Theyre just trying to price gouge people. I had built the majority of my Gaming PC Rig and simply needed Geek Squad to put my cords on my motherboard and they insisted they would need to check everything and it would be $200 to connect the cords and ensure that everything else was connected properly. You have options so shop around and dont take their outrageous prices at face value. I got someone at N&F Computers to do EVERYTHING that the Best Buy Geek Squad said they would do for $87. Absolutely RIDICULOUS what they are trying to charge people. Just trying to screw people over and make a quick buck.

Couldnt find anyone to help me for atleast half an hour. Then I asked if the printer was supported by the software of the laptop and they said should be and then I asked if they could hook them up for me and they said they have to come to my house when I had everything right there. I said I would pay for it but they still said NO I asked the girl is there any instructions on how to hook them up and she told me to Google it I say this place has THE worst customer service experience I have ever had and I even spoke with the manager Jeff who basically said he couldnt help me either, so if you want or like bad customer service then shop here because I will NEVER step foot in that door again.

Went in to order an exercise bike and the store associate was phenominal. He pulled up the 2 models that we were looking at and did a comparison for us, he spent 15 minutes just going over the 2 models to assure that we were happy with our purchase (I know this is their job but in todays world this isnt the service that you receive). Extremely happy with the service we received today.

Im sure everyones already been to big franchise stores like this, and quite honestly, theres not much difference between any two Best Buys. I wouldnt say my recent experience was anything to write home about, the employee that assisted me didnt go out of his way to ensure I got the product I needed, but he did go out of his way to get the product I wanted and got me a better price on it. If youre expectations are absurdly high, you probably just shouldnt interact with people, but if you have the natural expectation to be treated like a person and to be given reasonable assistance with your purchase, I would recommend this Best Buy.

Im from Michigan so this location was a little smaller than I am used to but still had what I was looking for. In fact the locations where I am from have been low or out of stock on a lot of stuff lately but this location was well stocked on everything I saw. Employees were friendly. Very little stock on shelves. It has always been difficult to find help at this store. I waited for an employee to finish answering someone elses question to ask mine. The employee just turned and walked away not acknowledging me at all. I was standing right in his field of vision looking at him, so I cant imagine he didnt see me. Eventually found someone. They didnt have what I came for, so I went and got it elsewhere.

Busy, busy, busy! This store is always hoppin’! Most Best Buy employees are extremely helpful, but some act as if they are “too busy” to answer simple tech questions or concerns. Also, if you are working in a certain section of the store (AV, Apple, appliances, etc.) PLEASE KNOW THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL. An “I don’t know” is not a good look/answer. Sanitation stations with hand sanitizer and wipes are available and clearly marked. Bought two items with one return item in just under 20 minutes. Overall, very good experience.

Bought a 64 inch tv. The sales guy helped us even after his shift get the tv in the van with 3 kids, hockey equipment and a stroller. Made a jokes to help with the stress level. Ended up getting creative but we all fit and love the new tv.

I took my ipods to Bestbuy due to a covered issue by apple. I was sent to the Geeksquad. No customers were around and two employees were standing with me. They said they couldnt help me because I didnt have an appointment. They were not helping anyone else and there were no customers waiting. I will never spend another cent in Best buy. Nope. Just needed one thing. It took forever to flag someone down. When I asked if he had the thing, he said maybe (friendly enough) and asked me to give him a couple of minutes. Cool. Five minutes turned into ten. I never saw another blue shirt. I decided I would just order my thing from Amazon. As I was walking to my car, I saw the young man outside, presumably on break since he was just kind of wandering around behind the store.I understand that sometimes things get hectic. I understand that people are people. But do you know who doesnt forget about me when I need something?Amazon.

I went to this Best Buy on Sunday to look at TVs. I wasn’t seeing what I wanted, so I was looking for help from an associate, but I was never helped, so I left.I ended up ordering a TV on Tuesday for same-day pickup at this store (“Ready within an hour,” it said). I got an email after the store closed (way more than an hour after I placed the order) that the TV I ordered wasn’t actually in stock and they didn’t know when it would be. When I called the store the next day, they said that if it was going to be in stock it would be by the following Wednesday, ten days after I originally wanted to buy a TV, and 8 days after the TV I paid for was promised to be available.Thankfully, the TV ended up in stock, and I picked it up on Monday (over a week after I went to the store for the first time, and 6 days after I paid for it). When I got there to pick it up the associate who helped me was pushing it in its box along the floor, and the box seemed slightly damaged. When I got home, the TV was broken.I’ll have to take it back tomorrow, but the website says that it won’t be in stock again until Saturday, a full two weeks after I first went into the store. With this store, who knows when I’ll actually get a working TV.

I took a printer back that was not doing what it was supposed to do. Not going into a lot of explanations two employees went above my expectations. I just want to recognize these two to corporate . Who would have guessed so many people would be shopping for TVs on a Tuesday night in Clarksville. The customer service provided by Jack, who was new to the job, and Gage who seemed to be training him up was outstanding. Those two were on top of the entire tv section making sure everyone was taken care of and there were at least 4 other customers in the shop at about 8 pm also trying to purchase TVs. The 4/5 star rating because management could have deff sent some help their way. those boys certainly earned their paychecks tonight. Jack was knowledgeable and was not afraid to ask questions to his peer gage if he was even a little unsure which I did not mind one bit. The process was a little slow but he was an honest salesman and I respect that. Thanks for the help boys!

