Get more service members in on the weekend and help us customer feel welcomed with complimentary fresh coffee and water at all times cause when i came in from working 3rd shift it wasnt any made. we have to better a customer service..The delegation of workers are off I came in this Saturday there was only 1 service member who was doing a really good job, holding down the fork but he had 20 people walk in after me. So around the corner there a 6 employees talking and I asked them for hot fresh coffee they tell me to go ask the service member to make fresh coffee. He was already slammed and he had the nerve for me to ask him and the men where just talking away not having a job to do. When we come in we should have fresh bottles of water and coffee for the the amount of time we are here

The service team was incredibly transparent about the problem and what it might take to find the issue and fix it. Along the way I felt very taken care of. I don’t often like to bring my vehicles to the dealership (I sometimes worry about cost or things being fixed it maybe weren’t totally needed), however I don’t think I’ll take my VW anywhere else from now on.

I recently had a great car purchasing experience @ King’s Volkswagen. The communication both digitally and face to face was good and the process very simple. The sales reps Michael Wilson and Roberto Guzman were professional and knowledgeable. The best experience though was driving up to the lot to pick up my vehicle and seeing Roberto in a near suit detailing my vehicle. That speaks to a great team all working together for the sake of a customer. The team also were able to find a pair of Apple Ear Buds in the car that I was trading in which saved me a lot of time and some expense. Hats off to the Kings Team!

The overall experience was fantastic. Additionally, Roberto Soto was extremely helpful. We struggled with which model we wanted and Roberto was quick to respond to every request we had to make our decision. I would certainly buy from Kings in the future and from Roberto. I tried to make an appointment on the website for a basic oil change but I dont think it went through correctly. When I went at the time, the service staff was still able to get my car serviced and ready to go within an hour and fifteen minutes. Professional and helpful.

I called Kings Volkswagen because I was having an issue with my Bluetooth connection in my Atlas. Wayne answered the phone and was super nice and was 99% sure he knew what the problem was just based on my description. He got me an appointment the next week to bring it in to diagnose it, and of course, it was just what he thought it was. He had thought ahead and ordered the part in for me so I didn’t have to come back a second time. While I was there, Wayne also noticed something else making noise in my car and offered to fix that while I was there. He got my car all fixed up and provided excellent customer service the whole time. And the car wash was such a nice bonus!! Left feeling like a brand new car. Thanks Wayne!!

Actually a 5 plus... Scott provided phenomenal customer service and their technicians provided a professional quality repair. First, he helped me fix my scheduling mistake. We took our VW in the day after our scheduled appointment, and he was sympathetic and mentioned that if we left the vehicle he would work it into the schedule that day or the next. He and his technicians earned my trust by NOT recommending maintenance on something I asked them to look at while they were repairing the original issue... I would have been ~$500 lighter but none the wiser if they had recommended the maintenance. Car runs excellent!

I’ve leased from a few different places in Kings auto mall prior to Kings VW. This is my first time working with them and it is has overall been the best experience. I took my car in for the first oil change/preventative maintenance Thursday. The service dept made it all very simple. My service advisor was Scott Johnson. He was super friendly. I recently purchased a new Atlas Cross Sport and not only do I love the car but I had a great experience with the purchase process. I found the car on Autotrader.com and then submitted a test drive request through the dealers website. They contacted me immediately and had the car running and waiting for me when I arrived. My sales person, Bryan Spiess was very knowledgeable and even traveled to an out of state dealer to pick up the exact trim level and color I wanted and drive it back personally. Do to there Online buying process, I spent a total of an hour in the dealership to finalize paperwork and pick up my car. It was such a relief that I didn’t have to spend painful hours sitting in the dealership to compete my purchase. Could not be happier!

Took my car in for my service, the VW team took it right in and it was done in 35 minutes. Very impressed. The only thing I want to recommend is consider having Blue Chip Cookies, soda, and coffee available for people waiting. I was able to get a glass of water but had to ask.

Deryck Cooper was very helpful. He gave me an estimate on fixing my A/C. He explained that it might just need refrigerant. I told him that I was going to wait for the car. After awhile, he came over & explained that the fuel filter might need to be changed as there was no record of when it was done last. He explained the cost & had me out in no time. It was also great that my car was washed before it was brought back to me!

The worst place to buy a used car. The slowest place to get simple auto care and service!First and foremost, Everything you fear about buying used car happened here. They sold me a car that was not ‘as is’ and tried to stiff me to when I asked for the repairs. They tried to stiff the warranty company for money but considering the car was only in my possession for a day and half, of course the warranty company said it was preexisting (of course). Now after I hounded them they decided to fix it out of courtesy, the problem is they took my car back for service and literally didn’t fix the problem at all, I’m almost certain they didn’t even it touch it. They pulled it around handed me the keys as if it was all better and as soon as pulled out the lot it was making the exact same sound. Truth be told they lied about fixing the issue to try to pacify me.Now to another issue. Contract. I signed my deal for the car but I live in another county than the dealership. After the car was given to me a few days later I get a call from financing that I still owe the KVW another $100+ for county tax. I guess they thought I was born the day before. I did in fact owe the tax but I was not going to pay it without a new contract being written up. Yes, this would have been a hassle but again, I already sign my deal I don’t have to pay anything. These are their contracts and they see them enough to know them by memory so an error made on your contract by you is your problem. Both parties signed and that’s that. I told them I would have an attorney look at it and they quickly decided to pay the tax.Finally, I prepaid for maintenance. Every single time I’m here for service it takes at least 3 hours. My last oil change, I brought the car in a 1pm (appointment not walk-in) I didn’t leave the place until 4:30pm. For an oil change! If you get here first to have an oil change you may be okay but others call off from work or take a half day! I have one more prepaid maintenance with this place and I will never step foot in here again.It may be a better experience for you new car buyers but for a used car I would not recommend. For oil changes and other routine maintenance, I would not recommend.
