Devin Freeman was the best! But the manager or the Boss whatever his name is was nothing but rude and very pushy wanting to rush everyone in and out! I’m sad to know that Devin will be moving, so with that being said I will take my business to Parkersburg now away from that manager!
I brought my mom in to the store to upgrade her iPhone and we were immediately greeted by Devin. When he was able to assist us, he was honest, considerate, and very patient with all of our questions. He helped us save money and upgrade our plan to better suit our needs. We normally avoid coming to the store due to previous experiences, but Devin definitely changed our opinion on representatives. He was fabulous!
Devin did a wonderful job in switching us over from Sprint. After a less than ideal experience with Sprint, and deciding to change services, Devin calmly walked us through the plans, process of switching services and took care of getting the new phones and service set up. If this visit is indicative of what to expect from ATT, I will be happy for years to come. A HUGE Thank You to Devin and his great work!

Store was very busy but I was assisted immediately. Salesperson listened to my needs and explained all my options. I was able to walk out of the store within 15 mins with exactly what I needed.

My son bought the iPhone 12 tonight from this store. Olivia, Dawn, and Brad helped us. They were GREAT!!! A software update on my son’s old phone got in the way of a speedy phone data transfer. They stayed over late (til 10 pm almost) to make sure that my son could take his phone home with no issues...and it was Brad’s birthday! I am definitely more than happy with the service we received this evening.

We had bought a T - Mobile hotspot and was lied to about coverage. Carrie Wright was friendly and courteous and fast to help. She got us a hot spot ready to got to Florida. I am in sales so she was fabulous 5 stars!!!!!

Absolutely horrible experience. I’ve been an AT&T customer for 15yrs and now I’ll be finding another carrier. After purchasing over $1000 in new merchandise we had a set of buds go bad in just a month. After being told by the manufacturer to return to the store and even calling to confirm with store we were told they can’t honor a warranty over their own, after running an hour to them, that it’s the manufactures problem or our problem and they could only do a extremely small account credit (we would still have to pay them off) but a supervisor would have to approve. Don’t waste your time or gas find another carrier who can actually help and cares to keep the customers business.
It’s not the store’s fault it’s AT&TS fault for advertising something they don’t have available in the store and you have to wait 1-2 months to get it

She has been such an incredible manager and through the years she has been a major reason we continue our business at AT&T !!!Today she introduced me to Lynette and Lynette set me up with a new IPhone (11), various accessories and even a sanitizer box. She was professional as well as caring !!!You are fortunate to have Dawn and Lynette on the AT&T team.

If I could give a half of star I would they ran are credit several time without telling us they was going to!!!! And then ordered us tablet told us it would be there in a few days and now a month later and still not even a phone call
Clean atmosphere, adhered to social distancing and all that, so that was good. But terrible sales guy. Tried to sell me an upgraded phone and plan, that was waaay more than what Im paying now. No thanks. He just didnt really listen to what I wanted, you could tell he was just trying to make a sale. Oh, and he insulted me because I said I dont want or need to upgrade my phone very often. He basically called me stupid, but not in those words.

Had a couple bad experiences with the phone not being activated but we called and spoke with Dawn and she fixed it in minutes! Super helpful and kind.
The people here are friendly and will pursue any problems you are having until they are resolved. My most recent visit was an easy one I guess. My SIM card died. But weve had some really tough ones mostly stemming from 2nd or maybe 3rd party entities dealing with warranty and other issues. However the folks here were relentless and got it corrected every time.
Be careful when dealing with complicated issues on your plan changes. They just screwed my wife over not correctly explaining the difference between a pre/post paid plan, and essentially made us lose a fantastic discount on one of our phone plans simply because she was looking to finance a new phone. They werent clear with her that she would lose the discounts and that the plan change would cause us to lose half a month of coverage. The employee treated her badly and was narcissistic/cocky.Absolutely horrible service to people who are concerned about their monthly budget and having a transparent picture on what exactly they are paying for.
The store itself was ok clean and nice but the worker I talked with wasnt very nice . I was looking to get a newer model phone (prepaid). He said you cant touch the phones which I completely understand due to covid pandemic,however none of the screens were on and he didnt even offer to turn them on so that I could see them, even suggested that Walmart had phones also. Seems like if you dont want to enter into a contract and spend 1000s on a phone then your not worth their time .So I went to Walmart and they got my money instead.
3 months ago my husband took his post pay acount of 2 lines to a prepay acct keeping the 2 nd line on post pay and adding a the 3 ed line to prepay he was told he needed my phone to import the post pay number into the prepay acct and that would cancel the post pay acct well instead the covid 19 happened your stores were closed before we could do that customer service said they couldnt help and we have been double paying for a line cause its on the prepay but the number is still on post pay he went to store yesterday and they said thg hey couldnt help and its too late to give back the 3rd line on prepay
Well all your employee who helped us was only worried about going home and not finding a solution or a work around on the problem to be able to add another rline to my service I told him I already worked out a payment arrangement and I have to do it every month because of where the bill is due. Atat knows that but apparently who didnt get the memo from customer service.
Staff were very helpful. I have an AT&T prepaid card on my phone. They helped me set it up using my existing phone and number. Very friendly! Did not have to wait to be helped!!
Nice store, trained staff. But, if you have paid your bills and are not upside-down on your credit, they have no interest in you as a customer. Misleading marketing policies of the corporation do not encourage anyone to become a customer, let alone remaining a customer. Making appointments seems to matter very little if someone walks in just ahead of your slotted time. Prepare to stand and negotiate, because seating seems to be for staff waiting for customers.

My wife and I finally decided to get a joint cellphone plan and ATT bent us over a rail. The salesman was pushy and fairly arrogant. He was not upfront with the cost of things despite being asked several times. Even with a supposed government discount(and a few others as well) our plan which included two phones (one brand new and one almost paid off) was almost $300 a month. Worst cell provider experience I’ve had yet. Ive had ATT for years and paid $75 a month on my parents plan. So imagine our surprise to get a $290 continuing monthly payment.

Up to date store, fend for yourself to get waited in, computer systems crash and takes 2 or 3 times to get phone activated on an account with multiple lines. Their answer, SORRY. Doesnt help when it takes up a large part of your day and you still spend hours on phone with customer service to fix what the store did! Wouldnt recommend this store.

Got waited on quickly all I had was a couple questions but the associate failed to even try to get me to buy today instead or later. They work off commision and they probably couldve had a sale
My 3 month old Samsung 8 Active had a complete melt down in March, burning my coffee table. I had to place it in my bathroom sink and run water water on it to put it out.It could have caused more damage than the coffee table if I wasnt home.The At&t warranty and Samung refuse to replace it.The costomer service personal only know how to sell the insurance and warranties for Samsung products. They offer little or no help in these areas.My recommendation is to stay away from Samsung products and find a provider that knows more than just selling products.

They clearly dont care about the customers unless youre in there buying $600 worth of electronics. Called to ask about the restoration fee and was hung up on by some rude man because Well maybe if you would have listened to the recording, you would have heard that I cant answer those types of questions. You have to call customer support? He repeated that twice. Okay, hang up on me again AT&T. Your company sucks, and I cant wait until my contract is up in a couple of months so I can finally switch companies.
