Ashanti was fantastic! I came with my grandma to help get her a new phone picked out after her old one was disconnected. She was very unhappy about getting a new phone, but Ashanti was so patient with all her questions and helped her pick out a phone she now loves! Couldnt have asked for better customer service. She didnt pressure her into picking a phone and was very knowledgeable and made the entire experience a pleasure.

I was surprised that everything went smooth they have a special promotion on the iPhone 12s for new customers /trade in I got the iPhone 12pro with no down payment which was awesome! I was due for a upgrade / new carrier years ago back in 2013 not this location had ask me for 500 deposit I walk out so fast lol 😆 but I guess things change for the better so far at&t havent let me down

Noah at the Western Hills/Cincinnati (Glenway Ave) store was extremely helpful. He made the phone upgrade experience easy. He was helpful and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He explained everything clearly. I honestly usually dread phone upgrades because it usually takes a long time and seems complicated. This was very a quick visit and Noah was very efficient. The whole visit went smoothly. It was a very positive experience.

The staff at this location have always been knowledgeable and very helpful, and I can be hard to do business with. There selection of stock isnt the greatest it seems most people order everything anyhow, so its probably not an issue for most.

I was looking for a Galaxy, 10... Which you had and I did purchase...However...You had none on display, only the Galaxy 20...Not impressed, as there is ample room to display them... So why are they only available by request?The reason I didnt buy it last time I was in store is the same...I was told that it was due to Covid...I dont believe that for a damn minute...What I do believe is, is that you all would rather push a higher end product versus a variety of phones that are actually available on your customers...Also, when paying, I was charged the full amount instead of being able to set up a monthly payment on my bill, but it was too late to do anything about it when I realized it, so, yeah, enjoy that commission...

The employees at this store have mastered the ability of deflecting all responsibility from themselves by giving out the number for the appropriate At&t call center. It is their mission to give out as many 800 numbers as possible without resolving a single customer dispute. And somehow the store is remodeled every 2-3 months.

Never have I been so furious with a company. I dont often write reviews, and when I do, I try to always write good ones. I know its easy to write a bad review. However, this store deserves the review its getting. I bought a pair of Air Pods from their store because I thought I had lost mine. When I purchased them, I was told by the associate that I could return within 14 days with my e-mailed receipt. I verified before I left that I would be able to use my e-mailed receipt since I never keep paper anything. I later found my original Air Pods and had no need for the new ones Id purchased (and only used once). When I returned to the store within the 14 to return the new Air Pods I was told by, I assume, the manager that he could not return my purchase due to there not being a barcode on my e-mailed receipt. He said that without the paper copy he would not be able to put it back in their inventory. Which is funny considering I called another store and they told me that was not the case.I also called AT&T customer support and they told me that I should have been able to return with the e-mailed receipt. I have been trying for the past two hours to call the store on Glenway with no luck. It just rings and rings and rings; ironic. I want a district manager to call me. The manager’s utter incompetence is unacceptable. If you can’t answer your phone once within two hours your store is understaffed. The manager is obviously unaware or inaccurately informed of AT&T’s return policies and is making the whole company look bad. If someone does not reach out to me, I will absolutely go as high as I need to go to get this resolved.

Ive been with AT&T for over 2 years now and the staff at the store have always been helpful. I have bought phones and tablets from them and from ebay and had them set up service. Either way the staff at the store has always been easy to work with and willing to get me going. Sometimes waits can be long, but I try to avoid busy times and I realize they spend the time with me that is needed to resolve problems which is what they do with people ahead of me I assume. AT&T service overall has been good and Im happy with the plan I have for the money. Only negative is their corporate sales people call me too often to try to sell me new devices when mine are working just fine.

The store is a worthless. They cannot accomplish anything in the store and they are unprofessional and rude. I have 2 accounts with 6 phones and can never get any help. The manager is unresponsive and never returns calls or resolves problems. I have been stuck with AT&T for over 10 years and unfortunately they put you in plans that you cannot get out, this gives them the ability to treat their clients like garbage.

Only 2 people working. Walk in both employees are super busy with customers. Waited 45 min before they even said hello. Waited another 15 before walking out. Just purchased 1000 phone online and it came broke. No luck with help crib the actually store. Not the employees fault but ATT should have more than 2 employees working at a time

Ported over from Verizon, can not send or receive any images. Only rreceiving a portion of my text, and have little to reception, even downtown. Went in to talk, gentleman working had no answers or solutions. He was rude and without purpose. Tried to blame Verizon when this is clearly an att problem.

Great initial service. HORRIBLE service as soon as purchase was made. Hours of frustration in the store and on the phone, if you can get them to answer.After constant trips back to the store - they finally took care of the issues. But, it should not have taken this much work from my end. There seems to be issues going on between AT&T Corporate and the stores, because they are clearly not on the same page.

This place should be given 0 stars. I have never been to an establishment that is more unprofessional. Most of the employees are absolute jokes and have no idea what they are doing. They are rude and flat out lie. Currently they are requiring you to pre pay a month of directvnow to get an iPhone X. I already have the service, but they are still requiring you to get it, if you want the phone. This is fraud and not ATT policy. I truly hope AT&T looks into how this store is being run.

Small shop. Not much variety and I saw some boxes so I thought it was a newly opened store.. Its not. It was understaffed in my opinion. Itll take another customer like me 15 to 30 minutes to find another AT&T store to purchase a phone.

These people that work here are very smart (keep that in mind) I went in here they just had an iphone that had the 4 inch screen I said this is a 5.5 screen I did not have the name at the time, The man looked it up on his phone and said thats it, that is the biggest phone screen they make there is not 5.5 size screen in a iphone. I came home and looked it up myself its called Apple iPhone 6 Plus it has the 5.5 screen these people will look you right in the eyes and lie to you if they dont have it to sell. I think its called the lions den. walk into this place and you will come out with what they want you to have not what you want.
