a call back. ok another week goes by, I call again, explain the situation to another female working there. explain the frustration about all of this. she assures me she will handle it and call me back in 45 min to make sure they have the part in stock. 10 hours later, Im still waiting for their phone call. the store was clean, the furniture is comfortable. But the customer service and lack of communication sucks. would not recommend this place at all . I will be calling cooperate office to hopefully get this problem solved.
Horrible experience, horrible service! Order a bedroom on 4/29/21. A few months went by as my husband and I slept on our mattress on the floor. Part of the set arrived, but the platform bed which only requires a mattress, the headboard and footboard are still on back order. So the said we could borrow their frame and boxspring until the rest of the set came in, they delivered the boxspring and frame to borrow all full of cobwebs and dirt, brought it into my home, and asked for a rag to clean it. Now today we were supposed to have a delivery between 10 and 1 no call no show. My husband called Lynda, she said she would check and call us back, she never called us back. My husband called again asked for a manager. even the manager wouldnt come to the phone, and we were told we werent on the schedule for today... Dont waste your time or money, go elsewhere. We just purchased another bedroom set elsewhere, for another room, and had no issues...

I had gotten a refrigerator from today. But I started not to cause of the experience I had with the old mgmt. I was going just pay off my washer and dryer and be done. Till an employee name Lynda reach out to me and asked me what was going on. She took the time and listen to my issue and I came down and spoke to the owner and new manager who actually listen to my issues I had with the old mgmt they was able to help me get my new refrigerator and assist me with the payment. Which means a lot to me cause they listen and willing to help get my issue resolved. If it had not been for Lynda. I would have keep moving and going somewhere else
Md.Lynda was a Wonderful Sales Rep.and Very polite and Most of All Made Sure I got the Items I was looking for..I would recommend her to all my friends and family.. Shes great at customer service..
Place is really clean and the staff were very nice and asked if we needed anything. Only thing I found that I wasnt fond of is the furniture can be a bit expensive. I liked the furniture, but its just out of my price range.

Purchased a dining room set from them and scheduled a delivery date 2 weeks out. The day of delivery we didn’t hear anything from them, so I called around 3pm. I was told they would call me when they’re on their way and to wait until 6pm. Nobody called or came that day. I c the next day and was told our table wasn’t in their most recent shipment, but it was supposed to come later that week. They said they would call the day they got it. We waited all week to hear from them but nobody called. I called them the following week and they said they had the table but the chairs were on back order now and it would be another month. I asked if they could at least deliver the table and they said they could get it to us today. Well... believe it or not.. it’s 6pm now and nobody has called us or delivered our table yet. The wait continues..

I love farmers home furniture .they are all sweet people who works there .and i would recommend any one who wants to pay appliances to go there .
After looking around town all day my wife and I found a table that we loved at a price that was well within what we were looking to spend. We waited on the salesman and when he went to write up the ticket he told us that the table we were interested in at 260 was mistakenly ticketed wrong and the real price was going to be 379. No offer to honor the price that was on it or to discount the new price that was given to us. As for the store itself it was clean well lit and everybody seemed friendly enough.
We purchased a very good quality bedroom set at a competitive price. We did a little horse trading to remove one piece of the set that we didnt need for a piece that we needed. Without blinking an eye our salesman made it happen. Delivery and setup was on time and professional.
Yes the store is nice. They Will Not help out or work with you if you lose your job or anything. I paid current every month. Then lost job and fell behind. They would not do anything to help. Got new job and made a payment almost every week to get caught up and would not even help with late fees. Now due to virus out there and my work is almost stopped they wouldn’t even extend my payment for a month. I was approved for an amount but they let me go ahead and get financed for more. At the time I didn’t realize they actually helped hinder me because of that. Now they say it was because they wanted sales and customers. They are just unwilling to help with anything and I will not shop there again. Ive referred friends and family there but not any longer.

This companys customer service is OUTSTANDING!!They delivered the wrong chair to me, however they managed to rectify the situation within 24 hours and without any fussing. They came took the old chair away, and delivered the right one.I would recommend them to anybody who is looking for new furniture!
Your average country chic put together furniture. Nothing with standout textures or colors. Price is to much for all the same stuff that you can get at others stores for less.

Friendly staff. Poor Management. Mattresses are not worth what they charge, The guy that delivered my mattress ripped holes all on the bottom, when I contacted the store about it, because I did get the insurance on it. They refused to replace the product and the gentleman told me that as long as it wasnt affecting the way I sleep, that there was no need to worry about it. Instead I was given a $50 credit. They will not be getting anymore of my business and I have already informed my family and friend not to do business with this company!
Went into the location on Riverside Dr in Clarksville, TN. My friend and I were actually going into Big Lots to look for a couch and decided to stop in here. She found a couch that she absolutely loved. We were approached by a saleswoman named Vicki. She started telling us about the sale and such. She mentioned that they protect the fabric of their products with a 3 year protection spray. We thought that was pretty awesome. She tells us about the 12 months 0% financing and that is what my friend decided to do. Well what Vicki was really good at was making things seem like something they are not. She talked as if the fabric protection was included and was just something they did, it is not. It costs $149. If you choose to do their 12 month 0% financing they do charge the taxes up front, which was not told to us. When we finished with Vicki and went to the lady to do the financing she did not tell my friend what she was approved for and randomly charged her a $95 down payment instead of what the taxes were which was $86 (no idea where she pulled $95 from). We even spoke with the manager who was confused on where the $95 down payment came from. My friend and I are in sales and we understand that aspect but we tell our guests every hidden fee associated with their product and/or financing. Upfront honesty would have been much appreciated. My friend loves her product and the total amount was not bad however 2 out of 3 people we worked with contributed to an overall bad experience.
Very pleasant personnel, when i asked to be left alone to look, i was not followed and harassed. Ladies gave me two new pillows and a shopping bag with my purchase of new mattresses. Prices were very reasonable.

