I really needed a new kitchen rug as the old one had the holes in it covered with duct tape--what do you want? it was over 25 years old and was cheap carpeting to speak of!---so I was told to contact Valvano as they would 1. give me a great price i.e. not rip me off 2. the quality would be wonderful and 3. they were so fast and competent in doing the work. I must say, the new carpeting in the kitchen looks FABULOUS and I cant miss that it is such a high quality product and yes, the price was right too! Highly recommend Valvano for any flooring you need, you will be treated well and pleased by what you receive. (forgive the photo, I take lousy pictures but I can tell you that the cats were pleased also, lol!)

Volcano flooring replaced our entryway and bathroom and did a wonderful job. Mike Valvano came in and checked everything after work was complete and touched up certain areas. He actually found other things wrong in our home unrelated to their job and fixed them also.We r going to tip him for extra effort and we have never done that before

Fixed our offices when other flooring stores in the area said that it could not be fixed and recommended we get ALL NEW FLOORING... I couldnt believe it we just bought the space and it was brand new carpet and I thought these people are trying to scam me. Valvanos came out and fixed the 12 problem areas where we moved our cubical walls. Compared to the other 2 flooring companies I got quotes from they saved me THOUSANDS of dollars!!!!! You can barely see the patch and I was so blown away I had to take a photo of the last area to be fixed to show my husband. WOW!

We had just moved into a new house and needed the carpets replaced ASAP. The previous carpets smelled like urine and they told me what to do about it and had new carpet installed the next week. Mike came out and measured the next day after I called (with a boot on just after having foot surgery, not the easiest task) they worked on a payment plan with me that met my familys needs and they honestly made us feel like family. We always use Floors by Valvano. Several years ago they installed carpet in our old house when we moved in and then again they replaced the floors after water damage and then again when we sold the house. Great family owned business. They can work with all budgets and they do not try to sell you endless overpriced upgrades or offer deceptive discounts to get you to buy from them. They pretty much give you their bottom dollar pricing on whatever products you are looking at and recommend products that have proved themselves in peoples homes already. I guarantee you will not feel youve wasted your time if you stop in just to talk and get some prices before making your final choice.

Their prices are good, but not the cheap guys you find working for $2.50 an hour (Buddys carpet... Never NEVER and I reiterate NEVER EVER again). I wanted quality this time and I got more than I bargained for! Mike really took the time to show me the ins and outs of carpet. Oh and what seams... Looks like perfection!

Amazing expereience and awesome customer service. A friend recommended Matt to me and from the first call to the end of the job they were top notch. Timely in call backs, providedupdates along the process, and offered options based upon my budget, never tried to upsell me at all.I thought I needed the whole house to be recarpeted, but they were honest with me and said what rooms needed it and what really didnt. Dont find that type of honesty now a days! In addition, found that some of my rooms did not need new padding which saved me a couple hundred dollars!!!!Mike/Matt and team exceeded my expectations and I will highly recommended them to anyone and will definitely be using them again.If you are looking for a honest, trustworthy business, you have to give them a try, you will not be disappointed at all.
