Able to use my coupon for purchases. They run good sales when they have them. Staff greets you at the door with a hello/welcome some more pleasant than others.

Customer service was on point.As far as no harrassment from customer service to complete their daily quotas. I shall return.

I just wanted to write this review to thank the associate Erma! She was super helpful and showed me a bunch of their body line scents!! Thank you so much! She made my whole entire day better with positivity. I love people like that 🙂

Talk about your olfactory nerves being on overload in the most enjoyable way... cant recall last time I walked into a B&BW but I just went to town in there. Great staff, social distancing, a wide variety of products on top of a great sale... winning!!!

I love this bath an body works. I could spend my whole paycheck there lol. The reason for three starts is one of their workers was following me and my daughter around like we were going to steal something. She even kept staring at my daughters pockets. She was very intimidating and didnt even speak to us. We were well dressed and had a bag per protocol. She did not make us feel welcome at all.

Had a great store visit. Associates were very helpful. There were so many new items from which to choose.

I love the its better than Victoria secret fragrance its so much to choose from. The staff is polite and respectful clean store no long to check out .

JUST AWESOME. THE EMPLOYEES WAS GREAT. THEY GOT US IN AND OUT WITH NO ISSUES. WE WAITED ABOUT 3 TO 5 MINUTES AND WE WAS INSIDE. JUST LOVE EVERYTHING IN THIS PLACE. ESPECIALLY THE CANDLES, HAND SOAP, ETC

I was able to walk up to the door and walk right in. No line let me say it again NO LINE and that was inside as well. It was truly a welcoming and inviting experience. The associates helpful as usual.

Clean and well run. Best place for foam hand soap. Never shopped there before co-vid.

They had the product I needed for an x-mas gift that two other stores were out of so that part is fine. What isnt fine is the way they try to make you take a shopping bag you may not even need that is just going to be thrown away if you dont before youre even sure youre going to buy anything or not. The black woman very rudely yelled at me about this on the way out the door and continued to talk rudely about me and this incident on the way out. Never again and this time only because I needed the gift.

Were normally very frugal and try not to go overboard, but we bought 16 foaming hand soaps!! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, the store was very clean, organized, and were following proper covid guidelines, and the atmosphere was lovely. Definitely recommend.

The candles and scents were awesome although certain scents give me a headache. The customer service was wonderful. If you get the chance to go during their BOGO 3-wick candle sale, youre getting a serious bang for your buck!

Good deal in Wall Flowers, 5 for $24. Plus an employee greets you at the door to remind you to use the hand sanitizer theyve provided, and choose your own paper or plastic bag. Cashier wipes the counter and credit card machine after each person. I felt safe shopping.

Other than not having candles, or not attending to us-they were polite and welcoming at the counter.

Great location! I love going to B&BW stores in the mall, but Im grateful for this easy access, stand alone location. The doors were wide open, welcoming customers in and of course the whole place smells amazing upon entrance! The staff was super friendly and greeted me as soon as I stepped in the door. I was offered numerous samples by a particular saleslady, and she introduced me to a lot of the new holiday scents for this year, which became instant favorites for me! I will come back here again and again. Catch them on a sale day! You can tell the staff cares about their customers.

This store just enjoys bottlenecks. The customer experience is just an operational disaster. The employees also don’t seem to want to enforce mask wearing in their stores.

If I could give negative stars, I would!!! I was in the Rookwood location today. I walked in, neither employee said a thing to me. They were talking to each other about someone named Allie. Sounded like someone who worked there. I walked by them a number of times, no word from either of them. I clearly had stuff in my hands. I was really excited about the new scent i found. Still no word.They were so focused on stocking & arranging. Obviously they dont care about customers or sales. I put my items down & walked out. How rude i was so bummed. I called the store to let them know, no apology at all. Instead she said thank you. Ill NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!

Love this place. So many different smells that you can wear depending on your mood. Japanese Cherry is my absolute favorite.

I absolutely have never had a bad experience with B&BW. I tried a new location in Cincinnati, Ohio in Norwood. I went in to exchange 2 sprays and 3 candles. The ladies there were absolutely amazing! They made my whole Sunday! They were so personal and friendly. Dione and Wendi were so helpful! There was another lady there whos name I forgot. She and I talked about the scents, she complimented my nails and we talked for 10 minutes! This is my go to location now. Im closest to the North gate Mall location but, I personally, can not stand that location! The employees there are not friendly and personal at all! The store was stocked and had every item I wanted! Im extremely extremely happy with this store! Please please visit this location if youre in Cincinnati! Thank you to the ladies of Norwood! I appreciate your help! 💕

My husband and I came in to shop I sanitized my hands .when she told my husband to do his he said my wifes the one shopping.she was very rude when she told him if I catch you touching anything I will kick you out.hes an adult.her tone of her voice was uncalled for.she was smothering me which made it hard for me to shop.i will not shop at this store again!!
