Had a problem with my ice maker .Called Mr. Appliance and scheduled a 2-4pm appointment to have it looked at. Technician Matthew Willis arrived early and diagnosed and fixed the problem . Very efficient,friendly and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to use their services again !

Excellent customer service and great used appliances with an unbeatable warranty. Bought a used refrigerator from him several months ago for a great deal and its still working good as new. Have hired him for other service work in the past and his workmanship and attention to detail is the best in the business. Most honest person you will ever hire.

I called around once my washing machine read clogged filter (it wasnt clogged) and found it hard to find someone willing to work on a front load Samsung. At the same time my dishwasher wasnt heating up. (Talk about frustrating) I called Clarksville area appliance and he said he was able to squeeze me in 2 days later. This is where if I could I would give him 10 stars. My husband is in the military and currently away, Im a full time student, and I have 2 kids. He was willing to work with my schedule so I wouldnt have to make up hours by missing class. (Everyone Im sure has heard the itll be between 12-5 no guarantee) he on other hand was completely selfless and took the extra time to text me before hand (since Im in class). He kept me updated and arrived on time. He managed to reset my dishwasher (since my husband replaced the heating piece he was unaware of a reset), he then took the time to make sure my washer wasnt clogged. He was pretty sure it was the pump, but he took the time and made sure that was indeed the problem. He was trying to save me money (something most business do not take the time to do). He had the part with him and quickly replaced it. He offers a military discount as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Nathan came by even after a busy week just to make sure nothing was wrong with our washing machine. He offered to check the other appliances to see if there was a leak somewhere else. Very professional and gave great advice to keep our appliances working smoothly!

Scheduled for 12 pm to 2 pm after calling. I rescheduled a doctors visit so that I could have my washer repaired. Received courteous and professional service on the phone so I expected the same the following day. Was ensured that I would receive a call prior to the service person showing up at my home. 12 PM came...no call. 1:00 PM came...no call. 1:45 pm came...I CALLED. Again, received courteous and professional service on the phone and was assured that Id be notified soon of when the service person would be here. So, after waiting another 45 minutes, I left my home to run errands. I was contacted after 45 minutes by the same courteous rep and said that the service person was on the way and would be at my home in 20-25 minutes. I told the rep that I didnt have time to wait in my home all day. Id set aside 12 pm to 2pm for the person to arrive and wasnt even called to make me aware that the service person would be late. I understand that delays happen but if Im paying someone 80 dollars to come to my house, I would appreciate some courtesy. Again, another fail for local businesses in Clarksville.UPDATE-a couple of hours afterward, the owner of the business called me to apologize and explain what had happened. Offered to do whatever he needed to make this right. I had already found another repair service by the time of his offer. He was very professional and expressed his desire to earn our business again if possible. I certainly understand communication issues, especially in this part of TN.

Just had our washer fixed today and price was very reasonable ! Nathan was very nice!! They came when they said they would and he was very responsive when we had questions!! I would highly recommend them and will use them again if we need to!!!!!

I highly recommend this for repairs. They were very friendly, helpful and quick to come out and repair my microwave.

I called around to a few appliance repair shops in the area to fix my washing machine. I had a guy come over and give a free estimate, in which he said he needed to replace a major component of the machine, and would cost roughly $300. I was skeptical about this, and decided to give Nathan a call. He came over this morning, and after a bit of battling, he realized a main wire out of the harness came un-plugged. Nathan saved me atleast $200! Nathan is a standup guy, and definitely knows his stuff. I highly recommend his shop!
