My wife and I found the Santa Fe we were looking for at Superior Hyundai South. Since we live in Nashville, TN, we had to make arrangements over the phone and the internet. Our sales associate Jon Kolts couldnt have been more pleasant, and he was completely professional, answering all of our questions promptly and accurately. When we arrived, the Santa Fe was perfect, and Jon and F&I manager Nelson made sure the purchase process went quickly and easily. Everything was as promised, which was a huge relief, as wed driven over 4 hours to get to the dealership. Id recommend Superior Hyundai South to anybody looking for a new Hyundai.

I did not have a good experience during either of my services so far. I drive a Hyundai Veloster N. When they returned my car after the first service, it had oily smudges on the door handle and the “Drive Mode” button. I could hear them revving my car from the waiting area multiple times during my second service. This is beyond disrespectful.They also did not pay attention to detail, at all. My car has 13k miles on it. The sticker they gave me at the end of the oil change said they used the wrong kind of oil (the recommended is 0w-30 on the oil cap but they used 5w-30 it seems), and also that it was good until 143k miles. I had a terrible experience and I would not trust them to either perform basic maintenance or take care of your vehicle.

Let me just say this has been the biggest nightmare purchasing from these people. When I first bought the car literally four days after my brakes began to fail, next let’s talk about how within the same year my alternator is now failing. These people sell you the trash they collect just to collect a buck. I have been trying to call them all morning and no one in the service department is answering. Convenient. Within the first week of buying my car I had to take it up to them three times IN A WEEK. These people are scam artists and will take advantage of you just to get your money and then to never answer their phones! I’ll be up there today!!

If I could give this dealership a 0 I definitely would. My son purchased a Hyundai Sonata and was told on three separate occasions prior to completing the deal that the hard tags would come in the mail to our house. Also we were told that the tags were included in the purchase price which was the most important part. After time got closer for the 45 day temporary tags to expire we went to the dealership and asked about the hard tags and were told by the original person(finance manager) that the tags would come to them at the dealership and we would come and pick them up. After another week and a day prior to the temporary tags were to expire my son went to the dealership by himself and was told that they weren’t responsible for the purchasing of the tags. Now the tags were only like 60 dollars but it’s the principle of a man telling a customer on three separate occasions that the tags were covered and then turned around and not honor what was promised is pretty pathetic. This was my son first car and this really ruined the purchasing experience and as a man these guys are not straight forward at all. Again the 60 dollars was nothing for us to take care of but thanks to the finance manager and the manager they will not be getting any referrals from any of my associates.

Havent purchased a NEW car in 30 years. Will and Matt made my experience on of the ever! Excellent customer service outstanding dedication. I knew pretty much what I wanted; I had been stalking the new 2021 Santa Fes for 6 months. So, I walked called to make Superior South had what I wanted (they did have the model but not the color) I was promised the exact new model and color delivery in 3 days. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! It was ready to go. I was in and out in 2.5 hours with financing. Make sure you get GAP and Value Guard! Its worth it!! Sorry Id say Id be back, but this is my last new car, my older. However, I can shout to everything how great Superior Hyundai South!!!! You wont be sorry!

7/5 UPDATE: After still experiencing problems, I gave Superior South another try. I want to thank Nathan for attention to detail and desire to provide better customer service. He was able to look at my car and diagnose the problem immediately, and it was fixed an hour later. I will continue to ask for him in future visits.6/24: I brought my Hyundai in for a cylinder misfire problem causing the engine light to come on and the engine to shake after another Hyundai dealer had already looked at it and claimed they fixed the problem, yet it was still happening. I showed up without an appointment and was able to have it looked at that day (hence the 2 stars). I told them what the previous dealer had said (including that it was a cylinder misfire) and what they did, offering to show them the papers. The mechanics here drove the car around and said the light never came on and the car drove fine and there was nothing wrong with it. This was extremely frustrating because the car only misfires sporadically anyways. They said they couldn’t diagnose the problem because there was no code with the engine light being off (it comes and goes). I told them on the phone what the code causing the problem is but they kept insisting it was fine. I felt like my concerns were not being heard and when I tried to say what the problem was, I was told the car was fine. They claimed an oil change would fix the problem but only suggested this after several hours which leads me to believe they just didn’t know what else to do, otherwise an oil change would have been the suggestion from the very beginning. I do not believe at all that the car is fixed and when it inevitably happens again, I will be taking it to yet another Hyundai dealer who can hopefully help.

