Called because they had what I wanted. Was told they do a 10% Premium fee. So basically I give them a extra 9k for free because of supply and demand. No way, it will end soon enough and Ill remember how unethical they were.
Class style power and great group of men and women. We were dealing with Paige for the service needs of our Mercedes. The service was top notch and the business looks and operated as I would expect Mercedes to be. One oops though...The garbage container in the bathroom was so full it was just a mess and needed attention. We also did not see anyone wipe down surfaces before or after visits at the counter or waiting lounge.
Brian was the service manager who helped me and Richard was the tech who did the work. Ive had my car for 21 years and Ive never had the kind of service or attention I received by these two men when I went in last week to get my car worked on. They are both the epitome of serviceman ship that I havent ever experienced before. They truly care about their work and have integrity in what they deliver. Im not an easy customer to please when it comes to my beloved Mercedes and they truly, truly made me feel at ease and could not have done a better job. Thank you!!
Horrible customer service the front desk people are all rude! They treat customers like they are nothing. Also do unauthorized repairs without consent and expect you to pay for it like it’s nothing if you don’t say anything. This dealership cares about money and that’s it. I do not feel welcomed when I go to this dealership and will not be back.
I’m astonished at the inferior level of service exhibited by the staff at this dealership today. To be representing a brand like Mercedes and to be incapable of Elementry manners is a disgrace. The moral obloquy of the decision by a group of adults, majority being gentlemen, to actively and deliberately discount and ignore a lady or any guest, that falls on the leadership of this dealership. To be so Blatantly disrespectful and discourteous to continue on with your arrogant display Of misguided preeminence after being called upon directly when you no fewer then 3 feet away is frankly embarrassing. In the future if someone approaches you, especially in a professional setting have the couth to address them in a professional manner. To be treated in this manner by an entire office what I would’ve assumed to be professionalsRepresenting they’re very prestigious brand is astonishing and Upsetting to say the least, And I would love to know why your Leader ship deal would promote this type of attitude. You should all be reminded that your reputation is everything and you never know who somebody is or who they might know
I was getting a Class A service today I waited almost three hours, that was not a issue but I would have thought after looking over the car the would have told me about the Brake wear message. They told me my Brakes were fine but it probably needs a sensor,which I would have paid for its not a New one but its a nice car, I saw them going to other Customers, Maybe since Im not a regular. Service Managers is a Great Guy I just wanted to share my thoughts on the matter.

Worst experience ever. Very careless customer service. Did not bother to do the car wash with service and asked to come later and they hardly cleaned it next time. With other dealers, I had a great experience with service with so much attention to detail, but this one is terrible. Do not recommend at all.

Hands down best car purchasing experience ever! I want to take a moment to thank their team for everything! My sales person Julie, is the most caring and attentive person. She took 3 days with me to make sure I was in the perfect car!!! Jason, Bryon and Katie from finance made magic happen, as my car was not working and upside down. I couldn’t have felt the odds were more against me. Not only did they handle my old car and get that nightmare away from me, they did everything possible to make me feel comfortable and appreciated throughout a difficult process. A week after my purchase I got a dent in my car, Brian in service walked me through the process and I don’t think I’ve ever trusted anyone’s word the way I did his. They fixed my dent and my car looks brand new. From sales to service I am all smiles!!!This is my first review for any company. Perhaps the best experience at a dealer. Went in for an oil change left with a brand new CLA!!! Our sales Consultant Julie Butsch was outstanding. Easy to talk to, made us feel like family, and understood my situation. She negotiated for us the best she could and made the deal! We HIGHLY recommend Julie trust me you wont regret it. Lastly, Mercedes has teamed up with Haerfest, just received our unexpected SURPRISE!!! OTHER brands could learn, this was the final touch. But then again you are buying a Mercedes....

I had a great experience when I purchased my new car from Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati. I already knew what vehicle I wanted to purchase when I called the company. I was given Ryan Gallenstein as my salesman. I told him I wanted a certain year and model and all the other details of it. I was given the answer that they had this car. I drove to the dealership to purchase my new 2020 Benz. Ryan made the process so easy for me. My car was sitting in the showroom with a big red bow on the hood. Ryan was so patient and kind with me showing me all the features of my dream car. I was so pleased and impressed with him. Ryan was so courteous and made buying a car from him enjoyable. I got the best deal and was happy driving my new car back home. I recommend you to call Ryan when you are interested in purchasing your next car.