Dont like how they finance at all! Should be simple 0% for 12 months. They add the finance charge with monthly payments then towards the end you have to trust them or keep good accounting so you know how much you actually owe. Just do the KISS (keep it stupid simple) method folks!
Bought a lift chair in June, by December it has broken. No support, states without service contract it has no warranty. Buyer beeare, low wuality. .metal bar bent. Chair for use of a disabled vetran after a stroke. These people are unbelievable. Wish I could give negative stars.

I’m not a customer. I’ve never purchased anything from this company. I’ve never personally received any item from this store. In April 2018, a houseguest who was moving into his own apartment bought a bedroom set using store credit. At some point he and the company had some issues about him not paying, which had nothing to do with me. On several occasions the credit manager, Patrick, showed up at my house to collect debt. That seemed odd to me but debt collection wasn’t my concern. My concern was that he was showing up at my house, that I pay for, for a house guest that doesn’t live here. He was asked to stop but did not. I actually had to go into the store to tell him that he was harassing my family and I wanted him to stop popping up at my house. He had the nerve to try to argue that my address was what was listed on the initial application FOR SOMEONE ELSE. While I understood that, the person they were dealing with was not a resident of MY home. I asked and told him that I didn’t want anyone coming to my house because no one living there had business with Farmers. Apparently, he got aggravated with the whole thing and eventually told me that he wouldn’t show up anymore the next time he would take legal action and send someone to serve papers for nonpayment. I didn’t care because I’m not their customer. I let him know that I was recording the conversation (as proof that I asked him not to come to my home). Throughout the whole ordeal Patrick’s biggest concern was that I stated that after he was asked not to come to my home he sent a black guy. I did indeed tell him that I didn’t know what his purpose of sending someone else was and that I didn’t know if sending the black guy was suppose to be a scare tactic or make him more relatable because we are black as well. He was really bothered by the fact that I mentioned that the person that I saw on my security cameras from Farmers was black. I chuckled at him and let him know that I didn’t have to mention that he was the white guy showing up to my house because he himself knows that he’s white. The point was that after being asked not to come to my house he sent someone else. Since I didn’t see the person in the store to identify him, I said “you were asked not to come to my house so then you sent a black guy.” I won’t even take the time to go thru the discussion about them also placing things in my mailbox, which is a federal offense (yes, I contacted the postal service), These people are unprofessional in every sense of the word, especially to non-customers.

I am very disappointed with this place. They are extremely unprufecional specially with the guy they have there as customer service. My husband and I went in because we needed a bedroom set and we got it, everything was suppose to be delivered on May 8 and instead we had some part the 8 and its May 26 now and I havent got the rest. My husband call them last week and they said it will be deliver Friday and they never came so I call them and they said it just came in the truck how about Saturday 11 to 12 sound I said okay whatever. Its now May 26 3:10 in the afternoon and Im still waiting! Im just done with this people then need new management asap!

They sold me a very uncomfortable $1000 couch that doesnt even work properly. Do not buy the reclining sofa with the messager. The one they have on display was nice, but the one they sent me was twisted, had a broken drawer and the reclining feature was broke. They replaced one that was broken with one thats not as broken and uncomfortable. Patrick, their employee, must think its funny that he sold me a $1000 POS since all he did was laugh when I told him about the problem. All I wanted, was a nice couch that works as expected.

First let me say that I am not only their neighbor (Right behind the loading dock). I am also an employee right next to them in the same plaza. Furthermore I have done some landscaping near their loading dock that is nice to the eye for customers. (Not asked for, or paid to do) I am also on a first name basis with the staff. All that being said........ After purchasing a lawn mower and weed eater 2 months ago on credit. both are beat up pretty bad already and at their prices not close to being paid off. I went to them and asked what might be done about it and was told that since I did not get their expensive and in all other cases of my 55 years unnecessary warranty. They could not help me..... WOW!!!!! I know these guys personally and work next to them!!! Be forwarned that this is who you are dealing with... I will pay for the garbage they sold me. I will never buy anything from them again and I urge you who are reading to beware. Remember they know me well and did this. What chance do you have????????????????????????????????? Sorry I had to write this. IO am not angry... Just very disappointed. I dont think that anyone else should have to deal with this. I dont know if the furniture is any better, but the lawn care equipment is overpriced junk.I would like to say that after reading my review it appears that I have neglected to say the the problem does not lie with the employees that I spoke of knowing on a first hand basis. She is the one who would not even leave her office to speak to me personally.
