This place is great the owner and his little son spent over 30 mins trying to get a phone to work for me because I was from out of town and they unfortunately couldnt get it working and he sent me to another store which also couldnt help me but him and his family in the phone store were fantastic and I truly appreciated all their help

Dont judge a book by its cover! While some may question the outside appearance, the service inside is very professional and knowledgeable. Not only was I given all the options to address my phone problems, I was even told how to be able to solve the problem myself, if I wanted to! Great, honest, reliable. Im glad I went in and would trust them with any phone issues.

This store was very fast. It was cheapest to unclock phones and they said they were going to have my phone the next day and it was done in 2 hours! I loved the service!

This is the most illegal place in Cincinnati and should be shut down not only are they selling Krogers retail items that are not based for individual sale. They are selling single cigarettes individual tobacco products they are illegally over pricing stationary items sick as 99¢ items at $1.25 plus tx this is crazy they should get investigated and closed down. Thats robbery!!!