Wonderful experience. We drove an hour to get there and it was completely worth it. They were easy to work with and very accommodating. Our salesman Jeremy Ellis was very nice, didnt try to talk over our heads and wasnt the least bit salesmanship. Very glad we had him, some of the sales people gave off that hot shot I sell Mercedes-Benz feel. We didnt get that at all with Jeremy. Would definitely return

Emilio Perez is a very nice sales rep. He greeted us when we walked in. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful! He took the time to help us with our purchase and was personable instead of only being worried about the sale unlike other sales reps at other dealerships.
No phone caller manners at all. I called people don’t even identify themselves. It is like a mastery then they talk over you before you even finish up the point. Bottom line you get rushed out the door because this place seemingly doesn’t have the capacity or the patience. It makes me wonder why do I wanna bring my luxury to low manner place.
Wow They charge me for diagnoses almost $600 to tell me that my engine is needs replacement!! After some online Research I found out that there was an easier way to do it instead of me instead of charging me $600 I was thinking of buying a new Mercedes from the dealership but unfortunately I will never go back !! Thank you so so much for nothing!Also The attitude they have and the way to talk on the phone is unprofessional totally unprofessional . I usually do not write reviews and never give a bad one before but this is unacceptable . I feel sorry for the owner that have to deal with all that Good luck !!
Recently leased a vehicle from this dealership. Worked with salesman Thad Marck, definitely the best experience ever in a dealership. Good to work with a honest and upright person. I was looking for some specific features and Thad located the particular vehicle at a good price.
Really disappointed! Made an appointment to see a used car, drove 2 hours and when we arrived, the salesman said they had just sold the car to someone who had an appointment 3 hours after ours. And then tried to upsell us a car for $5000.00 more. Would never buy a car from them!!
The most incompetent group of yokels I have ever had to deal with in my life. They locked my keys in my car and drove off, without even notifying me that they had delivered my car to my house. And try getting in touch with anyone at the dealership to get assistance. Total JOKE of a dealership. Avoid at all costs if you value your time and money.
Scheduled maintenance on their website for my sprinter but when you got there they told you they don’t service sprinter. A waste of time.
Just bought a used VW Tiguan today and I couldn’t be happier! I have been searching for a “new” used vehicle for the past few weeks and wasn’t having any luck finding a vehicle that met my needs. I called in to inquire about the VW and spoke with Ryan and he answered all of my questions. I went to the dealership to test drive the vehicle yesterday and he had it ready to go when I got there. I’ve purchased my Mercedes, planned on future purchases and had all of my services done at Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati until now. I was due for a Plan B service, which expired at the end of May during the COVID-19 epidemic. I took my car in after the warranty ended with obvious reasons for my hesitation bringing my car in during this time.I was informed that my warranty expired by only four days and they wouldn’t honor it. It’s not like I was months overdo, but only several days following 2 months of not even wanting to expose myself to the situation.Tom was the employee that I worked with, and did next to nothing to help me. He said he could give me a slight discount at best. Not only did he show a lack of initiative to help a returning customer, but he didn’t seem to care at all when I told him they’d be losing any future business.I called Mercedes of Fort Mitchell and they were so understanding of the situation and were happy to honor my warranty. They now have my business and the business of all those who I would recommend.
They are a horrible dealership! They do unauthorized repairs without notifying the customer. I took them to Court. In Clermont County, and won my case. They had to pay me back $2000 for bogus repairs. in my SL500. All of their Service Adviisors are on commission. Be very careful if you do business with them! I never will again. I strongly recommend Mercedes of Ft. Mitchell. They show you what repairs are needed, and get your OK before doing anything!

