They have leased the majority of the cars they are retailing, many they manage routine maintenance for, and then when the cars come back, they go through their extensive used car reconditioning process. They may be a bit old fashioned, but they don’t sell problems and you can rest assured the car has been gone over. Not to mention, you may have paid more if you bought elsewhere, as they price aggressively to keep cars moving since their off lease inventory is always coming in. I bought 2018 Ford escape from them. I Only drove 2200miles around6 months. My car started shaking. I brought it back to check, they didnt fix . After Twice times, they asked me to go to Ford dealer to check. Then the Ford dealer told me the whole engine needs to replace. It cost me $4000 more to do it.. I ask Mike how to solve it. They turned to mean to me, and say they dont have any responsibility for their bad products. Be weare buying from them.

Not only did I have to call on my friends phone to get in touch with Grant Turner my issues were never really resolved. The dealership did not work with me when knowing the issues occurred during the first 1,000 miles. I in good can not recommend this dealership. I have already contacted the appropriate parties and was not offered a solution that allows me to believe Mike Albert Dealership stands behind their product. They tried to charge me and didn’t address the issues on my car when it was in their possession twice. Please look for a good car elsewhere.

Its been great experience purchasing a vehicle from Mike Albert Sales & Service in Evandale, OH. Buying a vehicle sight unseen isnt something I considered lightly. But, my purchase of a 2018 Toyota Tundra SR5 4x4 has proven exceptional. My first call connected me to Justin Gruen, and he stayed with me through the entire process. He provided pictures, answered all my questions, did a Facetime video walk through, offered financing support if needed and set up delivery transportation, too. He was always available and stayed in constant contact from start to finish. Justin insured all manufacturers recalls were completed, made sure vehicle was thoroughly detailed, and confirmed delivery date/time. No surprises in the process what so ever. When a recall repair that was competed prior to delivery failed after delivery to me, Mike Albert/Justin assured me they would handle any concerns. Fortunately, Toyota recognized their failure and completed repairs without charge. I highly recommend Mike Albert Sales & Service and Justin Gruen.

I bought a car about a month ago. Unfortunately as is. Already the key fobs have needed to be replaced. I have had to had leaks repaired. For a $20,000 car and not to have a warranty, I should have known better. My gut told me to go to another dealer and I regret not going. I overheard a call of the salesguy telling another customer too bad. After 2-3 years their car was no longer working. This place is just another used car dealership.

Best used Corolla price in the area! The car was very clean and the salespeople were friendly.However, be ready to be encouraged to buy undercoating treatment and an optional warranty, which you might not want, and window etching, which you shouldnt have to pay more than $20 for.

Great low pressure buying experience. Drove a few cars found one we liked and were done with our purchase inside of two hours. I hate the haggling game and most of the Internet prices were already below book value so it was pretty much a no haggle experience. Cars are mostly corporate lease returns so they are very clean and well maintained. Ill definitely be back the next time I need a vehicle.

Had a great experience working with Grant. He went over and beyond, even taking videos of the van I wanted and texting them to me. Grant even informed me of a faulty power window switch he had noticed, that I did not catch: Grant was not only honest about the switch, but he immediately said he would have it fixed in Mike Albert’s garage, without hesitation. Wound up buying a beautiful, gently used Sienna. The only constructive feedback I would offer is to somehow speed the closing process: Most folks are super busy and would prefer all-digital documents and some way to rapidly e-sign all of the documents in less than an hour. Fantastic customer service! I bought a used Toyota Corolla from them at a very fair price, drove it home but discovered that the door locks were failing. I was fairly panicked, thinking Id failed as a car shopper and would have to fork out a lot of money on a car that I just bought. I called Mike Albert Direct back, they inspected the car, confirmed the issue was not a simple or inexpensive fix and replaced the car with the same year/make/model/trim without hesitation and at no additional cost to me. Whew! I cant emphasize how nice it is to work with a company that plays fair. Ill definitely be back to replace my wifes vehicle and will recommend my friends. I called in the morning and asked if a Minivan was still available that I had been looking at online after being pre-approved with Capital One. Andrew answered and let me know it was. I asked if there was any way someone could drive it to me for a test drive (in Fairfield) as I have small children and going to a dealer ship for a test drive would be difficult, to say the least. He said absolutely and he would bring the car in a few hours. We went for a test drive and I was able to have my mechanic look at it during the test drive. I filled out the application online the same day and Andrew returned with the car and the paperwork all ready for us to sign. This was EXTREMELY convenient and I am so thankful they could do this for me. I cannot imagine trying to go back and forth to a dealership with small children while trying to do the test drive or while trying to focus on paperwork and financing when purchasing. I was referred to this dealership by a friend because she had a great experience buying her car from them, and Ill definitely be looking to them first in the future when were ready to upgrade our next car. Andrew was super polite and not at all pushy, which is key for me because a pushy salesman would make me walk away from the perfect car. This is by far the best experience Ive had buying a car!!
