I bought my new 2013 Honda Accord at Honda East but I have tried to stay away from the place as much as possible. Here is the latest example of why. Called and checked on price for oil change and transmission fluid change. I was told over the phone 45 for oil and 96 for trans (all numbers in this post are rounded to nearest dollar and before tax). That sounded like a great price but when I got it in there, they told me they had quoted me a trans fluid change for standard transmission and I have an automatic. They said their records were wrong. Keep in mind I bought the car there. Now the price is 45 oil and 172 trans. I didnt feel like taking it somewhere else so I gave them the go ahead. Then I pick the car up and they charge me 45 oil and 187 trans. Well I just confirmed what I already knew about this place.

From the first experience online, to walking out with my 2022 Honda Civic Sport, my experience at Honda East was INCREDIBLE! Tim called me promptly and traded with another store to get the car I wanted. The online application was easy. Tim stayed in contact with me along the way while waiting for the car to arrive. Cheri (sp?) came all the way to Florence KY to pick me up and conversation was pleasant. Sarah got me all set up with the car settings and best of all, FINANCE WAS A CAKE WALK!! No pressure. No trying to get me into an extended warranty I didn’t want. BEST car buying experience out of 23 personal transactions. Highly recommend this place!!

I recently bought a 2022 Honda Insight Hybrid. Salesman Carter Mott was great to work with. He is enthusiastic, very friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely excited about all of the technology in the newer Hondas. He never tried to push me toward a more expensive model. Some other dealerships did just that…and I didn’t buy from them. While I was reviewing paperwork, Carter personally removed the license plate holder from my old car and put it on my new Insight. I will definitely shop with Carter again. In addition, the woman from financing (I’m drawing a blank on her name) was friendly and made everything easy and smooth. She mentioned the benefits of the Honda Care plans and answered questions but was not pushy.

When I was 17 I bought my first car from Honda East. I am now 45 and have bought more vehicles from Honda East than I can count. There have only been two occasions in the last 28 years where I have bought cars from any other dealership. The folks at Honda East have always taken care of me and my family. The cars are reliable. Which means I don’t have to worry. The service department is friendly and they get you in/out on time. Just call me a lifer.

Best dealership Ive ever been to. Received great service from Bob Mullins. He took the time to explain all of the features of the cars that we looked at and was very pleasant overall. The finance office got us financed quickly and did not pressure us into signing up for add-ons that we werent interested in. From dropping my car off to clear explanation of needed diagnostics, changing fluids, rotating tires, checking the brakes, getting an estimate that was the same as the final costs, and a quick efficient pick up - everything was great. I also appreciated that a Honda representative alerted me to the fact that an oil change was overdue. I have low mileage and had not kept track of the months. I feel a lot better knowing my car is taken care of very well.

It was Saturday 8/21/2021 and my Honda Civic was very sluggish to start. I took the car to Honda East. They were very busy, but they arranged to have the car inspected. It needed a new battery. I waited and surprisingly they had the job completed in less time than I imagined. I was so happy to have the car running well without worry over the weekend. Thanks to all of the staff. 😊

Worst customer service experience everI have a 2014 HondaInsight .Back to 2016 I got an airbag recall due to manufacturing defect by Takata but it was fixed free of charge by King’s Honda. This April I had airbag light on and off the dashboard . Since it’s safety issue, I brought car to Honda East hoping to get it fixed. They did the diagnosis and gave me a quote for replacing my airbag at the charge of 1929.72 (parts 996.70+labor 726+other fees)dollars. I thought airbag should last throughout the car’s lifetime but I still signed up for it because I put my trust in the dealer. On the day I picked up my car, I did ask what if light came back on again. They told me it’s under 1 year warranty with dealer. They also ensure me that if anything happens to airbag again, they will fix it for free within a year. They never stated that warranty only covers the airbag. I didn’t know I would be charged for other parts that related to airbag light on issue. I feel they didn’t provide me all the information. I knew I wouldn’t do it if I had it.Unfortunately two weeks ago the light came on again and I had to take my car back to Honda East. This time I was told it was the same issue as last visit because of the same error code 33-21. It seems to me replacing airbag didn’t fix the issue. To be honest I am not sure if that was the necessary step . Now they tell me it’s the cabin wiring harness that caused the issue. They gave me another quote for about 1500 dollars despite I already paid 1929.72 dollars for the same airbag issue. I reached out to the service manager stating I shouldn’t get any extra charge for the issue they never fixed. She said they followed the corporate procedures and at this point if I don’t pay there’s nothing they can do about it. I was so frustrated, hurt,stressed.. I don’t feel they care about me or even tried to work out some options. During the two visits, there were many red flags too. Now I had to get my car out of there . Currently seeking for some other places to have my airbag light on issue fixed. I will never do business with Honda East in the future.

Stopped by Honda East to order some parts. My first stop was the Service center. During my 7 minutes wait, the number of employees in the front Service area fluctuated between 5 and 8. With the exception of one lady who apparently spends most of her time in a back office, nit a single employee so much as made eye contact with me.After 7 minutes of being ignored, I left. I will not do business with a company that has such an indifferent attitude toward their customers. Todays potential sale would not have amounted to very much. However, the next time Im shopping for a new vehicle, I will nit set foot on the Honda East lot. They had an opportunity to earn my business today.....and they failed in spectacular fashion.

