Found out no T mobile 5g towers in WV. So new Samsung really doesnt work any better or at all in some places. Not what you want to hear but at least I didnt find out after the fact. Honest is great.

This place gives Sprint a bad name. Go to literally any other store, even if its not a sprint store. Im sure if you walked into McDonalds and asked for help with your phone they would be kinder and more helpful than this woman at this sprint store.Go to the Verizon over by big lots and just switch, I wouldnt want my money paying this woman a dime, Sprint shouldve done something about her ages ago, it seems shes been a problem for a while as the majority of reviews for this store are 1 star reviews mentioning bad service and bad attitudes.

Worker was very rude during the interaction. I would not tell me any information I was asking about costs, kept interrupting me, and telling me I know youre wrong, I know Im right, it doesnt matter. When I asked about taxes on my bill he claimed take it up with the government, it is not my problem.I will not be going back to this sprint location again.

Sales associate was extremely rude from the moment I walked into the store. She had a horrible attitude as though I had ruined her entire day. I asked if I was giving her an attitude, because she was definitely giving me one. To which she replied well I am not giving you and attitude, but theres my manager if you rather talk to him. She got up and walked away from me, the manager walked over and proceeded to help me. The manager was slightly more helpful, but this will be my last day as a Sprint customer.

Went in to get a phone for my grandson it took 5 minutes fast and always friendly!!

I was lied to by a salesman about phones I wanted being out of stock in surrounding stores just so he could try to keep a sale. He told her the Essential phone I wanted and the iPhone my wife wanted were out of stock state wide.I drove up the interstate 5 miles and got both phones. Stay away!

I wouldnt waste my time here. My Sprint service has worked out great for my family, but the customer service in this place is beyond terrible. The salespeople act annoyed if you dare walk in the door. On top of this they never call you by name, its always man or dude like you just stepped into a Cheech and Chong movie. So unprofessional. Stay away.

Horrible!Leaving here and going directly to ATT!Called this store 3/7/19 and Was looking to take advantage of the iPhone XR BOGO(add a new and upgrade a line for free. Was told by a Jennifer that there would be much better deals to compete with the release of the new Galaxy S10 on the launch day. 3/8/19.So drove up there on 3/8 and low and behold that deal had ended yesterday and I was told there was nothing available for free lines!I should have known when I asked for Jennifer and she handed me off on someone else right in front of me that something was up!So ATT here I come.

Less than 30 days with sprint, signed up my matt in the clarksburg store. My email was incorrect so now i cant receive my bill! They threatened to shut off my service after only 3 weeks with them because the bill wasnt paid yet but no one seems to comprehend i did not get it because it is being sent to someone else! There was a store promotion where they was waiving the $30.00 activation fee, i got 4 lines but only 2 was credited so 3 days after paying the bill, less the $60.00 chuck in this store started the process for the manager to issue that credit, i get an automated call saying if i didnt pay the $60 i was getting my phones shut off!! I called but they said there is nothing in the notes from the store so chuck lied when he told me he had messaged the manager to do it the day i paid the bill. This store doesnt answer the phone. The one time my husband got through & asked for a manager, matt told him that the manager was out to lunch & they dont have a time limit so there was no telling when they would be back. Worst customer service ever & sprint in general seems to be the worst cell company to have. But thats my 30 day experience with them & im still waiting for the store to simply call them to verify there is a credit or put it in the notes on the acct. seems simple enough but must be too difficult for these employees to take care of.

My cell is throw sprint i like the people working with them and as far as phone service i got no problem with internet but my ph likes to drop call and i get told a lot did you get my text

Expensive, but i dont think any network is inexpensive. So far no problem with cell service.
