I purchased a vehicle from this company in august 2021. It broke down 7 days after purchasing. Ever since then, the service manager, Christian, has been absolutely horrible and rude to us. Changing stories, changing prices, refusing to do work. While staying respectful, I have spoken to the owner of the company who printed a paper saying “I owe you” with the issues owed to me by the service manager. His tone automatically changed. For a little while. Two months later when the issues were addressed and it came day to pick it up, Christian now had a paper charging me for the issues they had originally said they would cover. We spoke to the other owner/ general manager of the company, Aaron. Who also, was very rude and treated us with no respect. We eventually had to pay more than twice what we were quoted on the phone to receive the keys to our vehicle. All in all, this was a very stressful and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend purchasing any vehicle from them.
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone !!I bought a car and i have to get everything fixed myself the car oil wasn’t changed nothing was serviced under the hood literally they are selling lemons even missing lug nuts on my tires better off going to a place that will actually make sure you are safe when you leave the lot my caliber was not even on the tire and do not put down a deposit for any vehicle unless you are getting it they took my 300 and when I test drove the car it was messed up and they wouldn’t give it back instead put it on a different car it’s much much more If I can give the dealership a honest rate it would be a -5
I’d leave negative stars for this Lemon Dealer, if I could:I went here to attempt to purchase a 2013 Dodge Durango. I could only stay for a few hours, but after sitting down with plenty assurance - was encouraged to put down a $300 Deposit on the car. I returned the following morning to find out that I could not purchase it because there wasn’t enough money down. I put $3,500 down, but they were requiring $7,000.In that instance, I wanted my deposit back and to look elsewhere. However, they refused to give my deposit back. In return, tried to make me get several cars that I did not want. Unknowingly, ran my credit each time. A total of four times for four cars that I didn’t even want. Each car or truck had a massive amount of rust on the body, issues when reversing, and some type of light on. The only words from my sales representative were, “Yeah, you know when you buy a used car you’re going to have to put some money in it.”I settled on a 2010 Dodge Challenger. I now pay $466 a month for a car that has essentially no oil inside of it, needs antifreeze, missing lug nuts, and the rest is to be determined. The people were not customer-oriented, and did not care. Their only responses were “more money”, “re-finance” and “look at this.” The general manager, and finance manager are two of the nastiest people I’ve ever met.I would not ever in a million years go here again. I’m all for supporting small businesses, but this one just needs to go. It’s disgusting.
They were terrible! Called twice about Financial details! Ran credit, said I was approved with low downpayment. Went to see vehicle at appt. Not what was cracked up to be, would not take anything off for damage not disclosed. What you see is what you get, and they LIE, LIE, LIE about finanacing till they get you in the door, then it all changes!!! BEWARE about this dealership. Car also smelled bad and was not clean! It was a 2014.
Went in to look at a few cars for my son.. wow what a welcome warm greeting from the sales staff.. the cars were in great shape, and wasnt a waste of time.. Chance and Daniel were such great help.. I found the perfect car for my son.. thanks for the smoothest buying experience I have ever had.. I definitely will recommend this place to my friends...
Bought a 2013 Ford Raptor a year ago, I noticed a little rust on the cab corner and told them to fix it and I’d buy it, fast forward a year and I notice the rust is coming back so I took my truck to a body shop to get looked at, turns out they stuffed my cab corner with paper and bondo stay away from these greasy hacks. They also sold me the truck with an active safety recall for my transmission. They flood their page with obviously fake 5 star reviews and can still only muster a 3.5 star rating buyers beware.
Joaquin was awesome to deal with and a great help!! They went out of their way to fix a newly purchased truck from them!
YOU CAN FIND THE SAME CARS, IN BETTER CONDITION, FOR LESS, SOMEWHERE ELSE!I would give negative stars if I could.I called to ask about the car, Tim McDonald told me it was in great condition and wouldn’t sell me a problem car because they care about their customers. This is before they even had the car in the shop, it was 3 more calls before they told me that.I came in and stood there for probably 5 minutes while workers chatted amongst themselves. They told me they would detail it, when I looked over it, the inside was sticky in many spots. Not a huge deal, I would clean that myself.Quite a few minor things didn’t work on the inside, but Tim McDonald continued to tell me this was a great deal.I had driven 2 1/2 hours for this car, and they knew how eager I was to get it. They got about $7,000 out of me. The bottom is rusted with holes. This car will last me maybe another year.ALSO failed to mention the most they can put on a credit card is $2,000, you know, until I got there.
