We purchased our 2014 Black Dodge Grand Caravan there in March 2018 and it has been very reliable. They were great to negotiate with they found a bank at 6:00 pm on a Sunday willing to finance us even though we were from out of town. Routine maintenance and Car washes has been the only repairs we have needed to do. We have traveled with the van to Chicago, Georgia, Florida, and Cincinnati Ohio. Honestly how could you ask for more. Thank you for making it so painless. Also car shopping is my least favorite thing to do, but not with this auto dealer. The best!

At first I was highly disappointed! But the way my situation is being handled I couldn’t be happier. I bought a 2018 Ford ecosport had it not even a month and the car died I brought it into Ford they got me a rental. They are very apologetic and Rick Clarke was more then happy to help me. I may have annoyed him with call after call but he was very helpful.

So Ill start with saying that the service seemed great. We asked what was wrong with the vehicle since we did not want to drive far to find out that it needed a new transmission since that was COMPLETELY out of our budget. That was our deal breaker. The man we worked with said the transmission was fine and only spoke of some cosmetic issues that werent a big deal. Well after 2 days the car began to squeal at start but went away so we took it to have it looked at for any other issues since it was a used car. The repairs ended up being 8 thousand dollars and did in fact need a new transmission along with a new battery and several other repairs. Im incredibly angry due to the fact that we asked about the transmission and were lied to. I do think this was an intentional lie as myself and my mother looked like we knew nothing about buying a car (which was true). Overall we got taken advantage of by evil men who were never taught right from wrong. The battery was completely shot and if I drove it one more day I wouldve been stranded somewhere. They pride themselves on making any necessary repairs however Id argue a dead battery would be necessary. They tried to conceal the problems with the transmission and lied to our faces. I would never in a million years recommend this place due to the lack of transparency and greed.

Bill Viox is the best Sales manager I have ever encountered! both times I was in need of a vehicle for my family, he did EVERYTHING he could to get us exactly what we wanted and needed. Upon my first visit, I let Ryan know what i was looking for (I will tell you my expectations were really high). We looked around and test drove a few cars, I ran out of time that day but planned to return that weekend. Bill called me the very next day with the EXACT vehicle I had been wanting and looking for. A couple of weeks later (literally) our family needed another vehicle (our focus had seen its last day). My boyfriend drives 100 miles a day to and from work. We needed something extremely reliable. We had no idea what we wanted. They truly helped us for hours that day. Helping us decide what would work best. I would only recommend this car lot. they are the best!

Overall this was a great experience!! Ken was great and really worked with us to get our daughter into a car. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

We were at the dealership around 2 hours. I want to commend our sales girl for trying her best with what she had to work with. Came to look at and test drive a truck, but ended up just taking it around the parking lot. I didnt feel comfortable taking it out on the road due to the overall condition of the tires and that one of them had a large screw stuck in it. The truck was not very clean inside like I have seen at other used dealers. Also a couple paint chips were covered up in a very poor fashion. Most of our time was spent sitting at a desk in the corner waiting. They offered way under blue book for my trade. I understand my trade has some body damage but other than that very low mileage well taken care of truck. What really took the cake was when they said my trade needed tires! My tires have less than 10,000 miles on them. The other issue I have is that they were holding my keys to keep me there. That is very bad business. Asked twice for my keys finally walked to the center office to retrieve them myself.

Great experience!Great deal on used Pontiac Torrent SUV because I found it on auto trader at reduced price & their website was $3000 more, but they still honored it.Free first oil change, full tank of gas & free windshield fluid refill, free tire rotationbecause they forgot to put it on request form.There was a slight banging sound which they checked & all at no charge. The young salesman, Daniel & the mechanics made me feel like a valued consumer.I would definitely recommend & will definitely do business with them again!!!