Went to Superior Hyundai South and it was great. Jon Kolts showed me different cars and he knew I would really like the Sonata, he was correct. I love it!And Nelson Reyes helped with the leasing and explained all my questions. Everyone is so friendly. I highly recommend them. They are great. Its a bit of an older Car and I never knew This Dealership Did this for Hyundai of nearly every Make,Model,Year. The Price was incredibly low as well. It was just ok. Visited the service department in the past and they left something under my hood during a recall and last night during my visit it was just ok. The lady who arranged the appointment said that they were offering 4k over KBB and this was the best time to sell got offered less than we buy any car. I have a price in mind because I am looking for something else and he did explain trading would get me more and where I would be best to go.

My last two cars I bought at Superior Hyundai South. I was called for a recall - Sonata Hybrid (some engine repair). I left the car to the service. After the service I heard a noise coming from the front of the car. I took my car back to Superior and reported the problem. Then I received a call charging me almost $ 400 for the service.I did not create the mechanical problem. I dont want anything free.Unfortunately it seems that the manager Dave Schmid does not care about the service and also does not follow the work of his workers, and does not care about his customers.I definitely do not recommend the service of this company.

Our sales person, Ed, provided such a shameful, reprehensible experience to us. He made a pathetic attempt to charge us a $995 fee to certify the vehicle when the vehicle was already registered as a certified vehicle. He also tried to sell us some used cars with scratches on them and didnt bother knocking anything off for it. A salesperson needs to build trust with their customer. He clearly tried to take advantage of us. Obviously, he didnt want our business. Avoid this location and certainly, avoid Ed. Manager/owner, dont bother responding, I wouldnt take a free oil change even if you offered it and Im truly done. Go ahead and delete this review again too - Ill keep writing. Customers need to know the truth, not a dog and pony show.

I saw a commercial for a lease on a Sonata and the price was $160 a month. I called and spoke with Will. The deal was for the basic model and they had one in black. After I showed up ready to lease, Will ran my credit report. (My score is 733). He told me the price for me was $986 down payment and $398 for 36 months. FOR A LEASE!!!!! I was absolutely blown away!!! Terrible waste of time and a ding on my credit!Edit: I asked will when I called him about the down payment. He told me the price would increase by $17 if I didn’t put any money down!That’s $177 a month. Not $398 plus a down payment I was told I didn’t need.

I have a 2015 Sante Fe that had to be towed because the engine seized. I had it towed to Superior Hyundai South. They have provided terrible customer service. They have not called me to provide an update, and had not offered a loaner car until I talked with Hyundai Corporate. When I called to make arrangements to pick up the loaner car, the rental did not have a reservation. My car has been there since June 6th. I would suggest consumers look elsewhere for service.

Went to help my brother buy his first car there. The experience wasnt bad but the car has been a total lemon so far. It started having small issues the day he bought it like the headlights burning out driving at night and then the brakes just started acting up. Then a valve stem broke off and it had a flat tire and all this has been in two days of ownership.

Talked with their salesman Sam online, found the car I want and trying to get it secured. After they ran my credit and learned I live in other states, they sold the car to someone else without inform me. Also the other guy Zach, he did not bother even reply my messages. I had to call them, and this guy said he will call back with information, which he never did. Overall, if you gonna treat your customer like shxxt, you dont deserve any business. I dont care if your lot is empty and your cars selling like hot cake.

Agreed on a price with Internet Manager and sent over forms. Did not hear from the company until I emailed and called a total of five attempts to ensure they did not need anything else, only to then receive an email 24 hours after initial agreement letting me know the car was sold. My complaint is not that they sold it before filling the paperwork, but that it was really poor customer service and lack of professionalism. Feedback has to be given when someone goes above and beyond, but also when lack luster performance is displayed.

Will was most accommodating, greeting me at the door as I entered the dealership ( where they do that at?) and walked me through the complete car buying process in the most professional manner . Never buy a car from this dealership, they work with really bad companies like ALLY FINANCIAL and PREMIER DEALER SERVICES for GAP coverage which is a scam Company, they denied my claim to pay after a total loss and when i called them to at least cancel my gap coverage so that refund balance go toward my loan, they told me to go physically to Superior Hyundai and cancel it, so i went there the closing manager said he cant close it because of there is a claim open, so he will call me and help me out with them, he never called, they barely answer the phone and had me calling over and over both parties without an answer.if you want to buy a car go to a dealership where they have good products and can help you if you have an issue, not just make a sale and not worry about anything else after!

Excellent experience, leased a 2020 Tucson. William the sales guy put me at ease. Was very friendly and worked with me on what I wanted as a far as getting the best deal. The finance guy was awesome also! Hope u get a chance to go back to visit family in Guatemala man!Tried Toyota but the sales people were not friendly. Iv been leasing from Hyundai for almost 7 years now and never had a bad experience.Yes you have to be prepared to haggle/negotiate but at the end of the day the manager worked with me and I got the deal I wanted with some extras thrown in!! Thank you to the whole Hyundai South team for a 3rd time delivering the customer service that exceeds expectation.Last note, out of the three locations I have leased Hyundai before....by far this was the quickest I have done the paperwork. Shoutout to the finance guy for making it painless. Usually it takes like 4 to 6 hours to lease a car. I was in and out in 2 hours or less. Very efficient team.