After ordering computer and getting shipping notice Best Buy said there was a problem with payment. Store could not help, corporate hung up on us. Called bank/credit card was good to go. Got a shipping date before they said there was a block. Finally got a hold of someone in corporate they cant cancel purchase even though it has not shipped. Went to local store no help again except to call corporate. New shipping date but website not updated. Call corporate again they clueless what is going on. Still will not cancel order. Who knows if/when we will get order. This company is a joke. Check there FB page. I learned a lesson never shopping here again.

Very nice associates, however I did have issues finding one at first. They helped me understand that a 2-din car radio can fit most vehicles regardless of size. They even were able to pull up most of the parts and adapters I needed. Overall lots of things I saw on the way to get the radio that I wanted, but didnt need.

They can be pushy sometimes, but overall I find their pricing to be competitive. They are one of the few stores that still price match. They typically have a good selection of items as well. However, all of that is hindered by non attentive employees. Its very rare to go here, show interest in a item, and get immediate service. Normally you have to walk around until you find someone(if you can) and have them page another person for that department. Hopefully in the future they will improve on their customer service.

Great place for office products, electronics and small home appliances like blenders, toasters etc. Larger appliances like washer, dryers, refrigerators are also available. One of the awesome things about Best Buy is that they will match any online price on Amazon as long as it is solid by Amazon itself and not a third party seller on Amazon. I probably purchased a television every Black Friday for the last few years.

I called this Best Buy store on the way to the store and 10 minutes later no answer and i was at the store. I went in the store phone in hand and was told the store does not answer calls. OK. so I proceeded to look at the computers because thats what I went there to buy, but after being ignored by these three employees for fifteen minutes even as I took a picture of them NOT a single one asked me if I could use some help.So after I saw what I liked I went home and ordered it from Amazon, really like to buy something like that local but the people there clearly work by the hour and do not care.

I bought several major items for delivery and installation. Set delivery/installation date a month away. No problem as I wasn’t in a huge hurry at the time. But as delivery date came closer I was eager to have tv in the new house. Received several emails regarding delivery/installation instructions and COVID safety two weeks, one week, and then two days in advance. The day before delivery day I received a call and an email saying the date was to be rescheduled. Rescheduled for three weeks out. I was told my order would be expedited if possible. Also, don’t think because you are an Elite or Elite Plus member you’re in the clear. I am an Elite Plus member. So schedule that delivery or installation if you want to but, be aware that they will pull it at the last minute.

I Really like this Best Buy .The employees are very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. The kinda loose a star for the cell phone department mainly because I had an issue with one of the females having a bad day. Not a good experience at all. I believe she no longer works there now, but the other cellular representatives always seem in a hurry and doesnt seem to like it if you ask questions. Not all of them, but I know at least 2 of them that I have had this experience. Other then that, Best Buy employees are good...

If I could give this company a negative star I would. They have become very anti-customer. You can no longer get through to the stores directly when you call. I have called about a laptop repair several times and keep getting the run around on the repair. They have also had my laptop for over a month with no update. I have put in several tickets for someone to call me and NO ONE has bothered to call. They dont care about their customers anymore.

It was ok it had what I needed workers arent to friendly. Some dont seem to want to help you. If you do run one down and ask them if they have the item they say no right off with out checking or knowing I called and was told they had it. They didnt know I understand not knowing but say let me check instead of just say no until you tell them you called then they say oh we just got a shipment in. Well dont say no before you know. I dont shop here much because of the workers are not nice or helpful maybe it will change but I dont think so. Its just a pay check that they need.

On 1/27 I ordered a $1900 laptop from this store with my Best Buy credit card. Because the card was new, I called the issuer to make sure there wouldnt be any problems with me making a large purchase. I was assured that my card was active and could be used without any problems. Sure enough, I was able to place the order just fine. I selected 2 day shipping for my order. I received confirmation of my shipping method but did not receive a tracking number. I called on 1/27 to check on the status of my order and was assured that I would receive it on time on 1/29. On 1/28 I still did not have a tracking number and the Best Buy website did not say that my order was being prepared or had been shipped. I called for a second time on 1/28 and was again assured that I would receive the laptop on 1/29. I did not receive the laptop on 1/29. I called for a third time on 1/29 and was told that the store was working on it and that I would receive my tracking number and a callback from a supervisor on 1/30. I did not receive a tracking number or callback. I called for a fourth time on 1/30 and was informed that it might take up to 48 hours from 1/27 for me to receive an update and that I would hear from a supervisor on 1/31. I did not receive a phone call. I called for a sixth time on 1/31. I was told that I need to visit a Best Buy store to verify my identity before the order can be shipped. I dont know why they suddenly decided that my identity needs to be verified. I also dont know why they didnt simply tell me to visit the store in any of the previous 5 phone calls about my order. I am very disappointed because I needed to receive this laptop quickly in order to complete a project on time. Additionally, due to the COVID-19 situation, I ordered online to avoid visiting such a large store.

It was ok but I have to add that the geek squad for Apple is a joke. Apple scheluded me to this was the 4th place that did not have an iPhone 6 to replace threw my warranty. The first time they scheduled I called with a number code provided and geek squad had no idea and did not care to help me so after 2 other places they scheduled these guys again and the worker was like uh no we dont have that in.stock. its ridiculous still although I purchased a new phone I still kept paying for Apple care for no reason ridiculous
