This location is by far the least customer friendly. No parking, dismissive staff.
Need better qualified coustomer service workers in the store. I have called the store several times yesterday and today for questions regarding insurance claim and no one has ever answered the phone. After ringing 5 or 6 times it goes to voicemail that either they dont bother to check or just dont care about because never returned any of my calls! Very Unprofessional!
Need more phone choices on start up and people with more experience in office but they are good service to have

Never very busy but dont even carry their own companys SIM cards! What sense does that make? Also employees polite for the most part but not very helpful. In their defense though most of it isnt even their fault. The company is essentially setting them up for failure!
I had a fantastic they were great to me right there they helped me very much and I would go back there in a heartbeat I could not use my phone at all they fixed it didnt take very long they are very nice people I Ill go back there in a minute and I will everyone should go there

I have had boost for over 12 years. So I know the routine pretty good and I know when you get new phone it takes roughly an hour and a half. (I get 4 lines) the guy was rude, he would always interrupt the other worker towards the customer, it took almost 4 1/2 hours to get all the phones, get them on, phone cases, etc. I finally told him to either refund my money and Id go somewhere else, I ended up taking the phones and finishing all the set ups, putting on screensavers, phone cases. He was too worried about other things that didnt protain to me like another guy coming in to trade ammo for a free phone or towards one. The other customer was loud amoxious and really annoying bc he was asking everyone that come in if they were getting new phones and if so if he could have their old one. So he was pretty much a nuisance.

My 80 year old father-in-law went to this store for help with combining two phone accounts after Boost Mobile turned off one of his phones without letting him know they had discontinued flip phone service. Instead of helping him, they turned off his other smart phone account as well and then told him he would have to buy a new phone and stated they couldnt turn either of his original phones back on. The clerk was a young guy that was rude and basically told him tough luck and that he would see him when he came back needing to buy a new phone. This was after the clerk questioned whether either phone was a Boost Mobile phone and snatched one of them out of his hand taking it apart. I attempted to call the store more than 20 times over a 3-hour period and only received voice messages saying to leave a voicemail, which then told me the mailbox was full and a message could not be left. I called Boost Mobile themselves and spoke to a lady that initially said neither account could be turned back on. After insisting, the lady came back on the line stating she had good news saying the second phone could be turned back on again. They would not refund the balance on the other phone, but said he could bring in another smart phone and then I could call back and they would reactivate this account as well. Great idea except that the whole point was to combine the two accounts. It is a good thing I dont live in West Virginia! Talk about piss poor customer service. Needless to say, we wont be Boost Mobile customers any longer!!!

UPDATE 10 MONTHS LATER!Exceptional staff when I went. Very helpful and friendly. Dominique kept me laughing.The management has changed and the guy thats in there WHO IS THE MANAGER is exceedingly rude! Instead of helping me with my problem with my phone he got mad started yelling at me kicked me out and told me I was trespassing and I am a boost Mobile customer ... avoid this store at all costs!
My favorite phone carrier!! Frank is always kind and patient with me as Im technology challenge. He never gets uset when i screw up the simplest thing. Great guy,great prices and great deals!!!! He should be MANAGER!!!!!!
Only recently have I used the Downtown Clarksburg location. Excellent service from the same gentleman. And DEFINITELY recommend the insurance/warranty.

Is there a really good reason why NO ONE CAN EVER ANSWER THE PHONE I MEAN SERIOUSLY IVE BEEN CALLING FOR A WEEK AN NO ANSWER Ive went through this before last year with this store i had too go into the store an bull i love the service an all the other stores but this one needs some better workers who can answer the phones thanks
Christian was fantastic. He was thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. The store had great accessory options and he took excellent care of us.
The employee who helped us was knowledgeable and had our issue fixed almost immediately. You are a lifesaver, dude!!! 10/10 will go to the store over trying to fix issues myself.
My service is pretty good. Because of one employee I have a very good phone now and am able to do a lot more. Jordan is excellent at helping when i have a problem or question. As for any of the other employees, well they are not very kind or helpful. When I call the store unless Jordan is working, the phone never gets answered. The 4 stars are primarily for Jordan. Thanks for being excellent at your job, and always very kind and helpful.

This location is incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate. A customer called into my location, wanting to know why their bill was due for $114. The customer was at this location the month before and requested to remove a line from her family and cancel the account - to which the store rep said I got you - and clearly never resolved the issue. We called the location to see what was going on - no answer. When we called a second time, a rep answered with an attitude and hung up on us. Very distasteful and inappropriate - making all Boost Retailers look bad.
The store is open 7 days a week. My friend said that he saves a lot of money by using boost. He is always asking me to pay his phone bill. I guess he does save with boost.

I was there yesterday to have a frozen phone looked at and to also switch my son over from Net10 to Boost. I wish I would have gotten the store agents name who helped me because he was just great. Hes an older gentleman that fixed my phone even though it wasnt an issue due to boostmobile. I really, really appreciated his help.