Please be warned — do not work with this company. The salesperson was not communicative enough, he kept changing the price, and was unprofessional. Cy, the sales manager, was the definition of a slimey used car salesman. And the GM, Aaron, is not remotely interested in bettering his team or their processes. There’s a reason this place has cheaper inventory — shoddy work and TERRIBLE service.
I recently purchased a car from IAuto. The sales person was very friendly, however, being a 65 year old woman, I had never purchased a car by myself and trusted this place to be honest and took them at their word.I asked if anything was wrong with the car, and they said only the convertible motor needed to be replaced.I bought the car, and headed home to Kentucky. As the evening began to come, I turned on my head lights. NOTHING! I had to drive home with no lights! Very scary!I took it to my mechanic and he told me the front lights had been CUT TO WHERE HE WAS’ NOT TO SPLICE THEM TOGETHER. it cost me $800!After several calls I reached a manager that said they couldn’t help me!The mechanic told me it was against the law to sell a car without it being “road worthy”.One other note: they forgot to give me my license back. Said they mailed it. I never got it. Now I have to take time out of my schedule to get a new one!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DISHONEST DEALERSHIP!!!!!
I was interested in a car. They responded to my inquiry and said the car was available and I set up an appointment for that evening. When I get there, the car was supposedly sold an hour earlier. He ended up showing me another car that was so scratched up, my dog would be embarrassed to ride in. 2 days later its still on their website, so I called about it. Yes, its available, but someone was test driving it. the salesman says. I explained how Id already been through this and wondered if the car was there, or not there. He was not happy about me calling them out on the lies they tell just to get people in the door. Dont get your hopes up until you actually see the car in person that you want.
Amazing deals great courteous service nice triumphs buy yours today
Went to buy a truck. A few minor things were wrong and they said it will be fixed. Also. It was advertised with a bed liner - no bed liner. My son sat and waited - “ the comments back were they were working on it.” Moments after making a down payment the comment was “ have to order parts. We’ll have it ready and meet you at Indianapolis ( this after both my son and I took off work and drove 4.5 hrs just to hear - “meet us in indy on Saturday. My son show up, no truck, no connection to manager, and several different excuses. (I.e. the truck broke down). I would not get another vehicle from them and I will tell everyone not to buy. We will be demanding a full refund and the loan cancelled. Also, our lawyer will be in contact. Very poor service!J. G.
Put in a loan application for a car here. They called me the next day saying that I got approved and just need to come in and provide a proof of income. I didnt get off til 4:30 and told them that I could be there around 5. They set me up an appointment. I show up at 5 to test drive the car. Just to find out theyre currently in the middle of selling the car to someone else. Which is fine I get that but just give me a call and let me know. They then tried to sell me the same year and model of car with 1,000 less miles for $2,000 more expensive but that just wasnt worth it to me so we left.
Website has very few pictures or prices to view. They say to call for a sale price but seem ticked off when you do exactly that.
Have lots of cars and trucks at affordable prices. Most of the cars I saw were B cars which makes them affordable! I went to look at trucks, and they had about 18-20 of them. If you are looking for an affordable, reasonably priced car or truck, you will love this place! The salesperson, Charity, was very nice, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I saw the trucks I was interested in.
BEWARE of the $500 iauto exclusive registration fees. I had offered their asking price with cash for a car plus the normal tax and title fees and they did not except it. They wanted their made up $500 fee as well. I left there and went to another car place and purchased a car with the standard run of the mill fees included. Please save the false auto response apology for my expierence and just treat your customers fair by not charging extra bogus fees.
Appreciate Aaron the GM. Easy to speak with and great to work with
(DON’T WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY)They will game you up and try to get you to finance don’t do it.I was test driving a car the salesman try to game me up talking about everyone trying to buy this car. They didn’t wanna go down the price talking about the car was hot and the car was in a wreck they got it from a auction in NJ. they wasn’t even trying to negotiate on the price and I had cash on me they kept jacking up the price and they kept trying to get me to finance when I got the cash amount. We came to a set price and they started adding on other fees after we agreed a price to go off the lot with. The car fees they added on was the towing to get the car which never ordered and the detailing and the air compressor that they had fixed the day before.
