Every ISP is a blatant scam.In November 2020 they were able to star service at my previous address remotely. However, nowadays they HAVE to send a technician in person ($40 fee) to come to your house, plug in one thing, and call another guy to turn it on remotely.
Tyler was such an amazing customer service representative, he treated me with dignity and respect!! He was very attentive and patient servicing my needs with me having a 1 yr old squirm around in my arms lol !! He didnβt give me a hard time nor was he a push over, I was thankful to have him serve me and anticipate my needs. You know how busy us moms can be with a million things on our minds itβs nice to come in contact with gentle caring people such as him. And I upgraded my cable bundle plan and I had to get another remote the service was exact, fast and friendly !!! Come check this place out and ask for Tyler the gentleman !! The billing department was more then just rude i was talking to a lady couldnt under stand her but she waz nice i ask to speak to a manager she put me on hols came back and said the manager refused to get on the phone it was horrible
We were paying $60 a month for internet with 10MBS. What we were really getting is 7MPS max. Talked to salesperson at Glenway store who told us that we could only get 10 MBS on a device if it was connect to an Ethernet cord!! I inquired about Fioptics, just like I have been doing for the last three years and was told it would be at least a year if not longer before Fioptics would be available in my area. I only live less than a mile to the Cincinnati city limits. There was no attempt to keep my business and would need to pay $42 for the same service while Fioptics customers pay roughly $30 more for much better service. I am now a Spectrum customer. I am amazed at how many positive comments people have with Cincinnati Bell. For me, the services provided are useless.

We just moved into a house and set up service, but we had to go three times because we kept getting wrong information from them in-store. And they acted like we were crazy rather than helping us figure it out. Finally a tech came to our house and set it straight.
After dealing with spectrum for several years, which was a nightmare, my experience with Cincinnati Bell was a dream come true. Matt H. couldnt have made the process for my transition from Reno, NV to KY easier. He clearly and concisely explained the different bundles/packages as well as all of the charges that go along with them. He got my setup/install date on the exact date that I wanted as well. I highly recommend this Cincinnati Bell store, I could not be happier!

We went in to low our bill. it had jumped to over 300$. Madison greeted us right away. Asked us what she could help with. Madison also asked who we worked for to see about additional discounts. By the time we we got done we were at 160$ a month. with no lose in channels or service. SHE IS AWESOME!!!!!! She why we are staying and recommend Cincinnati Bell.

Relatively new location is easy to reach and packed full of good fun. In store reps will usually fix your bill, accept equipment returns, or provide new equipment quickly and painlessly. Ironically, the less you are here the better.There is a home theater room fitted with comfy recliner chairs too!
Went into the store and Josh was the one who helped us - excellent customer service and he went above and beyond! Definitely recommend going to this location!! Make sure to ask for Josh-he will work with you to get the best deal and is really knowledgeable about all of the products.
My elderly mother has been paying on her account for months. Her phone was turned off and she ended up in collections. My mother has been fighting this for 6 months. Matt Hay within minutes found the payments and is helping us to get her account straightened out. Cant thank him enough.

Tyler at the front desk was great, he helped explain the terminology of upgrading to fioptics and the equipment necessary for it to the point where he ended up saving me hundreds of dollars in the end. Very knowledgeable and friendly, an extremely pleasant encounter.
A couple of years ago I went to this store to arrange internet service I felt I got a good deal but the guy said check back and there may be a better deal. I went to the store and told the guy behind the counter and he saved me 15 %. Easy peasy.
Was having an Issue with my billing and my Email. I have spend countless hours on the phone trying to get this resolved and they told me there was nothing more they could do over the phone but suggested that I go to my local store to get more help. Went there with a pretty sour attitude but after 20 mins Dave the rep that helped me got it all fixed and even lowered my bill 20$ more a month than the call center. Thanks you guys for getting his completed so quick when we came in. I will be going to the store to fix my problems from now on.
Cause the driveway is terrible going in an out. When they could have a better driveway an parking lot. Also I have paid twice at this store an now I am to go there and give them 139.81 dollars an by October 15th another payment of 163.00. I have had no trouble till I messed up sending 1 bill payment in wrong amt. An mailed it out early. Post office had it. Or someone lost it .now the Cincinnati Bell / Fioptics.
If I could give it no stars I would. Cincinnati bell has the worst service for internet and their billing department cant get one bill correct. The people working in the store are polite but dont have many answers
I came in to cancel my account and return my modem because I am moving out of town, they were very understanding and didnt cause me any grief with cancelling my account. Did it all in less than 5 minutes. Im sad to leave but I would come back to this location if I moved back.

My bill is very high. I just have Internet service with them and I bought my own router but I m paying $ 66 or they told me at the beginning that I will pay only $ 44 monthly but my bill is to high than I expected. I like this company but they lied to me so I m Very disappointed.

Cincinnati Bell offers better deals than many of the national service providers... This begins to make much more sense when you realize they do not offer anywhere near the same service. We have always had trouble with them changing our contract terms, voicemails appearing late, and poor coverage, and poor phone quality, but recently text messages and phone calls have been showing up on our bills, but not on our phones. There is no saving grace with this company. Do not go here to save money, it will end up costing you in time and frustration.
Cincinnati Bell is one of the worst services in Cincinnati. You can get better deals with another cable company. Faster speeds with cheaper prices. Plus they charge you to lease their modems. Lol dont bother and get something else.

I never had to go into the actual store, but my experience with this branch was too good not to share. I had been working exclusively with Quintin W. on getting service set up for my new home, and I will be the first to tell you, he reeled me in. I was very close to going with Spectrum, as initially they had a better promotion going on, but Quintin wasnt going to let me go that easily. He really went to the mat for my girlfriend and myself to get us the best possible price for the best internet for us. Spectrum couldve counter offered to me a lower price, and I still think I wouldve gone with you guys and Quintin. The man works his butt off for his customers, and I think hes created a lifelong customer with us.Thanks again for everything Quintin!! I had an excellent experience at the Cincinnati Bell Western Hills store. Josh was able to solve my problem immediately. I wasnβt able to get this problem straightened out on the phone with Cincinnati Bell. I am so glad I went to the store. I spent over 1 1/2 hours on the phone with 3 different people and Josh solved my problem in 10 minutes.
In store reps are cheerful and helpful, 10/10.Over the phone customer service is atrocious, 0/10.Service is poor with average equipment, and varying speeds, 4/10.

Ill save you time, dont go into the store, just call the Cincinnati Bell telephone number. I was basically treated like I was an idiot after my cable box stopped working. Received new box that did not work, spent 1 hour with support who told that the box was a dud. Went back to the store, was questioned and was told it could take 2 hours and wasnt supportive at all. I received my 3rd box in 2 hours and guess what, it works fine. Never received any sort of sympathy from the support staff after driving multiple times to the store. I have no idea why Im still a client for this company.

I spoke with a gentlemen named Tom today about my internet not working properly. Would be better if Cincinnati had fioptics in my neighborhood and only DHL for internet which they call ZoomTown which is slow slow slow and not worth the money
