Theresa was great to work with. We didnt expect to have such a great customer experience. We planned on going to another mattress store after that but we never made it out. Love the customization and how Theresa worked with us on all the available options. Looking forward to our bed arriving next week!

The gentleman that worked with us was very educated on the product and owns one as well. He answered all of our questions and made us feel confident in what we were buying.

10/10 experience with Randy and the entire staff. The store was super busy due to the incredible sale that was going on, but they made sure to bounce back from clients to make sure they didnt have any questions. Once it was our turn, we had Randys full attention and he helped us buy the right bed for us! Were so excited and would recommend this experience (and the bed) to anyone!

Website said that they were open at 11 AM. Just had back surgery,,but needed to buy a new bed to help ease any pain that I still had. It was 11:10and they were closed with the gate down. I said I thought you opened at 11 and they shouted, still seated. we don’t open till 12. didn’t bother to come to the gate hollered from where they were sitting. Bottom line going to another sleep number store. They just lost over $5000 sale

Purchased a C4 for over $3k less than a year ago and it’s just horrible! We wake up everyday feeling bruised! Both sides are caving in already and they want us to purchase an under mat for $105! Look for customer complaints (on Facebook) is my advice before purchasing!

Great product. Horrible in-store customer service. We’ve been customers for over 15 years and have referred several people to them. That is clearly meaningless. Laura, specifically, should not be allowed to work with customers. She literally refused to answer a question I asked her because I said we would buy our sheets at Macy’s. (They do not keep sheets in stock and have to order them. We needed sheets in a rush and could not wait for delivery.) She would not answer me. Her exact words were “you’ll figure it out.” It was like dealing with a two year old. This was our second encounter with her. The first time, we were inquiring about a replacement unit for a bed. She handed us a card and said, “ you have to call customer service” and returned to her conversation with the sales person next to her. (There were no other customers in the store) That was it. No explanation, no greeting, no thank you. Nothing. She’s awful.We will never walk in that store again and will steer everyone we know elsewhere. The beds are great but that store is a hot mess. And that woman needs to work in a dark corner away from people.

Love my sleep number bed, would reccomend to everyone. Customer service on point. Would have given 5 star but the beds are pricey

I was recently in the Sleep Number store in Kenwood to look for sheets. Laura was my salesperson and I found her to be extremely helpful. I also purchased my Sleep Number bed from her a few years ago and I absolutely love it. It has really helped with back pain.

This store is very rude and and customer service sucks I would not reccomend this store to anyone and if you a minority I definitely would look else where because they will judge you before you even get started I waited all day to get to this store to find out about these mattress and if they are worth it definitely wont ever know now Ill shop else

Beware, 100-day guarantee is mattress only. They wont tell you that in the stores.