My experience was terrible from the start, salesman Stephen said I needed 2 come back next week because he had 2 doctors coming in. Didn’t know I needed 2 mention job title 2 get quality treatment. should’ve went elsewhere But really wanted the car & sales manager was very nice made sure I wasn’t leaving,made it happen. I set up appt 4 brand new car 4 DuPont pkg which didn’t appear 2 have been done since I could see spots on interior that were there Prior 2 dropping off.when I picked car up said bring it back & would redo it. I wanted puddle lights, took sev months asking 4 quote, dropped car off 4 another week when I picked it up noticed flashing & was told needed 2 set up another appt lights weren’t programmed. A few days prior 2 bringing back 4 programing puddle lights, sunroof button quit workin, scheduled appt they had car for 3 wks, picked up 3 wks later to find car is scratched up-mouse, doors & headliner is bent I also found door trim rubber piece defective. I started looking 4 things & even found under bumper some marks that I am not sure if those were there when I purchased car.. Brian the service mgr looked @ everything asked did I buy brand new & I said Yes (car is now 4 months old) he says things like that are going 2 happen like finger prints all over the car & tons of white specs & a greasy spot on hood size of a dinnerplate, (dropped off spotless should return 2 me that way). Brian was rude Condescending said who looks under car, he only agreed 2 fix headliner & door trim & he would Detail car. I picked my car up, they didn’t fix scratches I pointed out, now 3 more deep scratches & headliner is fixed but the door trim still not fixed & front air bag inserts(2) are not flush with headliner kinda bulging out now. Paige did not care, cut me off in sentence told me to call Brian on Monday he was not in. paperwork shows they fixed items such as door seal & it wasn’t fixed. Prior to all of this, when I mentioned I saw other reviews abt scratches I was told customers lied, mechanic don’t make mistakes, they don’t get these complaints umm like I am making this up.. really!!! I also mentioned the windshield wipers skipping & previously they said they replaced them but i don’t believe they were replaced & was told I have 2 clean the blades. I also had car in for 3 nails in same tire when I first bought it, they used 3 patches to repair. I called a tire expert to be told u should only patch a max of 2 it is unsafe for 3 or more, so I took it back in and they ordered me a new tire no problem I am paying 4 it w my tire wheel pkg. Items still need fixed as of 9/20/20mouse is scratched, 2 doors scratched (Brian said it was from my shoes, I get out of car on 2ft Balance issue so not true) 3 new deep scratches 1)near door hinge upper part 2)glove box 3)driver inside threshold &rubber strip on door not repaired & the 2 front airbag panels Now are not flush w heAdliner. If they damage your car, they are not willing to fix since it comes out of their budget.. 9/22 I drive 2 West Chester dealership had their service mgr call Brian @ cincykenwood. Brian was rude tells WC 2 service me from now on (do what?) & won’t agree 2 repair scratches & says he looked over car & didn’t see anything. This is how kenwood Cincy treats you! WC says they can’t fix until kenwood says ok.. both agreed on the airbags 2 check panels &fix only after WC had 2 stress sev times how he looked at it 2 get Brian 2 Ok the issue.At this time, I was told the rubber piece 4 door is on backorder but paperwork says they took care of it.Cincy kenwood handles their business by not fixing things they damage (only if your paying for it will they fix it or under warranty) & will pass you onto another dealership who can’t fix your items because they didn’t damage car. Abt a month ago,Brian offered Pkg A service oil change and it is not marked prepaid in system, this is not honored at other dealership. Also car came w/oil change, paperwork shows it but not in system & not honored elsewhere.prior car purchases Gm & Toyota noissues. 11/10/20 not resolve.

He is friendly, knowledgeable about the vehicles, and low pressure. He truly wanted us to be thrilled with a car purchase. Chris (manager) was also great. Had my A3 service done. Very nice staff, on time, and clean waiting area. Car was washed and inside wiped down before we got it back. That was a nice surprise. Highly recommend and they were the cheapest of any MB dealer I called for quote. They also returned my call quickly, unlike another dealer I tried to get a quote from. Ill definitely be a repeat customer. Highly recommend.

The sales associate Jordan convinced me that I was in the right place to buy a car. He was straight forward about what he could do to help me get the car of my dreams. He was honest and knowledgeable about the product. I came in to look at one car and after test driving it I found it was really not what I needed. Jordan was not pushy but offered to bring around a car that seemed like it would be a better fit for what I was describing as my needs. He was absolutely right. I would without hesitation recommend him to my friends. He is an asset to both MB and the purchaser. So if your just out looking at extreme luxury be sure to ask for Jordan- but beware he just might turn your window shopping into the Best deal you have ever made.
Sales person who leased me my vehicle didnt even remember ever even speaking to me before when I had to reach back out to her. Wouldnt go here if my life depended on it. When they tell you to come in and trade your lease in early, watch that they dont roll those left over lease payments into your new lease.

