We decided to use Bush Flooring after reading several of the other Google reviews, and couldnt have been happier with the result. Although there was a slight delay in the installation, Gordon made sure the job was done right and we are thrilled with the final result. The install crew was professional and friendly, and we love the look of our new basement floors and trim!

Absolutely phenomenal work. The two gentleman that came and did our carpet were as good as it gets and I feel good knowing what I paid was well worth both the quality of carpet and installation job. There were several other carpet places much closer, but based on the reviews I had read I chose Bush Flooring. Anytime I have carpet done in the future, you can guess who will be installing it. I’d like to note the customer service was also fantastic.

There was a holdup with getting my carpet prepared but the communication and efforts to do what the service team could to get the job done was very helpful. The guy who actually installed the carpet was fantastic.

When we stopped in they were very helpful showing us the options we had with vinyl wood look flooring we wanted. They have a lot of examples of work on the floor which were very well done by their installers.

Gordon and his team are phenomenal. Of the 3 firms I originally called, he was the quickest to respond; he was the only one who really listened to me regarding our special requirements. His installation team did a terrific job. When we came back with several additional requests, Gordon again responded in a timely fashion.

We were very pleased with the end result. We believe we received a quality carpet at a fair price. Our one concern which we shared with the owner is the professionalism of the installers. Even though they did a great job ...they often came an hour or two later than scheduled...took long smoke breaks outside...left early...seldom called when they were coming late...forgot some equipment which delayed starting the project...didnt bring enough material to complete the project...etc.

There were difficulties to installing a new kitchen floor and carpeting for the curved staircase and upstair landing in our 1932 house. The curved stairs were very challenging and a few mistakes were made. But Bush Flooring made it right and did an EXCELLENT job in the end. I cant say enough positive things about their commitment to customer satisfaction and making sure that a job is done right. Everything was done at a very reasonable price. Great people who really care about doing their best. I would not hesitate to recommend them over any competitor in Cincinnati!

This was my second time with Busch Flooring, first time, I purchased carpet, and the second time kitchen and dining room laminate floor. They worked with me on scheduling, installation, and timing to get the project completed timely. They have always been very easy and professional to work with. I always have a positive experience with Gordon at Bush Flooring. Gordon is very easy to deal with and always has competitive pricing. Ive never had a bad experience and the installers always do a great job. The added bonus is they cleanup after themselves!

Well as I mentioned I have done plenty of business with different store owners and one thing they have in common is that the owner or a supervisor inspect all work when it was started and completed to insure customer satisfaction. Since my carpet has been installed I noticed two flaws in the workmanship and now I will have to hire someone to eventually correct the situation. Also, as I previous mentioned about my daughter bathroom floor it still has flaws but I am willing to overlook this because its small bathroom.Just because you have someone working for you for 8 years you still need to inspect their work during the process. Maybe if someone from Bush Flooring Center inspected all the work done they too would of noticed the flaws and had the situation fixed and made the customer proud that they stand behind their product. For myself I am not a person that notice someone mistakes immediately especially about carpet. I am not an expert but over time you notice mistakes that should of been seen or inspected by the owner or supervisor of Bush Flooring Center.I will not be a customer in the future. There are plenty of carpet stores that will accept my money.Basically there is no inspection of the work which should of been done especially when the job was completed. Poor customer service by Bush Flooring Center.Buyer beware dont buy any carpet or flooring from Bush Flooring Center poor workmanship. Installation was not done professionally and plus they used no spacers when installing flooring in bathroom.Lastly the owner loves your money but dont expect a professional job or inspection of the completed job by the owner. The owner never inspected the installation job this experience has been a nightmare and what a big RIP OFF from Bush Flooring Center.

Very pleased with the product (installed 2 months ago), the installation and the personal attention (neighborhood showroom & store). Only one problem: no one gave us printed information about carpet care or spot removal. We had to go back to the store to get it later.