I don’t recommend it very much. I got the title very late. Every time I asked them, they always said that it would be delivered soon, but I didn’t get it for more than two month. The car fee included an inspection fee of US$199. There is no report and they told that it was a visual inspection. Within six months of buying the car, it has already spent US$2,300 to repair the car. I suggest you not to come here. The service is super bad, the car is not in good condition, and the price is very expensive.
Had an appointment to test drive a car the following day. Was not informed the car had sold, drove over an hour to see the car itself. Was a waste of a drive. I was not present at the time and had sent my boyfriend due to me having to work. Guy who helped him was very rude & degrading of me & talked to him like HE was making the choices for me. Talked about me like I was an idiot. Great prices though.
Worst experience ever CHEERY JAKE & the MANAGER AARON WERE very rude and disrespectful they have cars on there site that don’t start and haven’t been diagnosed in years i test drove a car and couldn’t even make it back to the lot I wouldn’t recommend this place TO MY WORST ENEMY !! Do not let them bribe you TO TAKE DOWN A COMPLAINT ON BBB ! DO NOT PURCHASE CARS FROM HERE YOU WILL PULL OFF THINKING EVERYTHINGS FINE THEN BOOM YOU NEED A NEW TRANSMISSION!!! Route 4 Dixie highway will be your BEST BET -
Was assured before buying the vehicle that the issues I had on the test drive were looked at by their service department and that it only needed to have a battery cable tightened and an ABS sensor replaced. I paid $5000 for this vehicle and by the time I drove it home the check engine light was on and the engine was knocking. Took it to a mechanic and it almost had NO oil. Got that fixed and not even the next week, the transmission starts slipping. Take it to the mechanic and it needs a new transmission and EVAP work. A FAR cry from a loose battery cable and ABS sensor. The total comes out to be $5000 to FIX it. I just bought this vehicle and less than a month later am having to put into it what I bought it for. The dealership does NOT care but did offer me a bribe of $200 to remove my complaint from the BBB website. NOPE. They need to buy it back or pay for repairs. They took advantage of a single mom on a limited budget.
Wish I could post 0 stars. Very poor experience. Dishonest, they had my car for a year and did no maintenance, asked if moded and they said no(it was) asked about accidents and said fender bender(hole passenger side was recked, found paperwork in glove box when the car fell on its face). They cleared codes which popped up within a week and the subaru dealership said the code was deleted multiple times(by the dealership) within 30 days two cam position sensor failed, iac failed and maf failed. Codes were presented prior to buying but they cleared them. Reached out to them and no reply. This place is crooked and very poor customer service. I will not even buy a mower from them. Go somewhere else.
Asked Tom for more pictures, he told me, There are 50 online Had a CaptialOne approval, and was ready to drive from Defiance to Cincinnati to pick up the vehicle. Extremely disappointed in the service provided, especially because this is the exact vehicle I have been searching for.
After talking for I don’t know how long with my father about a Grand Cherokee we decided to fly from VT and drive it home. We were not informed that the vehicle wasn’t even safe to drive let alone pass a VT inspection even after asking. Missing half of the rocker panels on both sides, there was a hole in the floor and the rear quarter panel had a line of nickel sized weld on it. They quickly tried to sell us on a different one with just as much wrong. They’re asking $8-$7k for vehicles worth about $900. The manager wasn’t willing to come down on price at all on the only decent Jeep on the lot claiming how they won’t break even on an auction vehicle they probably paid $3000 for and are asking $10k. Stay far away from this place unless you like paying top dollar for unsafe vehicles.
The people here were very helpful and they were really busy today but made sure they answered all of our questions. My wife and I are very happy with our new truck, H3 . Thanks for all yalls help today.
If i could give negative stars i would. I got a car from them in january. 5266$ for an 09 kia spectra with 120k+ miles on it. Dont get me wrong i like my car and it runs good. Havent had any problems with it.The thing is its not what i went there for. I wanted a different car, they told me i didnt get approved for it. (I make good money and have a great credit score btw.) So they offer me the kia instead. Ok cool whatever i have to get to work i take the kia. Paper work looks ok. All is well.Im 5 months in now and im frustrated with the interest rate and looking to trade in the car. Its not worth the price etc. So im going over my contraxt today.MY CONTRACT IS FOR THE CAR THAT I WASNT APPROVED FOR. The car im driving that i got from them isnt even the car that my loan is for!!
Supposed to call me back after truck was repaired. Never called back and truck is sold.