Ive never experienced the same level of service, even at a Porsche dealer. The prices are reasonable too. I had two tires replaced and their price was less than a tire dealer. Top notch company. In afternoon, tried to call on telephone to ask about a c class service. took forever ringing and when answered it was a voice mail to some person who I had no idea whose voice mail it was. No ID except a name and I had no idea about woo the name was.Tried other telephone numbers and same result.No way t even talk on telephone.Emailed, the only option left, and email rep didnt care about this flaw in system, only what he was doing.Isnt a first class dealership concerned with this lousy image it is projecting? Apparently not.Never did schedule A service
This was a car buying experience that I actually enjoyed! No pressure, honest discussions and a professional staff resulted in a great deal without the drama. While the sales team was awesome, I do business with M-B of Cincinnati because of their Service Department. We have tried the other dealers in the area but Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati truly knows the meaning of Customer Service.

A lot of new faces in the service department this time. Not sure why that was. I had a pretty good relationship with Bob, but Martin was great too! Very attentive and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed to get my car serviced and tires replaced. Only suggestion is when they bring the car around adjust the seats back to my preset number. Lot girl was tiny and had the seats pulled all the way up. I had to put the seat back some just to get in it,and then adjust it again once I got in.
Once I am ready to buy the Benz I will surely go to this place. Mr.Anthony - sales executive made our test drive experience a pleasant one. Nice person to deal with👌
I have been there twice recently. The first time for an oil change and it took them 2 hours to do so. I dont know any oil change place that take 2 hours to do that. Also, I went there this week to do software update and it was worse, over than 2 hours for just an update!!. On top of that, I found a scratch on the bumper of the car and contacted them to complain but havent gotten any call from their manager. Finally, the paperwork always says they had done complementary car wash but I guess that was just to make my high bill look good because they never washed it. Thumbs down!

Took my 2018 SLC in because the door locks do not work properly, and there is excessive wind noise from what seems to be a poor window seal. Got it back after 5 days. Neither problem is fixed. Suggested I try the other key for the door locks(!). That does not work either. Waited 2 days for a new seal to arrive. Receipt says they replaced nothing. What are they doing?!
Their service yesterday was top flight as usual. MB of Cincinnati has maintained my car continuously since 2012, so I have a little experience there. They know me and my car when I come in. The customer service that deserves special recognition though was during my previous visit!I live about two hours from the shop, so its a bit of a big deal when its time for the car to go in. When they heard I was hosting our family reunion, and they knew the maintenance was going to take some time, they provided a sporty loaner that I ended up driving all week. I had family flying in from everywhere, and we had only the one car. MB of Cincinnati saved the day. To top it off? When my car was finished, Service, knowing that it was going to be a stressful week for me, offered and delivered my car to my home arriving during a tiny window of time when we were actually going to be there and exchanged the cars. My siblings from both coasts were speechless with this level of customer service. Me? Just incredibly grateful.

Everyone from our world class salesman, Brian Murphy, to our super sharp finance guy, Chris Walker, to our delivery concierge guy, Brandon Walsh, to the new owners of the dealership exceeded our expectations. Over the past couple months I have had several visits to Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati and they have performed superb repairs in a timely fashion. The communicated regularly with me while my car was in the shop and they have helped me out at no charge in a case where it was my choice that caused the problem. Justin, my new service advisor is very knowledgeable and on top of not only the repair process but the customer experience as well.

Terrible customer service, they did my oil change but then stated he forgot to put in the check engine light service. Ive been to this location twice and will never be back. If you enjoy driving through a construction site with your car, this is the place for you.

Recently took my wifes car in for a check engine light issue. Tech solved problem with a software upgrade and proactively replaced batteries in both electronic key fobs. I have been coming to this dealership for about 12 years and really appreciate the courtesy, professionalism and quality of the product and the people that work here. Thanks to Justin in particular!

Be very careful with service. Bought CPO car and they assured me the oil was changed and that the 20,000 mile service had been done. I found dirty oil, black oil filter and dirty engine air and cabin air filters. The coolant level was so low the car gave me an alarm. I had to buy Mercedes coolant and add it myself. The service due indicator was not reset. They lied about service done and when I brought this to their attention, they kept reassuring me the service had been done. Something fishy going on in the service department. Check your oil dipstick. It should not be black after they claim to have changed the oil. Asked the salesman multiple times to have the service manager call me to explain. Still have not heard from them. Check your cabin air filter after they claim to have changed it. You should not find a dirty filter.