I called one of the employees here about a vehicle they had posted online. I live 2 hours away and didnt want to drive in and look at the car unless I knew it was in pretty good condition. So I asked him explicitly if the car had rust in the fenders. He said no. Then I drove 2 hours to look at the car. Guess what? It had rust in the fenders. It was clearly visible at a glance. When I showed him, he said, whoops, sorry, I missed that. Well, while youre in town, you should drive down the road and look at our other lot, too. I felt like, at worst, he had tricked me just to get me on the lot. Now, this gentlemen was polite and friendly—honestly, maybe he was just having an off day. Dont want to be harsh if he simply made a mistake. But at the very least, I feel he should have shown me the courtesy of making sure he answered my rust question honestly and thoroughly when we spoke on the phone. I ended up making a 4-hour round trip drive for nothing.

This place is a total disaster of a business!! First I had a loan walking on the door through GE they completely ignored it and applied me for another different loan anyway! Now Im going into week4of having my car and they still havent submitted my paperwork to complete my loan so I cant even make my payment And its due in a few days!! Dont waste your time. None of the cars here are worth the hassle they are going to put you through!!

The service at this dealership is excellent! If you are looking for a new car I recommend talking to Mary. I live in St. Louis and she was great dealing over the phone. She got me the car I wanted for the price i wanted. I dealt with other dealers out of town and had horrible experiences. Usually problem being that the cars were not as advertised. However when I came to car sales express everything was as Mary promised. My transaction was excellent! Once again I highly recommend this dealership and Mary.

I drove 2 hours to come look at a truck that seemed to be in mint condition according to the dealerships comments and was seriosuly considering purchasing. Upon arriving at the dealership I spent about 15 minutes in the parking lot taking a look over the truck. No one approached myself if I had any questions. I went inside the dealership to find some help. The first man I passed didnt care to acknowledge me. I continued searching for no one. I couldnt find anyone. Finally I found a male whom I asked if I could take a look inside the truck. It seemed I was asking to much of him. I understood they were closing in 20 minutes, but as a potential customer he could of showed some enthusiasm. While standing outside he made several remarks they were closing and looked down at his watch several times to indicate he could careless to have my business. I surely wasnt going to keep him there past closing time but thanks for the effort. Too boot, the so called mint truck had an enormous amount of chips EVERYWHERE. Yes, this was a used vehicle. 2 years old with pea size chips that looked like someone took white out to cover them up. The repainting of the marks made it look worse. Please, dont advertise a mint condition truck that has over 20 huge gouges not only on the bumper but on the side of the vehicle and else where. These werent normal driving down the highway chips. Be sure to do your research with this place and take note of my mistake and call for inquires on their vehicles as they dont seem to proclaim the truth. I dont care if my dream truck shows up on their lot, I will never do business with them.

Do not buy from these people. We bought a truck thinking it was road worthy from a reputable dealer. Get it home and notice a fuel leak. So we take it to get it looked at and come to find out the brake lines are rusted the transmission lines are the wrong kind and leak the brackets that hold the rear differential is rusted through at the frame and the sway arms are rusted and fallen. The mechanic said there was to much to list and would cost thousands to fix. Call the dealership and they said to bring it back in. We did. Managent said they would give us a fraction of what we paid for it less than a week ago. Tried to belittle us and say its not our problem we should have checked it out. That they dont check older vehicles on their lots. I call bull. Im sorry but how can you sell a vehicle to a family knowing there will be children riding it knowing that its not safe? Never buy from them. They are crooks. Fyi any response of Im sorry from this dealership will fall on deaf ears.

Phone calls not returned. Went in, was bait and switched before it occurred to Mike to apologize for blowing me off. Addressing the comment added by the dealer - Mike told me personally when i was in there that he recognized my name but didnt remember why he didnt call me back. I also sent two texts to the number and text ID # in the listing, and received an automated reply both times but no personal contact. As for anyplace I left an email address, that is always autopopulated (as in, I dont type it myself I just type the first letter and it fills in the rest) and every other webpage that I leave an email address has never had a problem reaching me.

Very disappointed in the customer service experience I received at Car Sales Express. My sales rep John C did not put any effort into the sale. I was there a couple of weeks ago and was concerned about the lack of customer service skills he had. John called me a week ago and said he had good news for me. When I called him back he said he was working on the sale. I never heard back from him. It was a lack of communication on his part he is very deceitful.