Car online looked immaculate, but in person looked drove hard and not kept up.Sketchy
These guys think theyre so cool with the Ferraris and the fancy vape sticks and the no masks. I guess they kind of are
I like the selection of vehicles they have
Wont be going back we went to look at one car which looked nice online ended up looking at 5 different cars and the one we originally went to look at we got in it to test drive and didnt even back all the way out of the parking spot before we decided not to and the other 4 cars we looked at 1 of them wouldnt start another one smelled liked like burning hot antifreeze and they all had bald tires that didnt have proper tire pressure on every single car we looked at. Along with that we felt like we were being very strongly pushed to buy one today which we didnt care for. Wouldnt recommend and wont be returning. They told us cars were all 1,000$ under market price they are for a reason
POTENTIAL BUYERS BEWARE! If I could leave 0 stars I would. I want to start by stating that I was willing to overlook the negative Google reviews due to the overwhelmingly positive ones...although upon closer inspection, you will find almost all of the 5 star reviews are fraudulent and left by accounts which only have 3 ratings (all of which are associated with this business).I spoke with Jake over the phone about a week ago about a Mazda Miata they listed online and he assured me the car was immaculate and one well kept Miata (via text), I specifically asked about rust and the mechanical condition and he assured me (on several phone calls and via text) that there was no rust and the car was in excellent mechanical condition. After speaking with him multiple times and feeling confident this was the car for me based on his comments, I put their $300 deposit down on it to hold it for me so I could fly out to their dealership from Philadelphia, PA. I booked a flight for my girlfriend and myself to fly out and presumably buy the car and have a nice road trip back (about 600+ miles with stops along the way). Upon arriving to iAuto (Superior Auto Exchange/Triumph Cincinnati) dealership, I was greeted by Jake, who was not wearing a mask, nor was anyone else in the building (at least 4-5 people). My girlfriend and I both were wearing masks and he made no attempt to even offer the option of him putting one on. We go outside and look at the car and within 30 seconds I found RUST...the rust was pretty bad. If there is one thing that will ruin a Miata, it is rust. It had rust in the worst places, and it was right where Jake claimed he looked and confirmed there was none. On top of the rust, the tires were BALD and dry rotted beyond safe use. I had confirmed with him on the phone that this car would get us home to PA. This car absolutely would not have made it home on those tires. Additionally, the car had a bad oil leak. I was watching the oil drip steadily onto the ground. Jake showed almost no sympathy and gave some fake apologies, but before long I could tell this is just how this place operates. I barely wanted the car at this point, but since we booked a one-way flight, I made them a more than reasonable offer on it considering the issues and the rust. They wouldnt budge from their price (which was inline with the pricing of a Miata in EXCELLENT condition). I spoke with the manager and he was less than helpful...Didnt seem to care about the feedback I gave on the situation and Jakes misleading claims. I was hoping that being such a young kid, Jake was just inexperienced about his knowledge of cars, but it seems hes been groomed to be a sleazy salesman. Furthermore, they refused to give me my $300 deposit back which was left on the premise that I would would be buying a car in excellent condition.Long story short, they pulled a classic bait and switch, and now I am out hundreds of dollars (lost deposit, flight there and back home, Ubers, rental car, hotels, etc.) all because of their false advertising and willingness to have me FLY out there under expectation of a perfect Miata that they knew they didnt have. Absolute highway robbery. They misrepresent their cars and make fraudulent claims. Jake even said he wouldnt have me fly all the way out here if the car wasnt good. Please dont be like me and give them the benefit of the doubt due to the positive reviews. I learned the hard way that they are fake reviews and that in reality, the place would have 1 star, 2 at most. And if you are considering the blue 2003 Mazda Miata ($7,495), just know it is in fair condition (has rust, dry rotted tires and oil leak, maybe more...) at best and worth much less than their asking price. I just wanted to provide a full picture of the hassle that Ive dealt with since traveling out there and wanted to ensure no one else gets screwed over by this stealership.
Jake the salesmen was friendly, honest, and helpful. Amazing service !
Horrible service horrible experience, very rude people very rude managers, will not get anything done that you ask and less it is in writing even when they stay over the phone that’s what they’re gonna do. They will lie back to your face and over the phone just to make a sale just to make sure they don’t have to put any more money out they are very rude about it and then want to act like you’re the problem and then they don’t wanna work with you anymore bought a used truck there with issues that were previously known which means they were going to fix it and they chose not to help and they wanna charge me to fix it even though I have it in writing horrible experience will not buy again especially when spending 20 grand on a truck
DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.3 Months later paperwork still isnt complete. Constantly blaming other parties, multiple issues.
Purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I talked to 4 different sales persons because none of them would call me back. I test drove the vehicle and everything seemed to be fine. Once I decided to purchase, they found a leak from the radiator and they were to fix. Also the back tail light and license plate light had been broken by a construction worker working at the dealership. I went ahead and purchased the vehicle and had to pay for the damage to the vehicle myself. Also the radiator leak was actually the oil filter housing had been cracked. You would think a mechanic would know the difference between anti-freeze and oil. VERY POOR SERVICE
Please Please **DONT BUY FROM HERE** I purchased a vehicle from them on Aug 31st and im still having issues with them fixing what they promised upfront to fix. Allowed me to sign the paperwork and then as im walking to the vehicle the sales mgr advised me it hadnt been fixed but parts were ordered. Finally after 2 months they advised me to bring my vehicle in for repair. Which they had for 3weeks and its still not fixed. Ive been giving nothing but the run around every since day 1 and the parts are obsolete and cant be fixed, on the vehicle but I havent been given any other options (oh and they took my trade and sold it) so please dont purchase from them they do bad business and sold me a defected vehicle.
Would not recommend. I bought a truck from here and later found out that they flashed the cpu to clear the codes that were triggering the check engine light. Also, when I was buying it, I asked if they changed the oil and fuel filter (I bought a diesel truck) and they said they did... the truck had several issues with the engine almost immediately after I drove it off the lot and the oil had not been changed in a long time and the fuel filter was the same.
Bought a truck from them also called Iauto. The transmission went out the next day. The warranty they had us purchase is bull. The warranty company doesn’t want to pay for it because they say it was faulty before we bought it. The car lot only wants to give us a discount for a shop they us to have a transmission put in but we still have to pay for it. Asked for the owners number to speak to him and the sales manger Aaron said the owner doesn’t speak to customers. Poorly ran business. Highly disappointed. Paid almost 15k including the price of the warranty for no help.
My husband and I pulled from our retirement this dealership takes deposits on vehicles from multiple customers, they rob you blind steal money from hardworking people to be told your approved and we need this much down on deposit to only lead you into stealing your money ! They are a joke they all are disgusting and foul. Zach, you lied to us about us being able to use our deposit towards merchandise. We were unable to do that. We were literally robbed of $500. Put the 500 on truck to hold and long story short lost it .
They are not transparent and they dont stand behind them broken cars. & they dont were them mask RUN
Be careful when dealing with this company. There is a reason this business is not accredited by the BBB. I had filled out their online financing application as well gave them an offer for a vehicle. After they rejected the offer I asked them to not process the application.Let me repeat; I withdrew my authorization to pull credit by directly informing them they no longer had permission to do so.Turns out, they pulled my credit anyway. They had to told me that they pull credit immediately which was not truthful as I have a Live credit tracker service which reports as soon as there is activity in my credit.Be EXTRA careful when dealing with this business; They even went as far to say that other dealerships do the same thing. As someone with experience in both the banking and automotive industry; I can confirm this is not true.
Very bad! They stuck on a lot of unnecessary warranties without telling us the cost of them. Ended up paying $2370 for a 3-year warranty and another $799 for CareGard/Theft Deterrence which was never explained. Called back the morning after buying (within 3 hours of their operating hours) and was told the financing was final and no changes could be made.
Bought a car from them in May of 2020. Car started shaking within days of being bought and needed a front end alignment. Dealership did not have the proper tools to fix this issue. Car was missing a few pieces that only affected it cosmetically. Dealership promised and even put on the paperwork that they would order the pieces to fix it. 4 months later and I still have not received word that the parts have came in. I have called the dealership multiple times to ask about these parts and each time they me that they have not even been ordered yet.
Really disappointing working with these people they did not get back to me I had to call them back I did apply for a loan they couldnt get financed I went to a dealer in Murfreesboro Tennessee 30 minutes got me approved so if you have a little bit of credit issues I wouldnt recommend these guys theyre not going to try very hard the sales lady Chasity or something never called me back do not recommend this dealership.