Very transparent and honest folks that are looking out for the customers. Filled out my credit application and sent my information all online before stepping foot in the dealership. I would give a 0 star if I can. Temporary car license plate expired and I still has not received the letter of formal license plate. Called them for several times but kept saying need to check with others. Finally they gave us a title number saying we can go ahead and get our plate, but it was a total wrong information and a waste time for us because BWM didnt allow us to get our plate by having the number. Temporary plate lasted for 45 days and how it supposed to take them so long to give us the information to get the new plate? And why cant they just give us a new temporary plate? We cant even drive our new car right now. A total disappointment and will not go back for cars any more.

I couldnt be more pleased with my experience at Honda East today. My wife and I purchased a used Honda from Carter Mott and he was outstanding. He was super friendly and easy to talk to, and kept the process moving quickly. I felt like he was there to help us; not to sell us. From the time we got back from having the vehicle inspected to walking out the door with the keys was about one hour. Our experience at Honda East was great and this was due in large part to our sales associate, Carter Moss.

I was waiting during service and, when tire replacement and alignment was added, he arranged for their courtesy shuttle to drop me off so I could return home instead of waiting for hours. They also picked me up from home when the car was ready. The Xtime app worked well.

My friend bought a civic with low miles from here in May of 2019. The AC never worked properly, it cooled for the first 5 minutes of driving then stopped, which was sadly discovered after purchasing and not during the test drive. However, there was a factory issued extended warranty on the condenser so she took it in early 2020. They told her it passed a vacuum check and put dye in the system to check for leaks and said quote It doesnt matter right now because its winter, bring it back in the summer. Ac still did not work but with covid, the car wasnt used as much. She finally took the car in and they said the compressor has a leak which would be $1,600. This didnt have the extended warranty and they claimed it was working fine when she brought it in last. Long story short, she bought a newish Honda civic, with low millage, certified preowned without a working AC. Lesson learned, check everything thoroughly before you purchase, even if the dealership is credible . I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I thought Honda was supposed to stand for quality....

My battery died a few weeks ago and I replaced it myself. My radio, cd player and Bluetooth will not work without a code. I looked through all my manuals and paperwork and there was no code. I called the dealership that was happy to take my money when I was purchasing the car and they were too busy to talk. They said someone would call me back. This did not happen. I tried again with no call back. I have been without these things for over 2 weeks and I am not important enough to get a call back. Many of my family members have bought cars there with the same bad service. I will not buy there again.

We were looking for a new used car and Honda East was the second dealership of many on my list. Prior to going out I research the car I was looking for on Carfax. Well At Honda East I found it funny that no sales person came out to greet us. We found a Nissan Rogue that we liked but since no one came out I was ready to leave. My wife had other plans. I was told to wait and she went inside. My wife meet Gary Pable. He later explained the Honda East Dealership wasnt about pressuring. The price of the car was determined by a third party and I have to say it was a deal. The car was a 2019 but it looked like a new 2021, spotless. Gary provided all the paperwork on the car. I have to say were were an easy sale, the car was perfect and Gary and the sale manger were easy to work with. I forgot to say we were car shopping at night. We didnt have the car we were trading in nor the title with us. We didnt expect to find the car that night. My wife had to go home to get the title and the the car but the car battery was dead(someone left a light on). Gary and the finance person were nice about staying after hours so the deal could be made. we drove home with our new car that night and gave them our trade in the next day. Bottom line great deal, great car (wife loves it so do I) and friendly people, Gary was easy to work with (most pleasant buying experience I ever had buying a car) and yes I will buy another car from Honda East.

I purchased my Accord w/the extended warranty. I dropped the car off for service on the Collison Avoidance Radar System. The warning light came on. I was told that the radar was knocked out of alignment due to striking something on the road. All that was needed was re-aiming. The re-aiming would cost $192.00 + tax. The warranty would not cover. I was informed the warranty only covered part replacement...aiming would be included in part replacement....makes zero sense! Would not recommend purchasing warranties from Honda. They are a waste of your money. This is not the first bad experience I have had with service/warranties. Try getting them to fix your hand-free computer system...that was a longer story AND good luck with that!

We brought our Odyssey in for recall work on Friday afternoon. We received a call Saturday morning that our catalytic converter had been stolen off of our car while in their lot. The person who called said he didnt know what they would do and that a manager would call us Monday. This morning Nicole (Asst Service Mgr) informed us that it is not their responsibility and we are that we will have to pay 100% of the cost of the part and repair. I called Honda Corporate. I left a message for the dealership manager but did not hear back. What kind of business are you running William Woeste??!!

We owned Hondas but its all over the news- this place had a cancer patients van on their lot when it had its catalytic converter stolen and this Dealership refused to do Anything. they wouldnt even install a donated converter from car parts store. I went in to purchase a new Honda Accord Hybrid, having already done much of the application online. This was my first new car buying experience so of course I had a lot of reservations about how it might go. The team at Honda East Cincy did an outstanding job of putting every worry I had to bed, and was exceptional in every aspect of their customer service. The car was ready to go when I got there, and Weston, my salesman, set everything up in the car for me before I left and gave me a thorough breakdown on how to maximize my fuel efficiency, which of course was why I was in the market for a hybrid in the first place. Engine cover shield cracked and was dragging making a terrible noise, I had to work and I drive for work, I stopped in to the service department without an appointment and Mike got a temp fix to get me through until I could come in for a scheduled appointment,...he was a life saver for me today. Turned in our 2017 Civic and leased a 2020 Civic. Brady Denton reached out to us several months before our lease ended on the 2017 and helped us transition into a new car two months early. He was able to guide us through the process and help us get a good deal, then Alex in Finance helped us complete all the paperwork. Brady and Alex got us out of there and in a new car in little over an hour. Plus, the Service Team at Honda East is great to work with! Outstanding dealership.
