The service was VERY VERY horrible, not from just one, but eventually all employees!!!! I was confused with u.s cellulars policy, and also knew everything I needed to know. Although not having my identification due to theft. I paid for my bill, BUT WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT PARTICULAR STORE!!! (date/estimate time: Mon, Sept 6 12-3pm)

Right now they have a good deal on new iPhone 11. My daughter and I had prepaid no contact phones and Im getting ready to get my youngest a phone plan. To do this I would need to keep up with 3 non contact phones. You can do up to 4 phones for around 120-130 a month with US Cellular. Really didnt want a contract but sometimes you have to get with the times. Supposedly unlimited data with no cap. Will see. People there was really nice. My girlfriend has had them for years and has never had a problem so Im sure I mad a good choice.

Service is not bad. But I have had issues with my phone at times that I cant seem to get resolved. Considering going to another provider. Not sure yet. But other than that. Their overall service I would give a 4 star.

Stopped in today to pick up a SIM Card for an iPhone I preordered. Everyone was clean, kind, and accommodating. Would recommend the two ladies on the floor! Very nice and quick experience!

Staff is helpful and ready to assist you even after store hours. Love our phones.. great deal!!

Walked in they were somewhat busy. Waited a few minutes. Told the gentleman there, who was not wearing a name tag, that we wanted to ask some questions about our phone bill. He set us down and proceeded to dial the desk phone and said customer service will be on the phone shortly. This guy was an idiot! I would have called from my own phone had I wanted to talk with customer service, so instead of helping us, he left us with the desk phone in our hand and talk to customer service. I was absolutely insulted! I walked out and called US Cellular and complained. He works at the US CELLULAR in Clarksburg, WV on Emily Drive. I will never go there again!!

I switched from Virgin Mobile thinking better service quality I couldnt have been more wrong porting my number back to Virgin Mobile

Awful service and bad attitudes from everyone there! It was an awful experience and Id suggest going to another us cellular if possible.

Been a customer for almost 15 years... Walked in all of the associates were busy, 7:00 one walked away from his customerd and turned the lights off and locked the door. Rudely asking what I needed I told him with no reply from him.. So i just walked out..Poor customer service.
