I stopped in today to get my phone replaced and Chris made the whole experience a breeze. He took his time to make sure I was getting the best deal possible and explained the ins and outs of our transaction very well. He delivered top-tier customer service and Ill be sure to recommend him and his store in the future.

Buyer BEWARE!! I dont normally post reviews but the treatment I received from Charlotte and Chris at this location was beyond unprofessional! I spoke with Chris on a Saturday and was given a quote of what my service would run monthly, $246. I was in the store on Sunday to begin the service, Charlotte took care of me, I told her about the quote and she agreed and moved on with my purchases, all the while she was on hold with AT&T for her mother in law and would stop waiting on me when someone came on the line. When she got done, she told me my monthly charges would be close to $400 and I told her that wasnt what we agreed upon! She then did a few things and told me it would be $274, I agreed to this amount. I ended up downloading the Verizon App-thank goodness-and found out my first bill, which is usually higher, was going to be $609 and the monthly charges after that were $489! I called the store, spoke with Charlotte and she told me those things are never right!! They were right and those were actual charges, I took my phones back into the store to cancel, when Charlotte saw me, her first words were so youre returning here too!!( I had to leave US Cellular because I couldnt receive service at my home.) Then she quickly looked at Chris and told him to wait on me...I had to ask her to put on her MASK!! He didnt want to do anything for me and wouldnt even speak, he continued to mess around with the computer until it was 3 minutes after 7 and proceeded to tell me that you have to come back when there is time to call into customer service, I cant help you return these phones and they are now closed! I believe he did this on purpose to inconvenience me. In the meantime I did tell Charlotte that what she said was uncalled for and she needed to be reported to Verizon, her statement to me was we have nothing to do with Verizon!! I ended up at Meadowbrook Mall and Logan took care of everything I needed and was beyond professional, Kate, the District Manager was supposed to call me but I never did hear from her so Jeff, I hope you see this and look into this matter! DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THESE PEOPLE TELL YOU!!! They will do anything to make a sale!

Charlotte got my insurance replacement phone set up and made sure all my info was transferred. I was worried I would loose old texts and pictures. She helped others as well. Great at multitasking and not making other customers wait.

This place is AMAZING! Went to get a new phone (I broke mine) during my lunch break today and was short on time. The saleswoman, I forgot to catch her name, was more than helpful.My phone needed updated before I could transfer my contacts, photos, etc. onto my new phone. The worker offered to keep my phone to complete the transfer while I went back to work and said that she would drop it off at my work for me when she was done AND SHE DID. She drove my new phone to my work when it was finished. If she isnt a manager already then she should be.

Great store! We came from Parkersburg which was an hour drive to visit with Charlotte after talking to her on the phone. She was great and made everything go smooth. It was like we had knew each other for years!! We will definitely be back for our next purchase.

BEST VERIZON STORE!!! Shaun & Mike are the BEST. Went in this morning to see about getting my iPhone 7 fixed. I left with a new iPhone 7 plus, HUM & a Tablet for less than what my insurance deductible was going to cost. Both men, & later a third (Mark) were wonderful. Shaun set up my HUM & even the mount I bought for my car. They talked me through the devices, answered all my questions & even carried on conversations while I was waiting for everything to be set up. We have been Verizon customers for 5+ years now & I have always received the best & quickest service at this location. They always send me on my way more in love with them than before.

The salespeople at this store should do a better job at explaining things to you. Especially the things they are throwing in your bag and adding to your bill when youre there for just an upgrade or update. I ended with the hum device and i had to literally go back in the store and say hey whats this? It was free with my upgrade to the 10+. By the time I found out it was $11 a month it was past the 14 days you have to return it without an early termination fee. I guess I could ha e asked more questions but I dont think a person should have to. My sales person was Mike. You may know what youre there to get just make sure you know what you are walking out with.
Was in because I had locked myself out of my phone after being on the phone for over an hour Charlotte helped me figure out what my Gmail even was so I could get my stuff back. Ill be back.

Mike and his crew attempted to salvage my broken phone, not knowing if I would even consider purchasing from him. Mike delved into many aspects of my profile to see what savings I would be eligible for. As a result I got the phone I wanted at substantial savings. A side benefit that he had no control of is that I now have much better signal strength because the facility where I work provides Verizon cell phones for many employees and has repeaters throughout.I first went to my previous vendor. When I showed them my damaged phone they basically shrugged their shoulders and offered to sell me a new phone with no incentives. They had plenty of discounts for new customers, but nothing for a current customer of approximately ten years. I stated I wanted to think about it. At that point he walked away saying let me know. I then walked away and went to the Verizon store.

I went to the Wireless Zone because I was having difficulty getting my new iPhone 7 set up. My company ordered the phone online and the service was not through Wireless Zone, but the help I received was first class. Mike Holepit greeted me with a smile, walked me through the process and took what was a stressful situation to me and solved it in no time. I appreciate his efforts to help me with a situation that didnt really benefit him or his stores bottom line. I also had the opportunity to listen to him assist two ladies before me while I was waiting. He gave them the same great service and had them smiling as they left. Great place if you need a phone or just need help.

Very unhappy and a few months ago I was going to add a line and get a new iPhone XS.. and this store told me there was a boho sale and I could get a 2 nd phone free if I added a line . My phone was fine and still worked great so I told them I didn’t need another phone well the longer I was in there the more they said I could have have a 2nd phone for free .. they were really pushy in trying to talk me into a 2nd phone.. said I could get the new car commingled out in a few days, so I asked lots of questions about if I could pay off the first device and I really didn’t want my bill to go up more.. they told me as long as I leave 750 on the add a line they would pay off that device over the next two years and told me to wait 30 days before I payed off the first device.. so they talked me into getting another new phone.. I should’ve used my judgement and just got the one phone because I have been getting a run around now . I guess when I payed off the first device that voided the bogo sale.. I was very Mis informed.. I and will never shop with them again .. I talked to them several times and they said that isn’t what they told me .. and I have been told every thing from I purchased the wrong phone to I didn’t pay the same day .. no one there could help. And now I am have to pay for two new devices when I only wanted one in the first place.. Everytime I went into this store they are the pushiest people trying to make a sale! I will never buy a bogo phone again because to many ways for them to get out of paying for the 2nd phone.. I have called Verizon and they also told me that when I paid off the first device it voided my bogo... I wish someone would have told me this when I asked about paying it off or when I went back 30 days later to pay it off in this store .. very unhappy with these so called chain stores.My sales person was Mark C and cashed out by Chris C.. buyer beware and call Verizon first..