Be careful. There was a hidden $2,000 mandatory charge for drive train warranty after I was emotionally depletedby waiting on them for almost 3 hours to complete paperwork and get in front of financial person to sign paperwork.I purchased a vehicle from them more than 3 months ago and I still do not have the title. I have been driving around on expired plates now for over 2 months. After calling them more than 12 times asking for a replacement or the original, I still do not have it.They said the owners wife is the title clerk, but I have never been able to get them to connect me to this person. Multiple times they have promises that it has been processed or is in the mail.I cant get a straight answer, and I am starting to wonder if this car was stolen. The staff is friendly, but full of hollow promises
This dealer is awful! Called and spoke with “Zach” who claimed the vehicle was never damaged. Carfax reports show clean on their website, but ran an Autocheck report and it showed structural/frame damage. Carfax did show front end components were replaced which seemed odd on a low mileage newer vehicle. After leaving a message for Zach he never called back. Finally managed to get a hold of him and ask about the damage and told me he would have to get the story from his manager. Surprise never heard back. If the price seems to good to be true there is a reason for it. BEWARE.
Online photos were clearly altered to hide rust. We went to see a specific vehicle, upon arrival we were shocked to see a substantial amount of rust on the body and undercarriage. They were unwilling to negotiate on the price, even though the vehicle presented online was not true to the product they were selling. They were unwilling to show us any other vehicles after we told them we were not comfortable with the one we initially went to see. When we told the first sales person we were unwilling to pay full asking price due to the rust, they even brought in a manager who put on a high pressure sales pitch.I feel it is false advertising to camouflage defects on sales photos of a used vehicle.
I saw a truck online made a phone call and talked to Alonso. Told him Id be down to look at. After taking a look noticed the trucks engine light was on asked if he knew why?He said no but within 10 min he had the truck in and a tech gave him the answer on why it was on. Alonso was very helpful.
One of the most shady places to get a car!! Took our down payment and wont return it even though nothing was financed in our name and they have the vehicle back up for sale!!!
Drove 2.5hrs to look at over 10 cars that were listed on their website. The vehicles are some of the roughest used cars I’ve seen, bald tires, rust, dirty, not vacuumed or cleaned up at all. I can only imagine what that mechanical side of the cars are like. I’d be weary of purchasing anything from them.
We had an appointment we drive an hour the guy we had an appointment with was busy and I think because of our age or the way we looked they pawned us off on a young kid who tried but didnt know what was going on nobody filled thekid in on what we were there for the guy we had an appointment with didnt bother to explain anything to him and we started to walk out another guy tried to help us but they just were not understanding what we wanted needless to say it was a waste of time and they lost out on at least$6000 cash that day
This place should be SHUT DOWN. WHOLESELL does NOT mean this dealership sells their vehicles to other dealerships. These cars have tons of problems but are “priced accordingly” which is why they have the “best prices”. Take a few minutes reading reviews on BBB & Carfax before wasting your time going to IAuto.
Very helpful. Attentive and understanding
My experience with Zack was horrible.I called Tuesday about a truck i seen online he told me to fill out the finance application online that Tuesday. He e-mailed back wesnday saying come talk to Him .I made an appointment for Thursday. He brought the truck around lifted F250 for us to test drive. You couldnt even turn the wheel all the way it would rub inside the wheel the truck bed was rusted out. I Told him we wasnt interested to many problems for the price they was asking .Then he told me the financial department said they couldnt help me my credit score was a zero. Why did a grown man look me in the face an tell that lie like that about my credit score.I took it personal. They didnt wont to deal with people of my kind
Staff didnt care about working to reach any compromise or solution. No consideration other than squeezing as much as they can out out of you if let them.No thanks!
Was trying to buy a car from them salesman led me on for three weeks than completely abandon the conversation and never got back to me sequentially I looked at the dozed and dozen of bad reviews, I wouldn’t want to do business with this company looks like bad communication issues with service and misrepresentation of vehicle descriptions not a good fit, like most people here wondering how long can they be doing this and still be in business
We drove here to purchase a vehicle spoke to sales guy informing him we were on our way had appointment time and everything and upon our arrival this sales guy sold the truck now to me this is the WORST dealership to go to as a customer the service my boyfriend received today was HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL, as a sales person you just showed your LOYALTY as a BUSINESS very unprofessional.
Worst service ever. Tried to buy a car for weeks. Cy the sales person wouldn’t return calls. Ran my credit for a car that was already sold!!! Then he try to sell me another car. What a joke of a dealership!
Dont rely on Google maps to get you there. Few cars and staff has no interest in helping.
Worst dealership in ohio by far. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL! Talking bad about people and others businesses. As well as cornering people into taking horrible deals for their own pockets. BAD DEALER. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
