I love Yankee Candles. I find them superior and a longer burning candle. Very clean and organized with a large selection of candles. I didnt stay long due to an older employee was scrutinizing another employee for some reason? I dont know. Just didnt think it should be done in open. Was good way to clean out the store.

The customer service at this location is horrible, I’ll be sticking with online shopping from now on.

Ive had to swap out no smell Yankee candles here before. I honestly hate coming to this location.The times Ive gone they act like they are doing you a favor and are bothered to exchange anything.Tell them you dont like the smell or it has no smell? Well you just didnt burn it long enough according to store employees.Can you imagine spending 30 dollars on a candle and being told you have to burn it for over 4 hours to smell it?Yeah thats the customer service I got.Note to management - just exchange or swap the candle without acting like you are doing me a favor.