Had a smart car that had warranty work done on it several times and they worked with me on appointment times.And then there was the very large scratch put in my car by the technician. It was on passenger side so I didnt see it until I got fuel on way home. Called several times about it and to this day 6 weeks later never a return call.

My wife and have had our Mercedes since last year. This is our first time visiting The Mercedes Benz dealership on Montgomery Rd. The employees were very pleasant and professional. The give you full detail of what your car need as far as car care. We felt like royalty.
Charlene did a great job in getting our car in for an unscheduled maintenance issue & she honored the warranty program for the emergency repair. The work was done very quickly. Great team effort by the service dept. Thank you
Had emergency, leaving town, one tire had nail & other 3 worn. I called Charlene, she told me to come on down & they would take care of it right away! She also gave me a loaner car so I could do all my last minute errands before leaving. Customer service like this is hard to find! Definitely the best Ive ever had! :-)
Justin, the head person for Smart Cars is extremely rude & he like to make you seem like the cheap one. I came in with a guy & the price was one rate right? I go in alone, all of a sudden its an extra $50!! Beware. Only reason we come here to to keep our cars original. Dont get it confused, people can go to other places.

First of all, throw everything you thought you knew about buying a car out the window. My salesman, Bruce Patterson, and Ted Reidy (F&I Director)at Mercedes-Benz Cincinnati, provided me the best car-buying experience of my life. The negotiation was easy, no pressure, and it was obvious they valued my business. Bruce was professional, attentive, and quick. Ted worked hard and cut my own lenders rate in half through Mercedes-Benz Financial--What more can I say?This was my first Mercedes-Benz, but certainly not my last. I will happily return to Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati, I cant imagine going anywhere else. Thanks!!!

My experience with Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati was by far the greatest car buying experience to date. From my initial contact with Mike Campo educating me on the car to the sale and delivery from Chris, everything was top-notch. I never felt pressured into my decision and my every question was addressed and explained to clear any uncertainties I may have had. I am especially impressed with the level of interaction after the sale remaining at the same high-level. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I look forward to returning for my wifes vehicle.
Been going to Montgomery Mercedes for service for 5 years. Have not been disappointed. Car runs great after 95k miles with no issues beyond normal replacement of brakes and tires, both one time. Staff and customer Service are very good. They always give me a loaner vehicle without question.
Just an amazing place. Staff is friendly, service center go above and beyond, and every experience I have had with this place is great. Not all Mercedes dealerships are the same so I would highly recommend going here for everything.

Assigned the same technician who previously worked on my car so he had a history of the repairs completed. Technician explained all the work he recommended done. Service manager is very efficient and friendly. Best dealership to work with.
In a word, excellent. I had a small emergency that I wanted looked at before leaving on a long drive to the coast and they were able to fit me in on short notice. When they needed to order a part they of course gave me a loaner. When the incorrect part arrived and the job required another overnight it meant that the work could not be completed until the day we were to depart. Justin from the service department called to check on our timing and when there was just enough window for them to complete the work the next day he knew it would be very difficult for me to try to retrieve the car then so asked if they could keep the car and then deliver it to our house on the day of our trip. We live about 55 minutes away from the dealership so this was the most convenient solution for us and it worked perfectly.

Service was great right up to the point when a driver picked me up. He drove like a bat out of hell to the point I ask are we late. I get motion sickness pretty quick and he was going so fast I thought I was going to be sick. When we hit traffic I was actually happy. Next time Ill schedule my appointment when I can get a loaner.
Have my car serviced here and they are top tier in this area. Have never bought a car here, but definitely like the service folks. They treat you equal to any one else.
Martin Padgett provided excellent service and knowledge during my appointment for my E 350. Very professional and also very friendly.The atmosphere at MB Cindy is fantastic. And the people and service is just as fantastic.
Purchased a certifed c300 and the next day, I got a notification on my dash that the $700 B inspection was 40 days overdue. A week later, I noticed a leak in one of my wheels. Took the car to them and told them i had a slow leak. Service filled all my tires to 40psi and sent me on my way. I was down to 27psi the next morning. Turns out they missed the large crack in my rim that the centerville dealership found in less than 90 seconds. When I went back, they offered to weld it, which is absolutely NOT what Mercedes recommends. Centerville has been MUCH more accommodating and will be my exclusive shop now.
I buy parts here for my repair business, even though Im usually less than spotless clean when I go in, I am always treated with respect and dignity, even though its obvious Im there to spend hundreds and not tens of thousands. Good people, well run