My Superiror Hyundai from the Beavercreek dealership broke down while at work for the NS railroad. I am out of town 2 of 3 days and contacted Superiror south to use my roadside assistance to get work on my vehicle. I called the service department three times while they were open with no one answering. I left 5 messages total and even spoke to the operator to leave a hand written message for the service department to return my call.I never received a phone call from the service department alerting me to use my 25 mile roadside assistance to tow my car to the dealership. I had to spend 285 dollars to tow my car back to the Beavercreek shop for service, where i have had great experiences before, and where the service manager called me back after one left message.Bravo Beavercreek!Superior South your silence is deafening.

I went to test drive and the employee at superior Hyundai south brought the car to the door but was carrying a jumper box. I asked if he had to jump the car I was interested in buying and he said no that he had to jump a car that was in the way.. Well I went to test drive and turned the car off. Surprise, the car wont start. Battery is dead.. when he comes out to jump the car he finally admits he had to give it a little juice before we drove it.... Stuff happens. I get that. I dont understand wasting my time by lying 🤥 I got stuff to do. I didnt come out to buy a new car for you to waste my time with a car that doesnt run... Later that day I bought my car from Kerry Hyundai Florence. Great experience at Kerry Hyundai Florence. Talk to Dave. Dave is awesome 👍

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE! I came here in October and they tried to tell me I had a transmission problem when I knew I had an engine problem because I had the same issue previously. They told me I would probably need to replace the transmission ($1,000). I fixed the engine problem myself with parts I bought for $20. Haven’t had any issues since.Fast forward to today and my airbag light is on. I took it to a mom and pop shop to get a diagnosis because they wouldn’t charge me, whereas the dealership would charge me over $100 just to look at it. Once we figured out the problem I called all three dealerships in the area to ask about the warranty and get second opinions. Superior North and Kerry Hyundai both went out of their way to search my VIN number and see if the part would be under warranty. When I called Superior South Will answered the phone and he told me that there was absolutely no warranty - he wouldn’t even look it up like the other dealerships or give me an explanation as to why and I told him that the other dealerships said that there was a warranty. He just kept telling me no there’s no warranty. He was extremely rude and unwilling to help me. I tried to give this location a second chance but they don’t care about helping you and are just after your money. Needless to say I’m taking my business to Superior North and Kerry!

My 2009 vehicle was in disrepair and I have had my eye on the Hyundai Kona for quite some time. My girlfriend and I walked into this superior around 1:00 on a Saturday and were immediately greeted at the door by Jon Kolts, who was extremely helpful. He took the time to show us a few of the Kona SEL models that I had my eye on. When I learned that there were no 2WD models in the color I wanted (just trying to keep costs as low as possible) I explained that I wanted to get a car before Christmas, and Jon immediately did what he had to do to work out what I think was a very fair price on the AWD version for me. I was shopping for a new car. They gave an internet pricing. The sales rep called and emailed. Not even once I was told it was a demo car. The internet pricing certificate they issued said mileage as 5. When I went to the dealership to test drive, it had close to 6k miles on it. When questioned, they said they assumed I would know. When your document clearly lists mileage as 5, why would I assume it will have 6k miles on it. False, misleading bait and catch advertising.

Would give a NEGATIVE 1 if i could. I visited the dealership on 7-11 to look at a 2016 Nissan Rogue SV. I had contacted the internet manager that morning at 8:40. I asked about the car and she said dealership didnt open until 9 (evidently she was not in the office but i didnt find that out until later) I arrived at the dealership about 10:45 and called the internet manager to say I was there. She said go in and ask for me. I did and was told she was not in today. Rashad Howell ended up helping me. He appears to be new but that in itself was not an issue. I asked if the price was negotiable he quickly said NO. Cash out the door NO . Took a test drive and upon return looked the car over..it needs tires so yes the price is Negotiable. I asked Rashad for business manager card, he gave me his...not what I ask for but Ok give me their name. As we were leaving he asked if everything was OK, I said yes. (still interested in the car at that point) I started out the door my son looks back to see Rashad eye rolling and shaking his head...how unprofessional. But Im giving them a 1 because I contacted the General manager Jim Smith Jr and after 2 messages he called me back only to give me a lengthy reason as to why they cant lower the price. He only addressed Rashads behavior after I brought it up and continued to make more excuses. Offering kinda of a sorry if I had been offended. Losing my business wont matter to them which is fine. Ill be sure to share my experience across all my social media and with anyone I know looking to buy a car. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME or HARD EARNED MONEY at SUPERIOR HYUNDAI SOUTH.

