Just completed my 6th transaction with Rallye in 18 years, 5 buys and 1 sell. This was a sell. Like the previous buys, I could not be happier. Ralph was very straight forward and helpful in making sure all went well and all details were covered. It all went smooth and Ralphs knowledge of the car market is second to none. I recently bought a new car from a new car dealer and their process was not as smooth or transparent. They get 3 stars. Rallye gets 5. Rallye is the first place I go for cars.

After a month of searching online I found the exact car I was looking for at Rallye. The car looked great and so was the price. I am an extremely skeptical person and this car seemed too good to be true, but after looking at the other reviews online I was convinced. I live out of state and was a first time car buyer so Dan took the time to explain exactly what I needed to do and was exceedingly helpful. Dan even picked me up at the airport which was a level of service I had never heard of. When I got to the dealership the car was exactly as advertised and Ralph walked me through the car making sure to answer any and all questions thoroughly, at no point did I feel rushed out the door. These are good guys. Honest and fair. Low pressure sale, extremely good customer service. I would recommend Rallye Motors to anyone looking for a great car no matter how far away you live.

What an experience meeting the two owners/salesman! You can just go in and look at the decorations adorning the walls of this shop, from pedal cars to small models and signs. A fun time for a small shop that had, maybe, 15 cars on the lot. And I had a possible Buick to trade and was told, in unison, We dont sell domestic. I was told to go here because my brother has purchased several vehicles here, and he did that because he was told of Rallye Motors, If youre interested in a car from Rallye Motors, you won;t need to bring it to my service department to have it evaluated, they make sure everything is tip-top, That was all I needed to hear. I recently bought my second used car from Rallye Motors, and the car was again, fully serviced, and ready to go. I got lots of help regarding the paperwork involved. And I was also given a 20 minute talk about the various aspects of the car.......how to use the air conditioner so that the car does not steam up, how to use the backup camera,....etc. These are all things that are helpful to a woman driver, such as myself. We bought a Mazda Miata from these guys back in December 2016 and couldnt be happier with the purchase. These guys are incredibly knowledgeable car geeks who are dedicated to helping you find a car thats a good fit for you. The cars that they sell are completely vetted by expert mechanics, so you know what you are getting. They even have financing and accept trade ins. Last month, I hit a pot hole and blew out the tire on the Miata. I was towed to a place that was going to charge me $300 for a new tire. I called Dan, the sales manager at Rallye, to ask if that was a fair price. He pulled my file and set up up with a buddy. I got the tire for a little over a $100. Love these guys so much. Wish we could give them 10 stars.

This is a small lot with nice cars and a very professional staff. I drove from north of Dayton to look at a 2014 Honda CRV. Made my deal with Dan on a Saturday and when I returned to pick up the car he had everything ready for me as requested. Called three weeks later with a question and again Dan was courteous and helpful. I would deal with them again.

Worse salesman that Ive ever came across. Has a big time attitude, very rude on the phone. Will not budge on a price of a vehicle, and if you have to pick one up out of state, the most they will do is to offer to pick you up at the airport. I was going to buy a car from them, but didnt want to deal with a salesman like that. So they lost my business, and if the salesman stays like that, they will probably lose a lot more. Would not recommend this dealer at all.

Inquired about a vehicle from web posting through email. Instead of having an open negotiation about pricing, the salesman (and owner, I believe) responded rudely with an immature photo and said my responses went into their trash folder. Very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.EDIT: ended up getting in touch with Dan, who worked with me to get the car I was looking. Was very accommodating and helpful in getting everything in order for my purchase. Picked me up from the airport as I was coming in from out of town. Much more helpful and professional than the previous salesman (who I believe is not working there anymore).

I just bought a Sienna from this dealer and the price is cheaper than all dealers I searched. Overall, everything is good except 2 things:First, the pictures showed the car was running around 34,000 miles but when I came to check the car it was over 35,000 miles. it means they were using it.Second, when I talked to Dan on the phone to ask him how much more he can go down for me ( the price on the website at that time is $21,500 ) and he said he can reduce $500. But when I came to see him he said he thought the price was $ 22,500 so he couldnt go down that much. Well, next time you should know about the price before let the customers make an offer.Thanks for staying late to wait for me and my wife come to sign. if we couldnt make it that night I think we have to wait few more weeks to get the car :).Thanks again.

Gave us a nice car to drive while it was fixed no charge i dont know any used dealer that would do that . Their was no bs.Didnt have 10 sales guys chasing you trying to make as much as they can off a car they know nothing about. Paid a few grand under every comparable car i could find at other dealers including the certified dealer of the manufacture of the car we bought. I will 100 percent will buy my next car their.

Great place to buy...My wife and I just purchased a very low mileage 2008 Stormy Blue Mica Miata MX-5 Retractable Hardtop convertible at Rallye Motors in Cinti.This car is absolutely showroom quality and Dan and Ralph could not have been more helpful with our purchase.We knew little about Miatas but loved the unique appearance and mint condition of this particular model. Dan and Ralph both took the time to explain in detail the track record of the Miata brand in general and this car in particular and answered all our questions in a straightforward honest manner.Both men proved to be knowledgeable and trustworthy and there was absolutely no pressure at any part in our dealing with them.They basically treated us like a long term customer from the time we walked on the lot until we completed the purchase even though this was our first dealing with them.The price was fair. The car is immaculate and we were treated in a hospitable manner.I have been in lots of fancy new car dealership where the customer is often treated as an adversary in trying to make a purchase.You wont find that attitude here.I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for honest people to do business with.
