Literally stole my credit card. When asking about it, they lied and said someone would call the next day to deliver it to me. No one called, and no one came. Customer service is some of the worst Ive ever experienced. Multiple mistakes in paperwork, dishonest about vehicles condition, and nothing is fast or easy because they forgot to do something, call, or check.Dean was my sales representative. Do not trust a word he says.

Had it a short time it quit starting we took it to the manufacturer dealership and they stated it’s not safe to drive, it’s a fire hazard and they needed to either repair or take the car back they refused! Advertised an automotive stimulus event. I went twice on different days, to try to win the prize my card said I won, but no one would answer the door, even though the sign said open. I was even interested in checking out their used cars because mine has some major issues. I saw folks entering the side door and one guy working in the back lot, even tried calling by phone, yet no one responded. I totally get that during a pandemic its hard to follow through with big events but just say so, let us know.

If Im looking for a used car they are definitely the place to go! Staff is very kind, and Colin got me exactly what I was looking for in no time at all!

I still have my temp tags on my car and it has already broken down. The made it appear as though the car had been serviced to date and checked before it was being sold however that was not the case. Their only response is they couldn’t have know those issues were there but in multiple other mechanics “professional opinions” they said these things were easily spotted and pre existing. The warranty they then sold me does not cover much of what needs done. I wish I could give zero stars.

I went to look at a car to purchase. First, Amy responded via email to a message I sent on auto trader. She gave me a phone number to call. She did not answer my calls. So, I responded to her email. She did not answer the email. I told auto trader she did not respond. She emailed again. I replied and she again did not respond. After a couple more phone calls, she picked up. Very poor customer service.Second. They wanted $6500 for a 2009 hyundai. This is every penny that this car is worth in proper running condition. This car is not. The AC does not work, the brakes are rusting out, it has a fault code for the MAP sensor circuit, it has a power steering leak, and it needs a new oil pan. After all of these mechanical issues, the body is NOT perfect. I would estimate mechanical repairs at roughly $1650. I offered $6000 - $1650 = $4350. They declined. I also offered that I would buy the car for $6000, if they fixed my concerns. They declined. Note... I didnt even include any deduction for the body damage.This dealership is looking for customers that do not know about cars to purchase cars with problems for top dollar. Dont be their next sucker.------------------------------------------------To respond to your comments... 1. I did not hang up on Amy. I ended the conversation saying, I am not going to argue with you. Have a good day.2. I looked up book value on this car. 4100 to 5600 for a private party sale. You listed for sale at 6400. Fine. Youre a dealer and charge a little more. This does not account for body damage and $1650 in repairs.If you are going to charge top dollar for a car, it needs to be in top dollar condition. Your customer service was mediocre at best, and your car is not worth what youre asking. Get off your high horse.---------------------------------------------This is just one opinion from someone in the know about automotive repairs and sales.

Disappointed is the word that comes to mind when I think about my experience with NW Automotive Group. My wife and I bought a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica here. We live over 4 hrs away, none of the photos showed the large dent in left rear fender, Dean got us lost on the test drive, knew nothing about the van, no gas in it, and oil change was needed. Dean said its been throught he shop and hed have it filled up, that didnt happen. Took over a month to get the title and check sent to us. Dean avoided my calls, and was not helpful. His dress was shredded/torn jeans, a t-shirt and can of Red-Bull. There are a lot of details Id like to share but have limited space here. Looking back Id not recommend buying here.

Very helpful group of people. I bought a used Toyota RAV4 from them and they couldn’t have been more courteous. They worked with me to find a price I could work with and went above and beyond to make me happy. They threw in a spare key fob and weather proof floor mats for free. They do not work off commission so it is a very low pressure, friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend over better known dealerships.