This is only the second car I have ever purchased so I do not have a lot of experience. My first experience was stressful and the salesman was very pushy and rude to the point it made me uncomfortable and my father had to walk outside for a few minutes before returning. And not to mention follow up with them was a nightmare.However, my dealings with Superior Hyundai South, Christopher Bowen as well as Chen in financing went very well. I did a lot of online research and pretty much knew what I wanted. They just made the process that much easier from showing me all the feature of the vehicle to answering all my financing questions putting my mind at ease. So for that, I give five stars and my thanks.

If I could give this place a -5 stars I would. So disappointed in the entire experience. My daughter leased a 2020. We were expecting top notch service and have been sadly disappointed. We have been calling and leaving messages for weeks regarding her plates only to have no return phone calls (until we emailed the CEO). They told us a few weeks ago that they would have all of our paperwork overnighted along with her tags. This never happened and no follow through ever occurred. When we dealt with Chan, he denied getting any messages, emails, or notes from reception. He flat out lied. Chan also decided to tell my daughter, “it’s ok that you have expired tags.. the police won’t ticket you.” What? According to District 4.. they WILL ticket you. Also, he stated she needed to go to the BMV to get her tags (this was not the deal at time of purchase) and how could we get tags without the title or any of our paperwork?? The customer service has been inconsistent, rude, and a complete and utter waste of time. We are so disappointed with the entire deal. Now, my daughter has a car she is paying on and not even able to drive because of the lack of follow through. We hope they can make this right, but not holding our breath. Please think twice before purchasing a car from this location.

The said they were going to complete a full service oil change with tire rotation, inspection, and everything, and they charged me for the full service price. However, they only completed the basic oil change, with the wrong quality oil. They refused to answer my calls and even speak to me about the unsatisfactory service. Terrible!!

I went in looking for a used Tucson but ended up driving away with a brand new Santa Fe. William Morton helped me from the start. He was honest, friendly and we had some good laughs together. My other car buying experiences were stressful and the sales rep always seemed too pushy. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything and everyone I dealt with was great. They did everything they could to make sure that I drove off the lot with the car I wanted. I couldnt ask for anything better.

Its been 10 years since I last bought a car. In the past I have owned 2 Hyundai Sonatas and have been happy with them. I have owned a Honda Civic for the past 10 years and didnt like the options or safety features on the new models so decided to go back to Hyundai to see what the Elantra had to offer. I was very pleased with the 2020 Hyundai Elantra SEL. It has all the safety features I was looking for. After test driving it, my mind was made up that I wanted it. Superior Hyundai South made the trade in of my Honda Civic easy. I was happy with the price I paid for the Elantra. Of course the paperwork involved is never fun and only took about a half hour to complete so, not too bad. The sales staff is friendly and helpful without being pushy. I would recommend Superior Hyundai South if you are in the market for a new car.

Horrible experience at the service department. Booked an appointment online for service. When I get here they say, “we are like a doctor’s office and do things first come first serve”. First off I work in healthcare, that is maybe how an Emergency Department works, but when was the last time you went to the doctor office and just popped up?You do not, you make an appointment! Then the service advisor had the nerve to say, “we can not control what the internet department puts online”.So you mean to tell me you all are running a business and no one is communicating?That does not make sense that none of the managers are not communicating with one another. So you are telling me the service manager(s)and marketing/ communications manager(s) do not communicate at all?

SO, three years ago I got my lease from this location and we got a great deal probably too good because the sales guy that worked with us wasent employed there the day after we got our cars. but I needed to get out me lease because my new job requires me to drive around alot more and i didnt want to run the miles up and over. I contact Hyundai, and Toyota with my situation being very upfront because i didnt want to waste anyones time. The new sales manager at hyundai got back with me and him and Stephanie worked to get me out of my lease within a reasonable price for someone of my situation. i didnt think it would work out but they made it work. Matt, Will and Stephanie were great and the communication was great. I have been suggesting people go there if they can, everyones experience is different and i insist if you have an issue bring it up there and give them a chance to solve it there before going to social media. i know people dont like to try and make a scene but this is a car, major purchase, lots of money being handled so i think that entitles you to let them knw if you want a new sales person or not. you dont have to make a scene either but be forward and upfront this stuff because at the end of the day your a customer and this is customer service. my experience was great both times around. im currently trying to divert my cousin to them as she hates her current car.

The oil/filter change, coolant change and tire rotation were done in a very timely manner. They also looked up the recalls and fixed everything in one appointment.
